7:45 am
>>for your health this morning. we are of course all under added stress nowadays and really that could be a reason for underlying medical conditions such as heart disease and diabetes and that can put you at a risk for severe response to covid-19 our health expert going up karen owen joins me this morning with more on how stress can be life threatening. and what you can do to manage stress. carol good morning. i understand that stress can affect our blood sugar levels. >>it can and a lot of people don't really make that connection of what happens is when you're under stress, your your brain triggers your body to release of cortisol court isil is the culprit and what happens when your body is under stress. one of the things that it blocks the release of insulin. so insulin
7:46 am
is what helps them blood sugar get into your then it starts to accumulate in your blood so then you have thatnblood sugar spike again just spike that we're talking about right pat. the other thing though and here's my a high-tech model of the blood vessels, he think your your blood vessels, the inner lining of your blood vessels were meant to be very smooth like teflon that when it's exposed to court is all it's the sodium and blocks a blood sugar, then it changes it becomes russ and you think of it like sandpaper so it becomes very well and when it's breath like this then plaque is going to stick to it. and that's i get heart disease. so it it it's a cascade of events that happens when you're under stress, you know one thing that we've talked about in the past is just how stress is prompting
7:47 am
are craving for a shoot a food that have a lot of sugar that or starchy. >>and you've just really shown us through that high-tech example of just how it affects the blood vessels. >>right and and with a lot of people tell me oh i can't get over this creeping along with me i can't stop craving sugar and and pasta and chips and all of that. but if they look at their stress levels you know when your body is under stress, it feels like it needs instant energy us through that fight or flight mode right so that's one of the reasons that you could be creating those 2 together it's one of them one of the things that we can do besides trying to to fight that craving is also to really just take some time to meditate and maybe just get away from things for a little bit tell us more about that. >>yes still a night till 6 just meditation some people kind of scratch their nose saying, yeah, yeah, they're thinking sitting on the floor across entre or something like
7:48 am
there for an hour. but there are very many different types of one of the ones i wanted to bring to light is mindfulness meditation okay, so that is meaning your pack to seeing staying in the present and not dreading the future and you're not regretting the past year just staying in the present and it takes practice. >>yeah, what what what are some tips on how to get into that state. >>is there a couple things you know, i'm on the screen. there is eat thoughtfully you know that means not just sitting in gobbling down your food really having to focus on your food, you know the textures the colors that hazy around that of your food and being cognizant of your a level of fullness and your level of hunger. >>and then i even suggest
7:49 am
think about how the food got to your plate, you know think about the farmer know what they did to get >>to the that's that's consciously focusing. >>okay and and so again to to go back just a step here. one thing that a lot of folks think about when you mention meditation was sitting on the floor and in doing them doing the monitoring all of this. but what you're saying is just trying to incorporate this into everyday activities. >>right you can do this mindfulness meditation anywhere that's what makes it so wonderful because you don't have to be in a certain place or have to be on the floor you could just do it even if you're standing in the grocery store and you're getting very stressed because you're in a long line, yes, start practicing your your mindfulness and calm yourself
7:50 am
down listening to music is a is a great way to calm yourself can't really you know not just and not just listening need to to to really dissect it and look at listen to the lyrics listen to the melody and immense an egg and really focus in on that music and maybe while you're listening to music you can be sipping some tea. >>yes, the sipping tea and in that's a japanese cultural activity off at their they that tranquility and harmony so sipping tea is a nice little habit to get into and not go ping down a cup of coffee right right exactly take some time with it. >>think about things you one thing on the screen that we see here another tip that you have is to cook with love, not haste explaining that for us, yes so cooking. >>it is so weak i especially busy parents are trying to cook if further their family they're busy and cooking becomes a chore and this is
7:51 am
just taking it totally away from that but focusing in on may be chopping the vegetables and and being more in tune with the the process and not the end result, a lot of times especially in mindfulness you don't want to focus on the end result because that does takes away from being in the present right right. a lot of the concentrated energy on what you're doing. >>and another tip that we saw on the screen was to take a nature walk and that really can help. >>yes and we talked about way back when about connecting with nature not 20 minutes of connecting that nature the university of michigan did that study and they found that that could also be very calming. so you not only the exercise will help you reduce your stress but being out in nature to kill 2 birds with one stone here. yeah, exactly
