actually aren't seeing any rain right now that will change later on today as you can see it's looking a little gloomy out there over the golden gate bridge. we do have some rain totals here for what we accumulated overnight so sandra those aside. half an inch of rain half moon bay over 3 quarters of an inch of rain accumulated amount hamill pa over 2 inches and other elevations, higher elevations said see about 2 inches of rain up in the north bay and of we're going to see another round of that today so. our current satellite and radar as you can see a lot of rain in northern california and snow out in the sierra zooming on into the bay area this is what works currently picking up right now as you can see san francisco. no rain right now we are seeing some light scattered. we will see a moderate to heavy rain coming

years of waiting, lots of fire victims will be getting paid by pg e the power company announced a hefty billion settlement agreement yesterday. it applies to not only victims of the north bay in camp fires but some of the oakland ghost ship warehouse victims too. the utility was one of dozens of defendants in that wrongful death suit. but pg e did not admit to any fall. 44 people in the north bay 85 people in butte county and 36 people in oakland died in those fires. plus thousands of structures were destroyed, but it's unclear how much each victim. well exactly get. pg president and ceo bill johnson said quote from the beginning of the chapter 11 process getting wildfire victims fairly compensated especially the individuals has been our primary goal we want to help our customers and neighbors and our friends and those impacted areas recover and rebuild after these tragic wildfires. and to get paid

wildfire victims have until december 31th to file a claim to keep in mind. pg e filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. so that means the court. we'll have to approve the settlement first. representative duncan hunter of san diego will resign after the holidays. the republicans sent out a 2 sentence statement yesterday just days after pleading guilty to illegally using campaign money for personal expenses. hunter had long dismissed the charges as a politically motivated conspiracy to drive him from office before changing his plea. hunter is scheduled to be sentenced in march. reaching out to the public to try and stop a tax break for cannabis companies. the oakland city council proposed a 4 million dollar tax break for the city's largest cannabis businesses. this is in addition to the already reduced taxes for the smallest 150 of the 195 i registered

contra costa county. investigators are now revealing that all 3 passengers who died in the deadly solo vehicle crash were men. the vehicle, a red 2009 nissan versa went off the highway near the communal pablo exit around 3 o'clock this morning and then hit a tree, the car carried a 31 year-old from oakland and a 22 year-old from hayward and as of right now authorities have not been able to identify the driver. several lanes were closed after the accident but all have since been reopened and at this time it is unknown if current weather conditions alcohol or maybe drugs were a factor in the crash. it's still under investigation. pay the city of san anselmo has a long history of flooding. san anselmo creek is currently running at about 4 feet this was at last check the flood stage is 11 feet so no immediate danger there. the last time san anselmo had a significant flood was back in 2005 city officials still
