just want to get people comfortable with cooking. i'm a big proponent of saying that like cooking isn't as hard as people think it is and you really can do more than give yourself credit for you just have to get out of your comfort zone, a little bit and if that takes going to a class and coming in visiting me up in napa then come in come and see what we're doing in get a little more comfortable in the kitchen and what's the dressing involved here, i'm just like oh crack open the ranch and put it on no that's fine i think that people don't give themselves enough credit you use what you have in your house i think that making substitutions and getting comfortable with the ingredients that you have is is stellar. if you do want to branch out a little bit something that i recommend having they really really good balsamic so this isn't balsamic it gets a little bit sweeter a little bit. many are and then you get that lower acidity from the aging the same way you would with a wine process so on this tomato salad service time we would do a little bit of an aged balsamic glaze on top whatever your preference. and then and on our heirloom peach and and

multiple others, we also have the. a beer tap or let's not dismiss that actually the only tap room for napa smith in not a soul come out and get a pint and when people talk napa they think it's expensive but all these are reasonable right yes, so we really tried to find good small local wineries that know what they're working with and really really well in smaller production, so it's affordable it's reasonable and you don't have to be an extreme wine com, a sewer to be able to appreciate the things that they're tasting so you can come in and do a tasting you can hang out on the lawn and have a bottle. you know you can you can make a day of it without having to feel like you don't know enough about it because if i go to napa i'd like to be educated because i don't know a good way from the bad way and that's the truth and that exact during pipe or vinegar and i would that's great.