7:52 am
and also a big a big part of being mindful is to do exercises like yoga or tai ci. >>yes those are those that's like meditation in motion because those those 2 particular exercises are a disciplines are all about. >>being very focused and disciplined in and really kick in bringing your energy in in just. yeah being very mindful. yeah. >>and the last note that we saw on the list there was to create an art project or a craft i have to tell you my wife has really gotten into quilting she has really church turned out some beautiful quilts and she she's loving the process of making these. >>a lot of people say that in and and just doing art are remembering college week one of our one of our roommates had a collage of color by numbers on the wall everybody
7:53 am
would stop by color and and ca one. it was meditative yeah just just a everybody calm down after classes and all these little artful things you know we don't always stop to smell the roses that big and really taking that time to enjoy and and immerse yourself in something very artful. >>and as you said enjoy the process don't look ahead to the results so just enjoy that the time that you're putting this together. karen thank you
7:54 am
7:55 am
7:56 am
and still ahead in the next hour, the kron 00:04am morning news. we'll tell you about a new self swab of testing kiosk that's opening in the east bay we're live in berkeley to tell you what you need to know before you head out. >>plus some companies very confident they could have a covid-19 antibody treatment by the fall, but there's some questions over how that treatment will be distributed to the people who need it and we're gonna little flavor of summer time weather going on across the inland areas at least but even along the beaches, maybe some lower 70's got to take care of the fog first.
7:57 am
7:58 am
7:59 am
>>you're watching kron 00:04am morning >>good morning, thanks a lot for joining us here on kron 00:04am morning news. it is saturday august 8th on marty gonzales and i'm robin winston let's start this a broadcast with a check of your forecast and see how saturday shaping up this far standing by marty and robin good morning and good morning. everybody let's give you some sunshine here coming in from san jose state a nice blue skies in the background there as they check in from the middle logical department meanwhile up around the golden gate carl's hanging around still you can see the 2 towers pretty much obscured except for the southern tower there a little bit trying to poke a now just a touch so this fog is going to mix up pretty quit the next couple of
8:00 am
hours. maybe a little pesky along the coast for a few hours but then even that will clear out we should see mostly sunny across the entire district this afternoon. as we look for temperatures to climb in a big way in those inland valleys now already have a head start in the east bay you can see mid 60's pretty much taking hold craze in the 69 meanwhile, 60's 50's up to the north bay 61 covers it for san jose. we're a little bit ahead we were this time yesterday trailing just a smudge up there in the north bay fog responsible little bit there 84 by high noon at 3 o'clock at 91 not dead and climbing as we look at some mid 90's even potentially today little warmer even tomorrow but cooling off for the rest the week we'll put your forecast together coming up in a bit marty. all right kate thanks lot let's get to the news this morning we begin with the latest on the covid-19 pandemic here in the bay area. the new numbers are out and we have more than 57,000 coronavirus cases and more than 800 people have died from the virus in the bay area. we
8:01 am
continue to see the most cases in alameda county with over 12,000 infections. the virus has been deadliest in alameda county as well with 104 deaths. you can find the complete list of cases by county on our website at kron 4 dot com. >>well happening today, a new testing site for covid-19 will open in berkeley and it's a site where people can administer the tests themselves, let's check in with kron four's reyna harvey who is live in the east bay with details right now. robin good morning and this is actually the second time we've seen the self testing sites pop up here in berkeley and if you can see right behind me you see that big blue box behind me. >>that's actually one of the self kiosk they have us all the work. testing actually written underneath it and so they had a location like this set up for people to calm down 2 days in a row and they were able to test 500 people plus during that time span so they're trying to bring it back. this location, we're at the berkeley adult school here
8:02 am
at 17. 0 one san pablo avenue and it's going to be from 10:00am to 06:00pm today and tomorrow on the monday through friday. they're going to offer until testing 09:00am to 06:00pm and they are extending this pilot program all in the attempt to bring acces making more widely available for people in the community to also be able to test underserved community members as well so again they also have this in a southern california and expanded it to the bay area because it's so well out there so again you can come here. >>throughout the week. if you do not have insurance that's not going to be an issue they're saying that they're going to test people do not have insurance. also you can go on the city's website that. well the berkeley city website to make an appointment we're going to pose a direct link to that on our website at kron 4 she can go ahead and make yourself an appointment so again the reason water trying to do this like i mentioned they want to expand access. they want more people to come down here and be able to get
