two kids in tow and only we're with cardi b. ready to hustle and make moves with j.lo. this is "entertainment tonight." former silver spoons star ricky schroder in crisis as his family begs him to get help. we're outside of his home in this remote part of malibu canyon in california. schroder in jail earlier today after allegedly striking his girlfriend and only we have the exclusive video of schroder as he was released on bail. that's ricky schroder leaving jail at 9:15. posting $50,000 bail. as he left, the 49-year-old actor reclined his seat and tried to hide from our camera's view. deputies responded to a doe mesing violence dispatch here at schroder's residence earlier this morning. a source tells "e.t." that

schroder's girlfriend appears to have some kind of bruising on her face, but she refused medical treatment at the scene. police also tell "e.t." a similar incident occurred between schroder and the alleged at his home on april 2nd. we're also told that schroder's family got together just last week and talked about his behavior. they felt he needed an intervention. and his children told him how much they loved him and didn't want to lose him. scloder's wife filed for divorce in 2016 just weeks before their 24th wedding anniversary. the actor sat down with keltie at the couple's home the year before. >> what is the secret to a successful marriage, dealing with hollywood and all that stuff? >> never lose the passion -- and that's just important. so you have to do everything to hold on to that chemistry between each other. >> "e.t." has spent a lot of

the cancer indicators, those are coming down so, i've got another chemo next week and then we'll do a review to find out where things stand. >> it was great to get some positive news from the 78-year-old tv legend, who is staying upbeat, despite the devastating effects of chemotherapy. >> the chemo takes it out of you, i mean, i feel so weak all the time. i'm there for an hour and a half while they inject all this stuff into me and then i go home and have a good day and the next day for no good reason that i can fathom, it turns south on me. >> going one-on-one with "gma's" robin roberts, who is a breast cancer survivor, alex says one side effect of the chemo is depression. >> i'm used to dealing with pain, but i'm not used to dealing with the surges that come of deep, deep sadness.
