background, there's the golden gate a closer up close and personal blue skies for now might be painted by some scattered clouds a little bit later on for this afternoon, let's take a look at that fog now what's going on here in future cast for little bit of that around the peninsula in the coastal areas you can see by midmorning that's pretty much all taken care of and gone will be into the mostly sunny mode. temperatures kind of interesting though we have 61 per san francisco, 50 per half moon bay. elsewhere, the drop to the upper 40's and then mid 40's you can see appear the north bay so quite a contrast we have for the sake from this time yesterday the couple degrees behind up there in the north bay around the east a little bit a couple degrees ahead. and you can see for even san francisco, we're pretty close to where we were from this time yesterday throw a few clouds in the skies this afternoon but look at those temperatures up to the 70's we go ultimate highs. we should see about 68 san francisco, 71 for oakland and san jose at 77 looks great for this weekend, however early next week. we are talking about a little bit of rain trying to sneak back

in here we'll talk more about that in a bit marty all right dave thanks in the news this morning everything is back to normal on the rich when sandra fell bridge this morning as we take this live look. >>at situation there this after more concrete fell from the upper deck friday night. the chp says one chunk of concrete even hit a woman's car, she was driving eastbound. but we understand that she's okay caltrans resumed emergency repairs on the 63 year-old bridge last week after several incidents of concrete falling off the span earlier in the year. and after this latest incident will continue to keep you updated on the situation there. other news this morning, the family of 18 year-old neil wilson has filed a lawsuit against bart. wilson was fatally stabbed at the macarthur bart station last year in an unprovoked attack. the family claims barred failed to provide the highest standard of care for riders and that wilson should not have had to die in order for bar to take action. kron four is gail long has more. >>neil wilson was 18 years old

on the night of july 22th last year she was boarding a bart train at the macarthur station with her 2 sisters when she was killed by john kowal trans and with a long criminal history now wilson's family attorney has filed a lawsuit against bart the 30 page suit alleges barred failed to meet the duty of common carriers to provide riders with the highest standard of care and to protect them against a reasonably foreseeable criminal conduct. it was an unprovoked attack. wilson was fatally stabbed in the neck. her sister was also stabbed she survived there was a bay area wide manhunt for khalil faulting the attack surveillance photos show 28 year-old khalil's movement through bart stations that ultimately led to his arrest khalil is charged in wilson's murder. but his most recent court appearance was postponed over a battle whether he is mentally competent for trial. in a statement the family of new wilson is in mourning and demands the transit agency take responsibility and implement safety measures we
