some of fog out there in let's go take a look at golden gate bridge right now can't even really see it there pretty thick that fog so here's a look at our current temperatures right now as you can see hayward is a little warmer than where at the same time yesterday we were like around 59 61 in oakland to so little warmer out there. but in half moon bay looks pretty much the same as yesterday 53 degrees right now mid 50's out in novato so. and we'll be up to the 70's if you live in places like livermore further inland and then up to the upper 80's there by lunch time. 90's at 2 o'clock so it's another day or nice day to go and enjoy the beach if you're into that or if you want to you know cool off. were expected to be in the mid 70's again in san francisco, there pacifica upper 60's so what else can we expect for the upcoming week weather wise to have more during the full

forecast marty back to you all right erica, thanks a lot breaking overnight 2 people are dead following a crash in san francisco. >>kron four's christina joining us live from the scene with more on the investigation christina. >>this is so far what we know now we have very limited details but i just got off the phone with officers who say we unfortunately have to people who have passed away and a 3rd victim that is now currently in the hospital really quickly before we show you a map i want to go ahead and take a look at the fact that crews right here next to the train station are cleaning up still police actually just left the scene with the 2 cars involved in this deadly crash, we're looking at dark of let me look in a beaker ola as well as a silver compact car. those are the 2 cars involved. they're here's where it happened. it was at 3rd and paul here right next to the train station. and so this is something that happened at around one 23 in the morning. and so far with that information police have confirmed as if they were to

cars the gone to some type of traffic collision. the the navy let very beat up almost wrapped around a pole. what we do know from there is there were 2 victims one male who died on scene right then a female with very serious life conditions who was transported to hospital who later died at the hospital and then we just had confirmed over the phone with police like i mentioned a 3rd victim who luckily do does not have life threatening injuries but has serious enough injuries to have been transported to the hospital as well. now we're back out here live i want to show you again a tip the crews right here cleaning up the area here the streets of pollen 3rd are now back open within the last 3 minutes here so very recently have they been back open. but if you are in the surrounding area know these crews are still working over here to clean up the scene and a very sad moment i do want to share with all of you as i've been here this morning there was a large group of men that came by to go ahead and look at the scene and they say they were

trump's plan to carry out mass deportations of people living in the country illegally the president tweeted saturday. he is delaying the raids by 2 weeks to allow more time for border solution talks between democrats and republicans. the ice raids were set to begin sunday, immigration agents plan to arrest and deport about 2000 immigrant families in 10 cities, nationwide that includes san francisco and other parts of the bay area cities are going to fight it. >>but if you notice that generally high crime cities. if you look at chicago. they're fighting it and you look at other fighting many of those cities are high crime cities in this sanctuary cities. >>oakland mayor libby shaft san francisco mayor london breed in san jose mayor sam liccardo are all against the raids and i know very little about politics i try to stay very neutral. annette lu qi may not keep up with the white house but knows immigration is a hot topic all of our families have been immigrants at one time or another so you know it's a very scary and i.

power lines were down in the road. police say the van was speeding when it hit that pole and then hit the pickup truck and flipped over the driver of the band died at the scene. a man in the pickup was flown to hospital with major injuries. 30th horses died at santa anita racetrack in southern california just as that venue wraps up the racing season. track officials say the thoroughbred american currency died in training accident saturday morning. the track also banned hall of fame trainer. jerry hollendorfer from the facility hollendorfer trained for the dead horses, including american currency. a number of trainers have been investigated because of the doubts and some results of that investigation could be released this week. coming up on kron 4 news weekend, a plan for some southern california residents after officials found they were living in deplorable conditions. plus there is a free lunch for some bay area children will show