8:03 am
tested. you come down here it's not the nose swab he were wondering about that it's going to be just a simple mouth swab you put the sample and a little receptacle and there will be someone here who can help advise you if you have any questions, but it sounds like the process has been going smooth. >>again it starts today at 10:00pm or 10:00am rather behind me so hopefully i'll be able to talk to some of the people on site who are going to be a getting their test today and we'll find out how they feel about it being here in their community for now reporting here in berkeley reyna harvey kron 4 news very good and i'm sure people are happy to know that it's the mouth swab instead of the nose swab of her that's a very uncomfortable. >>thank you right now. >>all right robin, a technical issue with the state's coronavirus tracker has led to a backlog of some 300,000 records in california and it could be until monday before health leaders in the state restore the flow of covid-19 data health and human services secretary doctor mark galli
8:04 am
says the glitch was caused after an outage on july 25th, then the state failed to remove a workaround that was put in place to deal with the outage. doctor galley says one of the state's largest commercial labs couldn't provide covid data to the state for 5 days. >>the governor has directed the full investigation of >>the state says the issue has now been fixed and it's developing a separate covid-19 electronic reporting system. >>well because of the problems the state was experiencing there freezing the state's covid-19 watch list, which means all 9 bay area counties could be on the list for some time. now that have seminole county's health officer slamming the state health department kron four's dan kerman explains why. >>gyms and fitness centers and hair salons which had been open in san mateo county forced to shut down last weekend when the county was put on the states watch list the longer this goes on it's really hard to run a business now in a statement, san mateo county's health officer is apologizing to businesses.
8:05 am
>>there were clothes saying he doesn't support the action and says the state's one size fits all decision making process is fundamentally flawed it is a state action taken against us that we tied to spree which i think is a mistake, but i think is misdirected health officer doctor scott morrow says the county is in a relatively stable state in regards to the spread of the virus. >>and believes what spread there is is not due to the businesses that were just shut down if more health officials were able to speak in cases where they actually feel like. >>the state has ever crossed, you know cross over the the threshold at which. it's actually not necessary to shut us down i think would definitely help adam cheryl owns yoga 6 in south san francisco. >>his opening has been delayed and his classes moved outside due to the state watch list shutdown order. other businesses like 45 fitness studio in san bruno and had to shut their doors completely just wait for the state's okay. now they hope that will come sooner than later.
8:06 am
>>and to have the health officer looking out for a small businesses in our county. makes me feel hope for new ways now statement from the health officer is not going to get these businesses reopen nor is it going to change the state's guidelines that decision of course lies with the state itself. >>in san bruno dan kerman kron 4 news. >>tale police are searching for a man who attacked a woman earlier this week it happened just before 11:00pm on wednesday near 9th avenue and el camino real police say the woman is in her 60's and was beaten and then sexually assaulted. they're asking for people who live and work in that area to check their security camera footage between 10 and 11:30pm on august 5th. the suspect was wearing a red lifeguard sweatshirt dark pants was carrying a backpack or book bag and they might be riding a silver bicycle with duct tape on the seat. >>new this morning, san francisco's board of supervisors approved a sales
8:07 am
tax plan to fund caltrain so it's going to be on the november ballot now that ballot measure was approved as special meeting friday. it must be approved by two-thirds of voters in san francisco, san mateo and santa clara counties. if it is they would then generate about 108 million dollars for caltrain officials say the money is badly needed because of the decrease in ridership during the pandemic san mateo and santa clara counties already have approved that ballot measure. >>people should think twice about back in the family in the camp are coming up here because it's i don't think that's safe. >>and coming up a rare illness in children that's linked to covid-19 has one father wanting people to stay away from one of the state's most popular places this summer. and the cdc has new guidelines for wearing your mask and now they say some popular forms of masks may not prevent the spread of covid-19. >>some lawmakers on capitol hill are sharing who they

