may bring maybe some north bay sprinkles sonoma county, particularly maybe up to napa this is what it looks like there's the alcatraz island the foreground city behind it there you have your fog pretty much in play same deal the golden gate and again dealing with this morning fog will mix out nicely not much the way of a breeze though this morning though we'll have a little bit of a wind picking up early next week. here's the fog tracker as we go forward you can see that's all taken care of well before midnight temperatures on the border right now as we speak a lot of 30's and 40's a the shows you would really was a cloud of that overnight we really had fog around the media bay but inland where there wasn't much fog on temperatures were able to fall into the 30's 44 meanwhile for san jose in contrast, little chillier up there on the north bay that we saw from yesterday but reaching even into those inland areas about the central valley's were drops office will notice, but still half a dozen degrees behind we still have that on shore flow left over keeping conditions somewhat cool will warm up a little bit more this afternoon, however, 59 at 11 by 2 o'clock we're talking 66

kron 4 news. >>and another california county also declaring a local health emergency in response to the coravirus san diego county officials made the announcement after discovering patients there were evacuees from wuhan china. they are isolated mean treated at a u c span diego hospital. more than 200 other evacuees remain under a 14 day quarantine and camp pendleton marine base. county officials sathe declaration comes from an abundance of caution. >>today's action does not signi. any increase in the risk of the residents of san diego county. but it does signify another step the county's ongoing efforts to best protect the public to remain ernally vigilant and to take every action we believe puts us in the strongest position to ensure the health and safety of the residents of san diego county. >>and the san diego county emergency declaration will last for a week the board of supervisors will be holding a

special meeting on wednesday to talk about extending at declaration for one month. so far there are 15 confirmed cases of the coronavirus here in the us 8 of the room are in california 2 in illinois. these's one case in texas massachusetts shington state arizona and wisconsin. they the us embassy in japan says it will be flying home americans currently on board the cruise ship diamond princess. once they arrive in the states they will be placed in quarantine most of them will fly in the travis air force base in fairfield while others will be flown to lackland air force base in xas. but the embassy stresses that no one who test positive for the virus or showing symptoms will be allowed on those flights. so far a total of 284 85 people on that ship have tested positive for the coronavirus. meantime china reports a major drop in new virus cases at ces
