tonight." jennifer garner at church yesterday, she's determined to get life back to normal as her ex-ben affleck spent his first weekend back in rehab and there's a surprising new development in their relationship. that's just minutes away. let's begin with another big star who's heading to rehab, "america's got talent" judge mel b., she just revealed she's battling alcohol and sex addiction. mel b. says she's at a, quote, crisis point and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. despite that, the "america's got talent" judge is expected to attend tomorrow's live broadcast. the 43-year-old told the british tabloid "the sun" she will wait to enter a treatment center next month in the uk. presumably, to finish out this season of "agt," and, quote, it has to be in the uk because i am very, very british and i know that will work best for me. yesterday, mel posted this instagram video with her daughter, and right there on the table, the self-help book "heal

your ptsd." the former spice girl, who has been working on a memoir called "brutally honest" says, the past six months have been incredible difficult for me, adding that the process has forced her to relive an emotionally abusive relationship. mel b.'s ugly divorce from ex, stephen belafonte was finalized earlier this month. she instagrammed this video of her celebrating the end. in court papers, the singer alleged he physically abused her. belafonte vehemently denied that. as for her issues with alcohol and sex -- >> if you had to give me three things that helped me get in the shape that you are in? >> sex, sex, and more sex. >> mel implied it's really been about numbing her pain. it does take a big person that i have a problem and i need help.
