>>as power is being restored for the last of the millions of people affected by the public safety power shut off this week. pg e crews have been working nonstop to re energize the lines. let's take a look at the latest numbers released by the utility. pg e says power has been restored to 99% of customers in the bay area and 97% of customers sips systemwide in its latest update pge says fewer than 13,000 customers are still without power this morning. at the height of the blackout pge says about 2 million customers in northern california. we're in the dark. now to the south bay this morning where businesses and residents affected by the public safety power shut down are also adding up what it cost to them in terms of lost business and spoiled food. many residents were have were left having to retrieve food, they'd removed from the fridge. a similar strategy was taken by restaurants as they sorted through their perishable foods. san jose mayor sam liccardo also talk about what this shutdown cost the city.

particularly but we will improve that that picture, here's a look what's going on like observatory nice blue skies to start things off there at mount hamilton. and all nice beautiful view of the east bay hills as the sun starts to join us compliments of the bay bridge. so we take a look at what humidity is and actually it's really increase a little bit in central valley, it looks like a little bit in the sacramento valley today, typical to form this this typical happens anyway. daytime heating the air mixes with the dry air above it. these levels fall that's pretty typical course these numbers are not anywhere near as low as they were just couple days ago, but even along the coast are fairly low and a half moon bay is snapping back there as you will notice overnight particularly tonight. we have that little front. some scattered clouds creeping across the region overnight late this afternoon really you can see these numbers pop they should that's typical but still a little bit on the dry side. however tomorrow afternoon we don't dry out as much we replace some of those lower 20's with some 30's here. although air temperatures will be a little
