dead. the accident happened late saturday night on lake joseph in canada, where o'leary and his wife of 29 years, linda, own a vacation home. >> welcome to fantasy island. >> linda was reportedly driving the boat when it struck the larger vessel. so what went wrong? alcohol doesn't appear to be factor. linda was reportedly given a dui test the night of the accident and passed. >> it's trial by fire. there's no special favors. >> o'leary said the other boat wasn't visible because it didn't have its lights on and reportedly there's video to prove it. the 65-year-old shark tank judge tells "e.t." he's fully cooperating with authorities. out of respect for the families who have lost loved ones and to fully support the ongoing investigation, i feel it's inappropriate to make further comments at this time. my thoughts are all the families affected.