8:13 am
i like the flexibility of not having a payment, but i can make the payment if i want to. you're responsible for keeping up your property taxes and you're responsible for paying your insurance on the property. for us, it was a security blanket. the value of our house, was to fund our long-term health care. these are just a few uses of reverse mortgages. or go online to request your free information kit. without a doubt, one of the best financial tools i've learned about. everybody should be taking a look at it. if they're over 62, they should at least investigate it. for years, reverse mortgage funding

8:15 am
>>welcome back everyone the time is 8.15 before you head out, let's get another update on that saturday forecast that's a far robin good morning, good morning, everybody and chase in the sunshine and blue skies because that's our future we got at san jose state check it out here. he's got the blue appearing in there sfo kind of a different story they're a bit we've had some morning fog that looks like we're seeing some breaks happening here too. no delays occurring this morning either temperatures around the region are mostly in the 60's they cover all the east asia will see any artist but to get into the 70's. meanwhile to the north bay we have 50's and 60's mixture peninsula into the 50's as well 61 check-in for san jose so little cut off low is kind of scooting out of here and high pressure is the big story
8:16 am
for us this weekend that means warming and we're going get a flavor more typical summer it looks like for this weekend that's going to break down though and into next week we're actually cooling off again so it's been kind of a pretty calm summer. he's he's bikes have been somewhat controlled cross fingers and toes though we're in august and september going through those a check in the future cast for here we have this up marine layer that quickly mixes away and the little chance of an ice a little shower up there in the sierra same deal for tomorrow. but here comes the marine layer in the morning hours with the fog again that mixes out very very quickly into the afternoon so mostly sunny on both counts and warming up very nicely into the afternoon looks like we're getting some breaks happening here to the bay bridge toll plaza for today, it's the fog breaks a way to clearing and we'll look for those temperatures in the 80's in the 90's for most the inland regions, then tomorrow, we're bumping that up a little bit more to the mid to upper 90's going on here central valley are probably pushing near 100. but next week changes come we're mostly sunny and dry continue shore.
8:17 am
but those temperatures will fall back to the 80's for the inland valleys, yes, the 80's when they're looking at 90's today, east bay shoreline will be back in the 70's now for today at 68 san francisco oakland 7587 meanwhile for san jose for the region though high temperatures mid 90's in the far east bay got mostly 80's up here to the north bay teased out of the south bay, although there are some exceptions which will show you in that 4 zone forecast coming up in just a bit robin marty all right dave thanks a lot. a 10 year-old boy in south lake tahoe has been hospitalized with what doctor suspect is multisystem inflammatory syndrome and the rare illness affecting children is still new to doctors but they believe it might be linked to covid-19. >>that's why the boy's father is urging officials in south lake tahoe to do more to prevent tourists from visiting. kristen simoes has more. just 2 weeks ago mason howard was a healthy 10 year-old boy living in a popular tourist destination.
8:18 am
>>today he's at u c davis children's hospital in sacramento, fighting a rare disease believed to be associated with covid and his father back in south lake tahoe is fighting another battle. >>people should think twice about pack in the family in the camp are coming up there because it's i don't think that's safe. >>mason has tested negative for covid but doctors tell the family his symptoms point toward multisystem inflammatory syndrome or miss c. it's an illness. so new the cdc says they don't yet know what causes it. but many children with missy have the virus that causes covid-19 or has been around someone else with covid-19 he had a fever it was a feel-good he started vomiting. >>diarrhea. quickly he was showing multiple symptoms. for for something obviously really bad and obviously immediately start thinking of covid. >>corley howard says his family was very careful to social distance even before his son got sick and it's mostly because of this the steady stream of traffic they
8:19 am
see coming into this region, almost daily. he says local leaders need to do more about it. >>we're definitely seeing an influx of people. and work. keeping a close eye on that. >>city manager joe ervin says south lake tahoe is working closely with county health officials and following their recommended guidelines. he says they're doing all they can. >>i think even above and beyond we have that pastor program we're doing things that we can do within our parameters. >>at the same time south lake tahoe continues to report about half of the county's covid cases despite being less than 20% of its population, leaving corley howard to wonder why people are still allowed to come in the middle of a pandemic this the timing is not right. >>it's it's more crowded. right now this summer than it has been a long time. >>well south lake tahoe city officials say that the town's normal population is about 25,000. but the population can swell to more than 100,000
