the real warm up early does get kicking in here into next week or 2.80 san jose 72 going on for oakland looking good around the bay and 64 for san francisco little bit more details in the forecast in just a bit market. ok, dave thanks a lot, let's get to the news this morning in our top story ice agents are set to begin their raids this morning here in the bay area. >>and across the country as well. it's all part of the president's a crackdown on undocumented immigrants since news of the rage broke last week many have been preparing for the possibility of those raids as well as taking to the streets to demonstrate. kron four's christina tate or joins us live this morning. she's in san francisco. she has the latest for us christine, a. >>ice officials have not said when or where these raids are supposed to be taking place but the president has said they will be taking place today and that they are expected to take place in many different cities, including san francisco along with atlanta denver, los angeles and new york officials say the

focus will be on undocumented immigrants who already have court orders to be deported. now the raid could last several days city officials here in the bay area of said they will not help federal officials in the raid. some city state and national leaders have called the this operation fear mongering and said they will not be cooperating. well the president and his administration insists the are just carrying out the law. >>on criminals as much as we it starts on sundays and they're going to take people out they're going to bring him back to their countries. >>this is an attempt. to intimidate immigrant and latino communities across the country. these are honest hard working people who are immigrants many of hem have u s citizen children. those parents will now be separated from those kids. >>rapid response networks are set up in different cities along the bay area to help undocumented immigrants who

are concerned about upcoming raids and offer legal advice time here at the customs office and as you can tell there are barricades behind me prepared for any type of protest that will be happening today, you know that there will be many security measures taking place here in the city, reporting live in san francisco, christina teatro kron 4 news. >>all right christina thanks for that live report we'll see in about an hour with an update. well, the president and immigration officials have said repeatedly that these raids will only rget those who have gone through the court process and have official orders to leave the country or people who miss their court dates. many people however, worry that other immigrants could get swept up in the raids and end up separated from their families. kron 4 spoke to an immigration attorney about what people should do in the event of an ice raid. >>there's a few major things that i want. >>people think about when this is happening, i know it's a very scary time so definitely try to stay calm if somebody is at your door. slip a warrant under the door and make sure it's a ju just show warrant meaning it's signed by a judge. it's not signed by a

now to the east bay this morning where police are still looking for the person who shot a man in the parking lot of the 6 flags hurricane harbor saturday afternoon. police think the 2 men got into an argument shortly before the shooting but they are not sure exactly what it was about. officers arrived on the scene around 5 o'clock and they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, he was rushed to the hospital he's expected to survive. police are looking for an african american man with tattoos on his back. wayne about 220 pounds and driving a silver older model honda four-door sedan with front bumper damage. a sacramento brewery has released its latest beer, it honors a fallen police officer from the bay area andtit attracted a lot attention on saturday as you can see the line that was wrapped around the parking lot for the re release of sully 3, 4, 9, it's named after sacramento, police officer tara o'sullivan who was killed in the line of duty last month. o'sullivan

you it is a tropical storm barely right now but let's go forward expected to be downgraded to a tropical depression by this afternoon or by this afternoon central time so late morning. as you see by monday or already a tropical depression. again and then becoming somewhat of a tropical low by the time because the southern missouri again heaviest rains and the southern mississippi valley with its pathway and locally severe weather that means possible tornadoes and so forth when these tropical systems go over land that become very unstable. here's what's happening on the home front again more fog you can see from the bay bridge. looks nice in contra costa county and most of those inland spots, there's mount diablo checks in with beautiful sunshine. upper 50's line up the east bay shoreline as we see in the north bay too 61 to san jose peninsula has those 50's too. in some 60's going on already in that as we're getting some of that daytime heat. now as we have that change of the guard as i talked about will get some of those winds up taking this afternoon and evening, partially also being driven because we have thermal

napa checks in an 80 to the peninsula a little cooler 72 for oakland, give you an idea of the east bay and for 84 san jose coming up a little bit we'll check in with the a's forecast looks ke for this afternoon. marty ok sounds good. thank you dave. police in concord are searching for 2 men who shot another man to death that happened late friday night at the motel 6 on clayton road. >>kron four's gayle ong has more. >>the man killed has been identified, but we don't know is what led to the shooting. the police are looking for these 2 men at 32 year-old adam renfro of brentwood and 40 year-old robert brown of a point in connection to the fatal shooting in concord. >>the shooting happened around 11 15 friday night when officers arrived to the scene at the motel 6 likely in road they found one man identified as or straight or suffering from gunshot wounds, trader was taken to john near medical center in walnut creek where he later died the motel is surrounded by apartment homes and houses neighbors tell me they heard at least 5 gupshots in the night i was in my room and i thought i heard like.

this morning police say an elderly man was apparently trying to park his car when his foot slipped off the brake and on to the big seller 8 or and that sent his van into a cvs pharmacy and muranga the vehicle crashed into the front of the cvs store at 5 a team the road shortly before 1 o'clock saturday afternoon. officials say a number of at the time they suffered re minor injuries, one person was sent to the hospital. the driver and the passenger in the van were not injured. police say they don't believe that drugs or alcohol caused this wreck. a school superintendent near fresno is offering no apologies about a live shooter drill that he held at his school. but some parents say it was too realistic. he had a janitor wear a mask and carry a fake gun while banging on classroom doors. some people said the drill could end up traumatizing children but the super cup superintendent says he's trying to save lives. kim kovr copper says that in her 22 year career as a teacher she's never gone through anything like this.

