story we are following this morning... 32 - members of street gangs have been indicted on 240 counts ... including credit card fraud. they are suspected in an unusually sophiscated scheme targeting credit card readers from medical and dental offices... some here in the bay area. the charges are against members of the "bully boys" and "coco boys" street gangs. california attorney general javier becerra says hundreds of people across 13 counties have been victimized. and the stolen property includes 40 credit card terminals... laptops and patient files. the attorney general says its a wake up call < xavier becerra, california attorney general: "it better be a wake up call. because it's no longer the equifax of the facebook breaches. it's now your local dentist or your local doctor. and again, as i said, it's not just that they'll get to rip you off with these fake refunds, it's that they may start using your personal data as well.">( robin ) the gangs are accused of stealing

more than one million dollars. investigators are also still searching for seven fugitives... 25 alleged gang memberes have already been arrested. ( robin ) also in the east bay... several high school students got sick after eating rice krispy treats... apparently laced with more than marshmallows. it happened at richmond high school. kron 4's ella sogomonian has the details, five students ate rice crispy edibles laced with marijuana at richmond high school on monday. one went home early...then the remaining four were seen by paramedics after they went to the main office for help when they felt naseaous.guardians say although they're not suprised they are dissappointed...sot: jeanette jackson, guardian// "don't do it period but this is the last place that you should be doing it. you know when we were in school which was a long time ago we enjoyed school not to sa ywe were perfect but our mischief was not this serious."students say they saw the teens placed in wheelchairs in the parking lot near ambulances at around 2:30.

people they say were involved in a stabbing that left a 16- year-old in critical condition. 19-year-old roman yerkovich... and 19-year-old luis pineda... were arrested... a minor is also in custody. the stabbing happened on friday near tennant avenue and church street. initially police were not able to locate a victim or witnesses at that address. later -- officers found out that the victim was in the hospital recovering from stab wounds in his back. ( robin ) vacaville police say, they recovered two guns... in a car full of juveniles. the guns were loaded.. with high capacity magazines. and one had been reported stolen to an east bay police department. four teens were in the car that was pulled over. no word on the exact ages of the teens or if there were any arrests. ( robin ) california governor jerry brown signed a bill into law requiring all of the state's electricity to come from clean sources by 20-45. those sources include solar, wind, and hydropower. it is the latest in a series of goals set by the state .... to fight the effects of climate change. however -- not everyone is satisfied with the governor.. because the bill would not affect in-state oil and gas drilling. some environmentalists are pushing brown to end new drilling permits. they are pledging to disrupt an international climate summit the governor is hosting in san francisco later this week. ( robin ) bart officials are getting ready for a much needed renovation at the 16th and mission street plaza station in san francisco. crews were out power washing the plaza before a new and easier to clean surface called thermoplast is installed. half of the plaza will be closed at a time over the next two weeks as part of bart's efforts to improve the rider experience. bus and crashing into a van.. a tree... and a dry cleaners. we brought you this story as breaking news yesterday morning on the kron 4 morning news. the crash was all caught on camera. we have learned the driver is a 66-year-old man and has been with the agency for 38 years. three passengers on that bus were also injured.that bus were also injured. a muni spokesperson says the operator - for some unknown reason... lost control of the bus on lombard street... bounced over the divider and crashedof the days inn heard it all ( darya ) investigators are going over video from the crash, including video from the 12 cameras on board the bus to figure out exactly what

( james ) in morgan hill -- police arrested three people they say were involved in a stabbing that left a 16- year-old in critical condition. 19-year-old roman yerkovich... and 19-year-old luis pineda... were arrested... a minor is also in custody. the stabbing happened on friday near tennant avenue and church street. initially police were not able to locate a victim or witnesses at that address. later -- officers found out that the victim was in the hospital recovering from stab wounds in

breaking news we are following is out of the north bay... a wildfire in marin county is forcing evacuations this morning.( james ) we have brand new video of the fire from overnight. this video was shot by the c-h-p. the fire is burning in rough terrain in samuel p taylor state park.. which is just north of lagunitas. it is being called the irving fire, and it has now spread to 100 acres. it is 10 percent contained this morning. it is expected to grow.( darya ) here is a map showing exactly where that fire in burning. there are evacuations in place. officials are urging those in the area of mountain king road, portola ave and almao down to barranca ... to leave the area. crews say this fire is difficult to access because of steep terrain. reportedly being attacked by her ex-boyfriend with a machete. blaine hodge was at a starbucks in bakersfeild when a woman came running into the store. hodge says she was panicked and kept repeating help me. that's when her ex-boyfriend robert rivas came into the store holding a machete. everyone in the store started to run away but hodge ran towards the man. ( darya ) hodge was stabbed multple times.. overall he received close to 2-hundred stitches. rivas is charged with attmped murder. california have died from the west nile virus. one person died in glenn county and the other lived in yuba county. so far ... health officials have reported 56 human cases of west nile virus from 21 california counties this year. west nile virus is influenced by many factors -- including climate ... and the number and types of birds and mosquitoes in an area. health officials say people 60 years of age and older and individuals with diabetes or hypertension have a higher chance of getting sick ... and are more likely to develop complications. ( james ) a florida man is not happy with his local law enforcement after their response to a 9-1-1 call he made. tom derrico watched from california as a frightening scenario unfolded on his doorbell camera. a man staggered around the front door with an semi automatic rifle and ballistic vest on. all while rrico's wife and children hid inside the house. they called 9-1-1 but it took 20 minutes for police to show up ... something derrico says is unacceptable considering the circumstances.
