santa cruz mountains down the monterey bay as well. now flash flood watch still remains up there in the north bay and there's a still some dect rain falling, although it's starting to break up a little bit. this flow pattern is now going south to north that's somewhat the opposite we typically get weather winter storms ago, north to south. this is sfo and part of this is becae they just clean the lens a little bit was you know squeegee came by to do that. but they're looking at a 4 and a half hour. the late today. the other bay area airports are okay but elsewhere this kind of domino effect because elsewhere in the country to some problems back east as well that's also playing into some of this too. bay bridge shot that we have the overcast skies but as we people keep pointing out. it's a little brighter than it was a couple of hours ago so little improvement on that count. i mentioned visibility levels and they don't improve up here in the north bay, and although the rain may stop a little better break up a touch. midday, not too bad peninsula, not bad but again down to the south bay is more that moisture comes bubbling up there you have your problem so

we're good piece of real estate looks like at least that will be working in our favor but watch out when you're actually in a rain cell i will cut down your local visibility at the time there's the storm track from that subtropic moisture from the south look at this rain goes all the way down almost to l a as you can see covering just out all the central coast and even the central valley getting some really good rain as well too. this expected again to exit stage by tuesday or wednesday 61 f,esno today by the way 67 for bakersfield. much the same at the coast. expect much temperature movement for today. back in the mountains the winter storm warning remains in place through monday. although we expect a little bit of an improvement happening tonight where you could get another 2 to 4 inches or 2 to 4 feet keep saying inches. 2 to 4 feet about 6500 feetn terms of elevation. winds will be quite active still thou 60 plus over the ridges and there is a rain snow mix when you get a little t lower. that's a 4,000 feet or below and some

melting that occurredfrom earlier storms that we had around thanksgiving because those storms were lower pushing snow levels low. now it's going the inverse direction that's pretty much already settled though because of this flow patterns been with us for more than a day. here's how it looks like on the wider scale models we do finally see the storm and although it continues to swirl around to our south. la is on track to get the last hit from all of that we get a break midweek another dose is expected by friday usual notice here that will play out we think that will be over court of the models tell us maybe by sunday we'll have that salvageable and start off the following week on a quiet note before we get a new storm comes our way different storm track that some place here it's amazing when you don't have a high pressure system under coast that what happens. we get all of this traffic. so again very busy in the early rt of the week. rain continues not as intense monday morning for your commu is was this morning. very kind of peppered out and scattered periods of rain continue for tuesday. wednesday thursday kind of our dry out period and the next storm system getting here by
