for you coming up in just a bit temperatures don't do much maybe 60 to san jose and everybody is looking at rain again will be plotting all this for you, let's show what you expect throughout the entire weekend marty ok dave thanks a lot of us get to the news this morning and new today, a police are investigating a camera. >>that was fun found in the bathroom of a mill valley starbucks. it was discovered at the starbucks on communal well to about 1130 on friday morning. a worker found the camera in an air freshening device inside the bathroom police say they don't know just how long the camera was there or if it actually recorded anything anyone with any information is being asked to contact the mill valley police department. in the east bay, a worker at the fremont children's indoor trampoline park found a hidden camera inside a men's restroom. police say the suspect has been convicted of similar crimes in the past kron forcefully chagall reports of police tracked the man down using his own video. >>about a month after a man

was arrested by fremont police for inappropriately touching his genitals near children at the rockin jump trampoline park, an employee finds a camera hidden in the men's restroom, there. and police say several men and boys were unknowingly recorded sounds of invasion of privacy and it amounts to child pornographer ye fremont police say the camera was spotted in the business at the maori he's shopping center on may 3rd. investigators watched the recordings and saw who they believed to be the suspect setting the camera up on video surveillance video from the business and the city's license plate readers led police to a home in antioch it turned out to be 36 year-old richard rochas he was arrested may 9th booked into the fremont police departments detention facility for possession of child pornographer the and concealing a camera in a bathroom, it doesn't even make sense why someone would do that or why they do it multiple times police say they found other recording devices and child pornographer rochus home. >>he's also been convicted of similar sex-crimes in the past

month. kron four is gail long has more. >>merkley health officials say this is not a measles outbreak, but it is the first confirmed measles cases in the city. and it's also the first confirmed case in alameda county. shoppers and workers of the berkeley bowl an organ street may have been exposed to measles earlier this month. >>the city of berkeley public health says the infected person is not an employee here but came through the grocery store on may 7th between 3, 5, in the afternoon. so to dorian johnson, but says he is vaccinated and fortunately nothing has happened for me, but. it doesn't create problems for other people. shopper ron moore tell is not worried about the exposure. >>i got measles in the 50's and i survived quite nicely. everybody i know that it was no big deal. >>martell may have a lifetime immunity, but city health officer lisa hernandez says the person who contracted the illness while traveling abroad visited the store putting many at risk. >>when people asked what can i do. we know vaccines an

accountable. kron four just seen waltman has details on the lawsuit filed by the family that it believes is necessary to prevent another tragedy. >>he is a loving was a loving caring extremely compassionate person who cares about his community as kids his family, his dad was his best friend that's what aided mcguire tells kron 4 news. >>and without him he and his 2 younger sisters struggle to move forward during this tragedy. you can't. change history. you know. in august of 2018 martin nealis who work for the city of pleasant hill. what for a bicycle ride during his lunch break this video shows the 54 year-old that his bright bike here on released valley road in lafayette. >>the truck accused right next to him. seconds later the truck's trailer would collide into martin taking his life it's about. >>being cautious and being safe on the roads in the don't rate risk people's lives. the

family has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit. it names the driver of the truck claiming he was prohibited from passing martin at a distance of less than 3 feet. one of the family's attorney says the driver acted carelessly the driver of the truck that day violated that law and that when he passed martin and overtook him. he didn't allow for 3 feet of space struck martin tragically killed. the lawsuit also names hawk builders and signature development group, the companies involved in the new housing project under construction nearby called highlands collection claiming both companies should have known. it's large commercial vehicles are prohibited from driving and released valley road that death of martin the list was entirely preventable for aided and his sisters. the lawsuit is to raise awareness for drivers to be mindful of bicyclists and also to hold accountable. the people they believe are responsible for taking their father from them we're doing this because we think that's what he would do. >>in this case if there were

one of us that took place. >>i did reach out to the companies named in the lawsuit either they hung up the phone on me saying no comment or did not return calls back in san francisco, i'm just involvement kron 4 news. >>up to 5 people assaulted and robbed the driver as he was stopped at a light in san francisco's mission district. police say it happened thursday night just before 9 o'clock at the intersection of 25th and cap streets a 35 year-old man was stopped when 5 men surrounded his vehicle and then began assaulting him before they robbed him. the victim was taken to the hospital officers still looking for the suspect this morning. now o the south bay where police are investioating a body that was found near san jose state university. police found the body of a 75 year-old man on a friday morning in the area of the san antonio and south 11th streets. it's about one block from the campus. police say the death does not appear to be suspicious. and coming up on kron 4 news weekend. the

distance as you'll notice a little bit there looks like almost like the clouds are trying to break up. but they're not here's the shot from u c berkeley we told around looking out west. there's the east bay shoreline this we can make that out in the bay. so some of that fog has already started to lift the comma shape from this low mid latitudes cycle. we like to say heavier rain going today upstream where the core the low is that you got some cold air upstairs so when we get the lifting going on right there with the energy sources that's going to drive the thunder showers in the lightning and so forth that we expect into tomorrow. so let's a future cast do its thing we talked about the rain developing. throughout the morning hours. the stakes just about 02:15pm everybody's pretty much covered at this point but the a lake of some heavier rain to drop in for. excuse me the mid afternoon. so again if you're out about just a little caution with all of that to certainly on the area roads because you could be fighting to some winds on that as well the secondary wave looks like it makes it through the evening hours. we take a break overnight. and this is what i'm talking about

that's close to where highs are going to be for today. state highs meanwhile, we've got the mid 70's and central valley, 56 for sacramento, the central coast is in the middle 50's and kind of a wash and even down to monterrey 67 allie x meanwhile for big cared about 50. so that rainfall. today's the big day in terms of quantitatively of all of this. look at the amounts being collected all the way into about 08:00am over an inch of rain in portions of the north bay east bay shoreline. only about the south they get somewhat spared, picking up just over a quarter of an inch of rain over an inch of rain for san francisco and for sunday. but over the add that much more to it the south think it's bit more treatment to this as we pick up more than a half of an inch of rain there. but we add to our initial on the east bay shoreline, san francisco and certainly up to the north bay. so there's the first hit the heavier rain. the scattered thunder shower activity tomorrow with that core low and then we get a break for monday there's more to be had
