>> the last time we spoke to jerry was in 2015. he and dick were doing a guest spot on "the middle." he kidded he was the less of the two. >> i wanted to hang on his coat tail and i did. >> they did just fine for themselves. taking a short walk to stage 15, it's the last place penny marshall made a tv appearance. she was in the "odd couple" reboot. she made her name as laverne on the "laverne and shirley show." that opening was a jingle she and her friends did on the streets of new york as kids. she pass away on december 17th in her hollywood hills home at the age of 75. the cause, complications from diabetes.
