homeowner was not. in the east bay, a nted felon has been caught after leading police on a high-speed chase a contra costa county sheriff spotted the stolen vehicle driving westbound on highway 24 near the wilder exit in orinda this was on thursday night. a police chopper tracked the car to the bay fair bart station in san leandro that's wher officers arrested 20 year-old joseph willis as he tried to ru away. willis is now facing a number of charges including vehicle theft possession of stolen property and multle weapons violations he also had 3 outstanding warrants from other counties and is now being held without bail. san francisco's district attorney ernie elect is now calling out the city's police department for racial profiling just about dean tweeted on friday quote police had the biggest reported racial disparities they were 5 times more likely to stop black people than their percentage of the population would explain. but