>>2 young children and their mother were kidnapped as part of a bank robbery plot in wisconsin. >>brett le moyne has the details of the family's ordeal. on friday june 28 the branch manager at wells fargo closed up this racine bank for the night picking up her children ages 2, 5, >>and drove home to can osha. the woman says 2 men approached her at home and forced her and the kids into the back seat over 2008 chevy impala the suspect allegedly drove the 3 victims to milwaukee holding what police would later describe as a fake gun to the woman's head. investigators say the suspect held the family in a basement near 37th in concordia and plotted to rob the bank 23 year-old done terry us rob 19 year-old william howell 19

year-old george pearson robin 18 year-old lamar will all face multiple charges. while kidnapped the woman and the children were given a bucket to use to go to the bathroom and happy meals from mcdonald's to eat. the suspect took all 3 back to the bank early in the morning and at gunpoint demanded that the woman let them in. police say the suspects eventually had her disable the alarm and entered the volt stuffing bags full of cash. the suspects allegedly took off in the woman's vehicle. the woman and the children were left at the bank later that morning police say the suspects torch the woman's car. it burned the side of this garage raj the homeowner declined to speak with us on camera but says the intense flames will come off. the suspects all were eventually arrested. thanks to surveillance video. >>well i was brett le moyne reporting all for the suspects have been charged with bank robbery and kidnapping. for

and their mother were kidnapped as part of a bank robbery plot in wisconsin. >>read lemoyne now has the details of the family's ordeal. >>on friday june 28 the branch manager at wells fargo closed up this racine bank for the night picking up her children ages 2, 5, and drove home to can osha. the woman says 2 men approached her at home and forced her and the kids into the back seat over 2008 chevy impala the suspect allegedly drove the 3 victims to milwaukee holding what police would later describe as a fake gun to the woman's head. investigators say the suspect held the family in a basement near 37th in concordia and plotted to rob the bank 23 year-old don terry us rob 19 year-old william howell 19 year-old george pearson robin 18 year-old lamar will all face multiple charges. while kidnapped the woman and the children were given a bucket to use to go to the bathroom and happy meals from mcdonald's to eat. the suspect

immigrants since the news of the raids broke last week many people have been preparing for the possibility of those raids as well as taking to the streets to demonstrate. kron four's christina joins us live this morning from the us customs border protection building in san francisco. she has more on that christine a. >>why officials have not said when or where these raids will take place but the president does confirmed that they will be play taking place today and they are expected to take place in cities such as san francisco right here along with atlanta denver los angeles as well as new york. now officials say the focus will be on undocumented immigrants who already have court orders to be deported. the raid could last several days the officials here in the bay area said they will not help federal officials in the rate though some city and state of end as well as national leaders have called operation fear mongering and said they will not be cooperating. well the president and his administration insist they are just carrying out the law.

all part of a bank robbery plot that happened in wisconsin read lemoyne has the details of the family's ordeal. >>on friday june 28th, the branch manager at wells fargo closed up this racine bank for the night picking up her children ages 2, 5, and drove home to can osha. the woman says 2 men approached her at home and forced her and the kids into the back seat over 2008 chevy impala the suspect allegedly drove the 3 victims to milwaukee holding what police would later describe as a fake gun to the woman's head. investigators say the suspect held the family in a basement near 37th in concordia and plotted to rob the bank 23 year-old done terry us rob 19 year-old william howell 19 year-old george pearson robin 18 year-old lamar will all face multiple charges. while kidnapped the woman and the children were given a bucket to use to go to the bathroom and happy meals from mcdonald's to eat. the suspect took all 3 back to the bank early in the morning and at

gunpoint demanded that the woman let them in. police say the suspects eventually had her disabled the alarm and entered the volt stuffing bags full of cash. the suspects allegedly took off in the woman's vehicle. the woman and the children were left at the bank later that morning police say the suspects torch the woman's car. it burned the side of this garage raj the homeowner declined to speak with us on camera but says the intense flames will come off. the suspects all were eventually arrested. thanks to surveillance video. well that was brad lemoyne reporting now all 4 of the suspects have been charged with bank robbery and kidnapping. >>having is it happening today all lanes of concord boulevard are set to reopen after being closed for a couple of days. they were closed as crews removed a crane that was used in the construction of an apartment complex that burned down last year. the fire broke out back in april
