morning, 3 members of the latino family are suspected of kidnapping and assaulting an african-american teenager. in what police are calling hate crime. police arrested will fred all haiti argo ale and luis and or swat as yesterday on hate crime kidnapping and other charges. investigators say the teenage boy was visiting a girl at the family home when members of the family assaulted him tied him up and threatened to kill him. they also used racial slurs at him. the suspects eventually released the teenager he was treated at a hospital. in the north and the bottle police arrested a delivery driver who they say broke into a home friday afternoon you're taking a look at pictures of officers with 27 year-old maurice kimball he's from brentwood. police say that kimball stole more than $10,000 worth of items from that home he's now being held in the marine county jail. fairfax police say they need your help in finding a man who saw some
