turn. her father accused of abusing the eldest son. a source close to britney's ex-husband kevin federline, claims to "e.t." that britney's father, jamie, "engaged in conduct that was physical abuse" toward their 13-year-old sean. we're told the alleged abuse took place while the children and britney were visiting jamie ho jamie's home outside of louisiana. according to our source, jamie broke down the bedroom and shook preston, no visible bruises or injuries. according to kevin's attorney, britney recognized the children were in a dangerous situation and she demonstrated the correct parental judgment by removing them from it. we're told a police was filed and a temporary restraining order was granted. >> jamie spears hasn't rrnd our
