outside the courthouse in boston. nischelle, what's going on? >> it was intense in there. the air was thick. i was inside the courtroom when the judge announced her decision. felicity is going to prison. have you prepared yourself for your sentence? >> after a dramatic hearing felicity was sentenced to 14 days in prison. that's not all. the 56-year-old actress will also have to pay a $30,000 fine and perform 250 hours of community service. it was a devastating afternoon for the couple, felicity and her husband william h. macy. they both cried. after the sentence was handed down, macy comfo defeated as they walked out of court. what's next? felicity has six weeks to prepare for her prison sentence. she must turn himself in october 25th.

where will she serve time? here team is pushing for an institute in dublin, california. ultimately that decision is up to the bureau of prisons. prison consultant john doc fuller says felicity will be assigned duties, won't be allowed make up and it will be nerve wracking. >> inmates tend to lose wait. they begin to exercise to offset the stress of incarceration. >> after the sentencing felicity released a statement apologizing saying, quote, i can promise you in the months and years to come i will try to live a more honest life. prosecutors argued that felicity lied and sent her daughter's fraudulent s.a.t. scores across the cotry. it's interesting to point out that felicity's attorney made
