received a threat as the search continues for her husband's killer. well, it has been more than a month. . . .the santa clara county sheriff's office says that this vehicle, a black 2004-2005 nissan titan, was driven by nissan titan, was driven by suspects in the murder of 28 year old frankie santos jr back on the morning of september 2nd. this image was taken from surveillance video near the scene of the crime. this is a stock photo of a simliar vehicle.on thursday afternoon frankie santos's widow, sky, spoke to reporters. she's hoping that this new piece of information will help lead to an arrest in her husband's murder.sotthis could of happened to anyone and that's why it so important that we catch this person.she also says that she and a group of friends was recently threatened while handing out flyers in their neighborhood. sotwe were interuppred by a truck that drove by with a threatening passenger. this

say he was 17 year old police have identified the 17-year-old omar zaragosa. the shooting happened tuesday in the parking lot of a lucky supermarket on east 18th street. zaragoza was shot several times and died at the scene. the description of the shooter has not been released yet. (will)in the east bay... a group of activists are calling out catholic priest, steven whelan, who they say... was found águilty of molesting joey piscitelli almost 50- years ago. back then piscitelli was a teenager... and whelan served as a vice principal at salesian high school in richmond. piscitelli and other members of survivors network of those abused by priest... wants father whelan removed from his priestly duties. father whelen now serves at the local community of salesians at don bosco hall in berkeley.

today... workers will be back on the picket lines at marriott hotels all across the country. workers at five hawaii hotels were back on the picket line yesterday demanding better pay. almost 27-hundred hotel workers have been on strike since monday. last week thousands of marriott employees here in the bay area also began a strike. most of the workers in the say they have to work a second job to afford to live in the bay area. for guests planning stays at the hotel... marriott says it will not waive cancellation fees if visitors choose to cancel their reservations. year-old hannah hart contacted them to help identify human remains found near the crash scene. scientists previously compared dna from the remains with samples from hannah's biological siblings, markis and abigail, but the results were inconclusive. hannah and her 15-year-old brother devonte hart have been unaccounted for since the vehicle wafound. authorities recovered the bodies of jennifer hart and sarah hart, along with siblings markis, jeremiah, abigail and sierra. commission also placed bart on three years of probation. the commission says the fine will be doubled if there are any safety violations during that period. ( will ) an area in belvedere will soon be off limits as crews fix a seawall that's in eminent danger of collapsing. a state of emergency has been declared while engineers work to secure the 100-year-old seawall. its going to cost 550-thousand dollars to install sheet pilings deep into the bay mud

( darya ) an oakland man has been arrested on suspicion of felony stalking and misdemeanor peeping. 56-year-old pedro jacobo was arrested wednesday morning after he was caught peeping in a home on the 13-hundred block of hopkins street in berkeley. police say jacobo allegedly peeped into the same home on october 5th. cleaning up some stations in the city's mission district. the plazas and walkways at the 16th street mission and 24th street mission stations have been power washed for one hour each night... but starting in november that will be increased to four hours a night. the 16th street station has more than 12,000 riders a day. bart says the power washing is necessary to keep clean areas that tend to accumulate stains and litter. ( darya ) nurses at san leandro hospital say they are concerned for the safety of their patients because of staffing shortages. the california nurses association held a news conference at the hospital thursday. hospital officials say patients face long waiting times because there are no beds available. organizers say the rally was held in an effort to bring attention wo what they say are unsafe working and patient care conditions. ( james ) in the north bay... a water quality advisory has been lifted in the fountain-grove area of santa rosa. that neighborhood was one of the hardest hit during the 'north bay wildfires.' 15-hundred homes were destroyed.. and only 13 remain standing. people who live in those surviving homes.. reported the water tasting and smelling unusual last november. water officials say slightly elevated levels of contaminants were found in the water because of the fires. over the last year... the water system was restored.. and now residents can use that tap water again.
