look at this map this is where it happened here in walnut creek. police say that around 02:00am on saturday. they got a call for the intersection of north main street and parkside drive and there was apparently a fight there shortly after that they're hearing reports from 3 different hospitals that there were 4 different people brought in for various injuries, including the stabbing wound and someone that had been struck by a car. so once they connected all together they realized that it had to do with that incident. now here you can see the 3 different suspects. we have joshua beal 21 years old philip china 20 year-old as well as christopher del monte now joshua beal and still up china they were arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that was related to those stabbings christopher del monte was arrested for the suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the general the person hit by a car. right now police are still investigating all of this and we are told that the 4 victims did go the again

they were at those hospitals that police were getting calls up fight. they were very very serious injuries luckily at this 0.9 have been life threatening. reporting live in walnut creek christina tetreault kron 4 news. >>all right christina thanks for that live report we'll see in about an hour with an update. let's go now to the south bay were san jose police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that left one man dead and an officer injured. it happened on comb our drive and story road in san jose where police cornered a man suspected of stealing a car trying to escape the driver then rammed his vehicle into officers, one officer was struck dragged in penned between the stolen vehicle and a parked car. the suspect was then shot by police and died later at the hospital, the injured officer is in serious but non life threatening condition. police say that no one else was injured and all of the officers involved will be play placed on paid administrative leave as an investigation into that incident begins. the stockton police department also investigating an

officer-involved shooting that happened near castle oaks drive in marlborough court saturday. police say that a man with a baseball bat was acting a radically in the neighborhood he refused officers orders to drop the bat officers then shot the man he was taken to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition. the officers involved are expected to be okay. one man is dead several members of the university choir were injured in that fiery crash on highway one to one in south san francisco yesterday. kron force dan thorne has an update. >>shows flames shooting up from a crash involving a tour bus early saturday morning. one oh one northbound and sell san francisco was forced to shut down for several hours. one person was killed and several others were injured an early investigation show that it was at 2 separate collisions. the first of which involved 3 vehicles chp officer birdie as says one of the vehicles in the first

morning in the east bay, a man has been charged with 10 counts of felony animal cruelty for mistreating draw dogs inside of a trailer. his name is jeremiah wimberley and he's jail right now on $100,000 bail. this is a photo of the trailer where the officers found small dogs barking and panting with for that appeared to be wet added 5 other dogs are also being held in wire crates without food or water, where berlin admitted that the dogs belonged to him and that he used the trailer as what he called a mobile doghouse he's been arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty the contra costa county animal service offices office is investigating. happening tomorrow witnesses are scheduled to take the stand in the deadly hugo ship warehouse fire trial in oakland. the prosecutors for so witness may not be allowed to testify. that's because an attorney for the ghost ship warehouse, creative director max harris asked a motion filed a motion

fight. police then started receiving calls of multiple victims checking into multiple local hospitals with stabbing wounds and also one person that had serious injuries from being hit by a car. and here the suspects police arrested 21 year-old joshua be all 20 year-old and philip chung, both of those were arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. they believe is related to those stabbings and then police arrested christopher d-mont a on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the victim hit by a car. now officers say 2 separate groups of men had been involved in the apparent road rage before the fight broke out. now all for victims have moderate to serious injuries. but luckily, none of them so far have been called life threatening now one element that police have not released yet is it the men who were arrested are also any of the men who also some of the victims now still in the hospital now if anyone has information on this incident

by a car and then having to go to the hospital want to tell you where it all happened go ahead and take a look at this map here happened in downtown walnut creek with this is an all started like early saturday morning. police were called to the intersection of north main street and parkside drive right after hearing reports of a fight. police in started receiving calls of multiple victims checking into various local hospitals for stabbing wounds and one with injuries from being hit by a car. you hear the suspects. police arrested 21 year-old joshua be all and 20 year-old philip china on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon they believe is related 2 of the stabbings now police arrested christopher d-mont a on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that associated with the victim hit by a car. officers say 2 separate groups of men have been involved and they were of alt in the apparent road rage before the fight broke out all 4 victims suffered major to severe injuries but right now, none of them are being labeled as life threatening. however,

the investigation into the incident begins. the stockton police department is also investigating an officer-involved shooting that happened near castle oaks drive in marlborough court on saturday. police say that a man with a baseball bat was acting a radically and refused officers orders to drop the bag. police then shot the man who was then rushed to nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition. this morning. the officers involved are expected to be okay. one man is dead and several members of the university choir were injured in a fiery crash on highway one to one in south san francisco on saturday. kron four stand for and has an update. shows flames shooting up from a crash involving a tour bus. >>early saturday morning. one oh one northbound in south san francisco was forced to shut down for several hours. one person was killed and several others were injured early
