worker was not employed by them. reporter andrew ramos has more on why this case may not be a simple mix-up. genevieve snow/hired cleaning lady: "her feet was sticking out when my roommate came in." it's the last thing genevieve snow expected to find on her kitchen floor after she hired a cleaning service to tidy up her williamsburg apartment.the cleaning worker had passed out on the floor, drunk, and her apartment left in shambles. genevieve snow/hired cleaning lady: "i thought someone was dead. i didn't know it was the cleaning lady at first. because the apartment door was open, it could've been anyone." her roommate, who discovered the worker and snapped the now-infamous photo, called 911. they quickly realized that the workers hired through joanna's cleaning service in brooklyn did everything but. instead they raided the liquor cabinet and caused over $400 worth of damage, even helping themselves to ice cream. genevieve snow/hired cleaning lady: "my spice rack was smashed, the whole kitchen was a mess."responding officers did not file a report, noting no crime was committed as snow allowed them to enter.willing to put the whole episode behind her, all the 29- year-old wanted was to be reimbursed but instead just got a run-around from the services point of contact.

genevieve snow/hired cleaning lady: "she sent me a page-long sob story about how this woman's teenage daughter was pregnant and her husband just left her. i mean i feel for her but that doesn't give anyone the right to mess up my home."after posting about the incident - which happened in late august - on facebook and leaving a scathing review on the cleaner's yelp page, the story got even more bizarre. genevieve snow/hired cleaning lady: "so another joanna called me from the number that's listed at the joanna's cleaning website and said that i've been in touch with another joanna and this was all big misunderstanding." exchanges between snow and this joanna claimed that the worker who took the cleaning job was a disgruntled ex- employee who had launched her own cleaning service five years ago by the same name... which may mean snow was duped. hurdles do deal with including the traffic mess caused by the transbay center's cracked beams that has fremont street closed between mission and howard....now complicated by the overnight closure of first street. that confluence of events has the san francisco department of emergency management tweeting out a warning for people attending either big event to give themselves extra time....and take public transporation if possible. but one form of public transit is adding it's own wrinkle to this. caltrain is closing down it's two san francisco stops north of bayshore on weekends through spring of next year so they can do work inside four of their tunnels to get ready for electification. their goal is for 75% of it's fleet to be electic trains by 2022...which will be faster, able to carry more passenger on top of being greener. a bus bridge will carry passengers in to the 22nd street and 4th and king stops..but some passengers wonder why now? (bob bullock, rode in for fleet week)they chose this weekend to close caltrain so you have to take a bus into from bayshore...nah they could have taken any other weekend but this one. (dan liberman, caltrain ultimately there is no good weekend to close down caltrain there's always a lot of stuff going on. the real goal is to get done by the time the giants season starts because there is ceratinly a lot of demand on our weekend trains. that said the bus bridge is still going to get people up here and you can do to our website and see other transit options if that makes things easier for you.whether you are headed to the city for the roar of the blue angels....or the sweet sounds of strictly bluegrass.... leave early. maureen kelly kron4 news.
