at least a warm day going on even at the coast today, there's a shot of the golden gate as you can see again some leftover fog, basically blue skies will be replacing that speaking of which not rogue rest of the fog this morning, this is about as you can see that will clear out of the coast even pretty quick quickly this morning. then we go into tonight here comes a little bit more aggressive now covering a good portion, the east bay shoreline along the peninsula coast and up to the north bay because things are changing and you'll see a big change in those temperatures protected by tomorrow. today right now as we speak a lower 60's on the east bay shoreline 68 for fremont got some 50's up there the north bay that feels good 53 for napa santa rosa, 52. we have 64 for san jose. i suspect a freakish number of 80 mountain view that doesn't seem right and 60's you can see and one with livermore 58. for a contrast sake here were a couple degrees cooler around the immediate beige will notice but inland little has changed

soon to be forgotten. thankfully, we caught it all on camera right. reporting in pleasanton dan thorn kron 4 news. >>breaking overnight a family in the east all or actually all eastbound lanes the bay bridge open again this morning after a vehicle fire shut down a portion of the span for more than an hour now this fire was first reported about 10 o'clock friday night. all 4 eastbound lanes were shut until about 11 30 last night, the traffic was backed up all the way back into san francisco. but fortunately, no injuries reported and no word on what caused that fire. daly city police arrested rudy rivera and merge mercy folger of pacifica after the san mateo county sheriff's office say they found $20,000 worth of stolen merchandise in their car. it happened shortly after the 2 were released on bail for separate theft charges. detectives also arrested a 3rd suspect 29 year-old aniya rivera also from pacifica. to

mitt and admissions to a cheating scandal may have happened in a boston courtroom on friday when huffman was sentenced to 14 days in prison. back in may she pleaded guilty comes to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. she admitted that she paid $15,000 for a proctor to boost her oldest daughter's s a t scores more than 50 people including parents coaches and test administrators were charged in what is now the largest college admissions cheating scheme ever prosecuted. according to the department of justice. we have charged 3 people who organized the scams. >>seat here a c t exam administrars. one exam proctor. one college administrator. 9 coaches at elite schools. and 33 parents who paid enormous sums to guarantee their children's admission to certain schools through the use of bribes and fake academic and athletic credentials.

>>along with that jail time should also be serving one year probation be asked to perform 22250 hours of community service as well as pain a $30,000 fine huffman scheduled to report to prison on october 25th. her attorney asked the judge if huffman could serve her time at the federal prison in dublin. huffman does not live in the bay area she lives in southern california, which of course leads to the question of why would she want to serve her time here criminal defense lawyer paula canny says the dublin prison is about as good as it gets when it comes to serving a sentence. it's a minimum security prison with nonviolent offenders. candy says that if huffman serves her time there she will wear a jail uniform, but and won't have much privacy, but she won't be long to herself or her entire stay and that she will have access to the outdoors and a track. >>it's his cushy as in jail was which isn't. which is horrible. you have fresh air you can see bird trees and

the south bay santa clara health officials issuing a warning connection with a sharp uptick in fatal drug overdoses. there have been 9 deaths so far this year including 2 teenagers. all of them connected to fentanyl overdoses police seeds a large number of fake 30 milligram purpose at pills that include that contain fentanyl rather than oxycodone they look just like the real thing, according to experts and their blue or green with an am inside a square stamped on one side and a 30 on the other side. the consumers take them thinking that they're going to certain a fact. >>that they'll get a high in a certain way, but what they don't know is that the pill is in fact poison and will kill them. well fentanyl is 80 to 100 times more powerful than morphine and exposure to be even a tiny amount. >>can cause overdose and death. and we want to remind you that san francisco's famous cable cars are out of service for 10 days. the shutdown will allow workers to replace gearboxes
