lanes for a time police say at while an officer was making a traffic stop he suddenly heard gunfire at officer then saw a man in a compact suv traveling firing at another driver now there been noreports of any injuries as we said police are still looking for thgunman. man shot and killed by a he police officer this week was caying a fake gun. the shooting happened around 2.33 tuesday a thursday afternoon rather on mckee roain san jose police responded after a mber of witnesses reported seeing a man with a handgun in the area. officers found the maholding a gun and they told him to drop it. one officer fired at t suspect when he appeared to draw the weapon. police have not yet relesed the suspect's identity. miguel mourn lo where is a workday is now in custody in the santa clara county jail he's facing charges in connection with a deadly shooting that hpened back in january on south 10th street in east william street in san jose police hadeen
