offshore when we go forward, here's a live look at sfo, no delays happening there. but there are some pockets of a little bit of fog one on and some scattered clouds here is the shot of alcatraz island and still kind of in dealing with quite a bit in the way of some localized fog though, but around us things have cleared up nicely there is little package upstream or seery gather. late this afternoon evening and kind of hang around for the overnight and that's going to hold out little opportunity of a sprinkle here or there. it won't last for long not great in terms of coverage or amounts enough again if you get lucky to dirty up the car winter weather with us they will be a winter weather advisory up there in the mountains of looks like here the staffs on all of this. winter weather advisory sierra nevada. snow levels. heavy above 5,000 feet by comparison about 2 to 5 inches of snow localized at 5 to 10 that should be inches not feet 5 to 10 inches and travel could be hazardous in spots because it will be coupled with some strong winds and all that's will get a winter weather advisory this kicks in for

7:48 am
>>on yes well the and it increased blood flow to the ivory i do it all let's talk about the number one here that sold me on boat, you know on tell you bill fiber soluble fiber helps to it becomes very discuss in you're in you're going eat it and then the grads on to cholesterol you have called the cholesterol a fun it takes it out yeah and so it doesn't go into the bloodstream saw so it never even gets nasty, you look at it the more you either that soluble fiber and the better so you really want to get in the habit of oatmeal yeah been shown to reduce cholesterol and reduces ldl sand and all those wonderful thing for the second we go to is the old apple a day apple that's and also a soluble fiber to vote is it they did studies on on women that were eating dried apples and you know, but a

land of 2 apples a day. actually they really consider only reduce their cholesterol levels there l deals, total cholesterol so an apple a day is good to apples a day is better. yeah if you can do it exactly and then you know when you when you reduce your cholesterol your ldl is by one percent then that also reduces your heart risk air stroke chris pyle on percent. so that was very significant in the steady reduction of than in a year what i find interesting is that last week you were talking about getting away from foods that have labels happened go back to foods that great example of that it's perfect example, ok, let's move on now to a sunfish some this you talk about something called smash ash is an acronym for the types the 5 types of food fish that you should try to eat because of the fact that is less of mercury in it in own making threes smashed
7:50 am
starting with and and is far max i'm not the not the king or the spanish those are high in mercury they are and then and starting hot and then you have herring ok so that makes up the smash that makes you want to try to include these into your diet they're smaller big fish are the ones that you want to stay away from because of the mercury ah ok and i understand that the study showed that these really counted for a drop in trying triglyceride right, yes, the facts in your yeah are you near and it also helps reduce inflammation and that is the key to a lot of these diseases and heart disease ok so now we learned about smashing yes move on to wall monthslong >>people who are trying to lose weight say ok no more not snow murder, but these are healthy and they actually are anti-inflammatory they found
