good morning. we're back on kron 4 news weekend happening tomorrow, a new law that targets the release of body camera footage goes into effect that law requires police to release body camera footage within 45 days of in india incident where an officer uses his weapon. the laws opposed by the california peace officers association. they argue that a reviewing in managing the release of body cam footage will cost department's more money. the law does allow agencies to request monthly extensions of the 45 day deadline for up to one year. gasoline prices were also go up in california

gathering of the lgbt community and allies in the nation. there are over 200 prayed exhibitors and there's expected to be well over a 100,000 spectators out and about it's the grand finale if you will of pride month and weekend participants marching through the heart of the city with the route on market street front and barca darrow to civic center where participants walked right into a celebration and rally with the dozens of speakers and entertainers at civic center plaza. now a few logistics their san francisco pride is a nonprofit and they're asking for one to $5 donation at the rally, everyone entering at the event is subject to screening so keep that in mind. this morning's pride parade kicks off at 1030 reporting in san francisco christina tetreault kron 4 news. >>on to other news this morning the bay area news musician says his $7,000 flu bullhorn was stolen during a smash-and-grab robbery in panel now take a look at these photos a steven maris tells us that he was sitting in the front of a in and out burger restaurant in panel when he

because the future only happens with people another big story that we're following this sunday morning, a 73 year-old california man is rescued after getting lost on a hike in the san gabriel mountafns in southern california. jake reiner has his story of survival. >>rescuers don't give a that mister joe did not give up he was not going to give up his family had told us he would not give up a tweet and a picture of good news for once the rescue wing of the sheriff's department posted. search team reports they have found a 73 year-old mister joe after a week in the wilderness, he is alive condition is great he is awake alert talking making some jokes. >>having a great reunion right now with his family at 73 years young eugene joe put his survival skills to the absolute test. and last saturday, he and his friends

were hiking a six-mile route near look on mount waterman in the angeles national forest when he fell behind and separated from the group he had no food. he obviously knows about some type or survival he was looking for now the strawberries. >>he was trying to catch frogs to but he has not had anything to eat in a week. >>janet henderson doubles as a huntington hospital e r employee and a search and rescue member of the la county sheriff's department. she says mister joe was able to follow the creek in devil's canyon and stayed alive by drinking water from it. he would. >>grabbed his jacket around him and his beach tell that he had with them he got in close next to the hot rocks because it's very hot there in those rocks to heat up. and that's how he kept himself or midnight a weekslong search which included upwards of 75 searches from 11 different search groups culminated saturday morning. >>when 2 searchers from al to dina mountain search and rescue started talking with some campers in the canyon and

just about all week it looks like at least one immediate they he go inland are going start to the heat spike a start to get some tracks. here's a look at what's going on with the fog from the vantage point of alcatraz there it is in the center and there's san francisco behind it. but you see trying to lift off their around the bay bridge as well so what's driving this is the slow well out to sea providing the onshore flow. that remain in place just about all week, although we do see some weakening towards the end of the week so some of those inland temperatures, not only rising, but in some parts of the bay will see some temperatures start to spike a little bit more so too look at this for just a day mid 90's going on in central valley already san diego at 7074 meanwhile for la la acts, mid 60's along the central coast, 76 santa barbara. but will be seeing warmer temperatures hotter temperatures by the time we get the middle of the week hopefully the the gangs on the come out here to vacation for the independence holiday 66 san francisco to the coast 65 for daly city but as a side note,laces like half moon bay. you might be fought fighting some of that gloom and doom fog a little

later in the day today that we saw from yesterday south san francisco, 6472 burlingame they're the 70's littering the south and to the peninsula 74 to 79 rather to a a mountain view palo alto 78 san jose at about 80 meanwhile santa clara 79 with cupertino milpitas 81 meanwhile, east bay shoreline still hanging on to those 70's 80 for pleasanton livermore around 81 for tri valley, 82 walnut creek concord and 84 more the 70's again lining up in the east bay shoreline again that contrast in place as these numbers start to really klein getting to the 90's or so by friday. we'll still see probably some 70's littering the east bay shoreline will see some 80 sneaking in there later on though 79 benicia the laos 67, the cool spot 78 for napa 80 for sonoma center rose at 80 to 73 down a mill valley. here's that 7 day forecast things start to get kick a little bit towards the end of the week after the holiday as we start to approach around 90. marty ok dick thank you.

the investigation continues in santa clara following that massive fire on el camino rail friday that destroyed a condo construction site kron four's noel gallo has the latest for us. >>cause for friday's fire remains unclear mainly because there are still hot spots smoldering at this site firefighters were here all day saturday, putting out some of those hot spots like the one right behind me investigators say they likely won't be able to determine if this was arson until later next week. >>holding torn down and several hot spots extinguished. main partially closed off more than 24 hours after an enormous fire erupted at a condominium construction site friday. >>so we were so this is just our lot >>past that the fire fight is putting the game on time and did everything neighbors on clay street who had been evacuated during the blaze gathered saturday to plan a think you block party for

tomorrow, a new law targeting the release of police body cam footage goes into effect the law requires police to release body camera footage within 45 days of an incident where an officer uses his or her weapon. the laws opposed by the california peace officers

>>welcome back to kron morning news, good morning, everybody a live shot coming into the bay bridge we could see some blue skies working their magic and they're a little bit as we start to see the fog liftoff and there's got the glaring sun going on for the cars and the shot from bethel island we've been seeing blue skies in the east bay all this morning. so that has been an issue there but again we like this marine layer keeping our temperatures down what drives that that's that collection of cloud you see off towards the west forming the lower the low forms, the clouds providing are on shore flow and that brings in the marine layer at night which we'll see again but the fog returning tonight. what those temperatures central valleys already beating us here that would get into the middle 90's for highs today. the real heat spike doesn't get here until the latter portion of the week but already seeing some warming there central coast meanwhile in the mid 60's, not bad for a little trip down a moderate. meanwhile in so cal 81 for san diego l e x 74 matching that

localized very localized might recall winds there in some spots but they see 65 mostly sunny will do what but you do see a little bit of a warming trend that happens in the right hand side of your screen, particularly what happens as we lose a little bit the influence of this low. this low is providing an on shore flow. yes, it gets fog in the morning that's true. but we get cooling effect around the immediate bay. that's what's nice keeping those temperatures down and we're going to lose some of that towards a lot of course of the week so expect some lower 80's encroaching on the southern and fremont up north to hayward as we start seeing things warm up after independence day so up coming our way alright, thank you dave. that's gonna wrap things up for us we will see you again next week and have yourself a great day.