but it will pick up later this evening. but our wind speeds won't be as fast as what we saw yesterday yesterday gusts around 25 miles per hour. today we can expect reach a 15 to 20 miles per hour that stationary ones here in the north bay 10 to 15 miles per hour tomorrow morning. looking pretty light with our wind conditions. now temperatures today above normal as you can see here san francisco, 75 is our high today normally when the 60's there oakland 80 concord 93 today in santa rosa upper so tomorrow here we noticed our temperatures drop down in some places by about 4 5 degrees. fremont 82 czar high by mid 80's down in morgan hill tomorrow and then the day after that it's going to be a little lower as well as we get closer to wednesday. there we'll see our temperatures a slightly below normal by a degree or 2 and then by next wednesday, we will wow warm up a bit there

as high pressure approaches our region marty back to you. >>ok erica, thanks a lot. that's news this morning, east bay you can now text the fremont police department if you need help. the department just launched a text to 911 service except the tax of up to 140 characters. police say that this service however does not accept photos or videos and if you don't get a response. they say try reaching 911 another way. just over a week california drivers can expect to pay more for gasoline that starting on july first the state gas tax will increase by nearly $0.6. back in november of proposition 6 failed to pass and repeal the increase in taxes at the pump. this money is supposed to pay for repairs on the state's crumbling roads and bridges. >>any time, there's increase in gas course is going >>in fact my profit but a and i'm willing to debate for the better give me those time both in just a this only place i can take it is holding role the ridiculous.

>>well the increase in the gas tax aims to generate some billion for transportation projects over the next 10 years. a few dozen people gathered outside the oregon state capitol this weekend to support republican senators who walked out last week that was an effort to stop a vote on a cap and trade bill which would put a limit on the state's fossil fuel emissions. governor kate brown ordered the oregon state police to round them up and bring them back to the capitol for the vote. but so far none of the republicans have reappeared and leaders vow to a run out the clock on the legislative session which is set to expire at the end of the month, the capitol building was forced to close saturday. due to a quote possible militia threat from white right wing protesters. a violent struggle was caught on surveillance video at the phoenix airport. that footage shows a man in a red jacket whose bursting through the security scanning machine and then attacks a group of tsa

officers. police and security screener subdued the man who was then arrested tsa said the attack was not provoked. police say the suspect is 19 year-old tyrese garner of texas he's now facing several federal charges. the tea ace tsa officers are all expected to be okay. investigators in new hampshire, looking for answers after a fatal crash between a pickup truck and several motorcycles killed 7 people. the governor sent his condolences to the families of the victims. meredith wood now has more on the ntsb team that's on the scene this morning trying to figure out what caused that wreck. >>a horrific crash motorcycle strewn across the highway. investigators trying to figure out what caused an accident that claimed at least 7 lives. >>i don't know that i've ever seen the crash with this much loss of life. >>new hampshire, authorities say the call came in around 6

arrested 3 men after finding those fireworks on thursday police say that the quantity and the type of fireworks found at the home presented a public safety hazard. fireworks are illegal in redwood city and possession and use of them can carry fines of up to $50,000 along with jail time. a local coalition east palo alto is getting a $20 million grant to build affordable housing and improve transit, 13 and a half million dollars of that will pay for the construction of 128 new units that light tree apartments. it's on bayshore road that includes 14 units for the formerly homeless disabled and young people, sam trans will be using 6 and a half million dollars to buy 3 electric buses for a planned bus route that links east palo alto with bart. it will also provide tree residents with transit passes. the city will use the remaining $4 million to install sidewalks bike ways and improve bus stops. in the east bay, the city of hayward is getting a financial boost

oakland firefighters rescued a goat from 40 foot deep drainage pipe this weekend. the fire department posted this photo last night on social media, apparently the goat fell down a steel pipe and got stuck in the drain. this happened near the leona canyon, regional open space preserve the goal was among a group that was brought to clear brush and an effort to help reduce the chances of wildfire. all in all it took crews more than 2 hours to rescue the girl the goat from the pipe. garbage workers and fulsome helped a woman find her missing wedding ring she realized she accidently threw it in the trash just seconds after it was picked up by garbage workers. so she called the city's solid waste department and they were able to stop that garbage truck. the workers along with the woman and her son began sifting through about 300 cans filled with trash. well at first, i was a little skeptical. >>but when we got out there and i saw andrea and how distraught she was i thought we're going to we're going to
