they say apparently a homeless man said off the fire alarm at a condo building and apparently there have been numerous reports of harassment. my people living in campers to residents in the area. this organization has been advocating for that date now vacation center to not go into that area since it was approved earlier this spring and currently at the actually filed wsuit ainst the city for bringing this to the embarcadero area claiming that this is going to be at and added presence of people who live in the homeless lifestyle which would then add tapes of the crime and petty thefts happening in the area something they say don't they don't want to see happen to an area that they call home and be also to an area with so many different tourists and small businesses and no actually most recently we did hear that currently that lawsuit is actually before the court of appeals in sacramento, right now so this morning we're going to be hearing more. all of the people from safe in our care for all hearing there side of
