severe injuries. animal control says the chihuahua mix had to have one of its legs amputated. kron4's dan thorn has more on the puppy's remarkable recovery despite her rocky experience.. rocky the dog is running around and enjoying life...but just weeks ago the 4 month old chihuahua mix was beaten and left for dead...sot: she was in really bad shape..on february 25th on february 25th rocky was found buried under feet of garbage in dumpster at an apartment complex. the dog was dehydrated and suffering from a severely broken back leg..sot: she was terrified a little shut down.. unfortunately, veterinarians determined the leg had to be amputated. the san francisco district attorney's office says 59 year old ronald louis jones is facing charges of animal cruelty. jones is accused of beating the dog and

( marty ) police in san francisco say a 14-year-old girl was walking her dog when she was hit by a car friday night. it happened in the 600 block of john muir drive. tha'ts on the west side of lake merced. the girl was out with her mother when the incident happenend. they both were taken to the hospital...the child has life threatening injuries. ( marty ) four teenagers were hurt in a crash friday morning in santa cruz. they were heading north on la fonda avenue when the driver lost control of the car. police say the 17-year-old driver hit several parked cars. the teens were all taken to the hospital. no word on their condition this morning. police are still looking into the cause of the crash. kron4's dan thorn has more on the puppy's remarkable recovery despite her rocky experience.. rocky the dog is running around and enjoying life...but just weeks ago the 4 month old chihuahua mix was beaten and left for dead...sot: she was in really bad shape..on february 25th on february 25th rocky was found buried under feet of garbage in dumpster at an apartment complex. the dog was dehydrated and suffering from a severely broken back leg..sot: she was terrified a little shut down.. unfortunately, veterinarians determined the leg had to be amputated. the san francisco district attorney's office says 59 year old ronald louis jones is facing charges of animal cruelty. jones is accused of beating the dog and throwing it down 3 story trash chute..rocky spent 4 days and 4 nights without and food or water...sot: the facts are you know quite atrocious and we are very concerned about what transpired. the puppy got the