8:20 am
people on busy summer weekends. >>the country's economic recovery from the covid-19 recession appears to have lost some steam. the latest drop reports reveals the u.s. added another one 0.8 million jobs in july that's a sharp decline from june when the u.s. added 4.8 million jobs. while the new number is an improvement since the pandemic first decimated the labor market. the economy is still down nearly 13 million jobs now here in the bay area, the unemployment rate is just over 12% which is slightly above the nationwide average but below the statewide rate, a morgan stanley financial adviser in walnut creek says that those who have recently filed for unemployment are largely service workers and could really benefit from another stimulus package. >>half of those filers were people that had been working really laid off. brought back because of the care act and with the care expiring last week they've been laid off again. so we were going to have fewer numbers but because
8:21 am
of this delay in getting the cares act approved some form or fashion. his cause employers to lay a number of people off again. >>overall the said he believes the economy is no longer in recession and that the nation's unemployment rate will fall below 9% by the end of the year. >>in the east bay, the city of san leandro is on alert as it sees a spike in violent crime and its police department is facing some possible cutbacks. the san leandro city council voted to slash the police department's budget by more than 1 million dollars. now the police union speaking out saying that increase in crime shows the department still needs all the funding they can get. but advocates for defunding the police department say money's not the problem it's how these crimes are addressed. >>very concerning for us that you know this is happening during the shelter-in-place what's going to happen when things start to open we're concerned for the safety of the residents and people that work in san leandro is policing or increasing policing is that really going
8:22 am
to be what address is a lot of the problems that we're seeing is the way in which the police department has set up right now has not been effective in addressing problems that we've seen in the past why would we continue to utilize that scene same tactic why not try something new. >>well the mayor's office could not be reached for comment on the violent crime statistics also still not known whether reallocated money from the police department will be spent. and still ahead this morning. negotiations over a new coronavirus stimulus deal in. in washington are breaking down in congress president trump is now saying he's going to take matters what if i sleep hot? ...or cold? introducing the new sleep number 360 smart bed... now temperature balancing, so you can sleep better together.

check in with days far get an update on that saturday dave martin robin good morning, good morning everybody in the picture looks much better the shot from timber on in fact. >>in the background you can make on maybe a little bit of blue trying to sneak out just a bit there as we see the fog started the mixing process. even rays of sun in the foreground there just a bit so here's what happens to that fog it mixes out pretty nicely it looks like by the late morning hours. maybe a little pesky along the coast just a bit. but by this afternoon will be turning mostly sunny. temperatures right now we have the mid 60's over a good portion of the east bay 69 for antioch up in the north bay lower 60's at rosa, 61 meanwhile for san jose with 60's 50's covered the peninsula. for now later on covering the peninsula and elsewhere will be some of those winds in the afternoon to the off the contra costa county. and up the solano county as well that being the traditional onshore wind getting more brightness here the bay bridge toll plaza as we start to mix the fog out 68 by 09:00am by high noon or 84,
8:31 am
91 by 3 as that's still not going to be the high temperature for some of those inland valleys, we'll take a closer inspection your 4 zone forecast coming up in a bit robin. thank you dave. >>well in oakland school starts monday in classes will resume online but with the clock ticking the teachers union and district officials are still hashing out details kron four's gayle ong explains. the 2 sides are figuring out a final plan on what is school day will actually look like virtually as of friday, no deal has been made but the district says students will be learning from home for the foreseeable future and their families can expect to be hearing from their school services they haven't already and they can always reach out to their schools as well on monday thousands of students with the oakland unified school district will report to class virtually in the zoom call usd spokesperson john sasaki had little to say about specific teaching plans. >>partly because the district is still in negotiations with labor partners the beginning of year so important for
8:32 am

wrong reasons. a ccw licenses should not be given in exchange for campaign donations. >>they should not be for sale. in san jose rob fladeboe kron 4 news. >>and coming up on the kron 4 morning news. we are all under stress. these days our health expert, karen dolan joins us with some tips on how you can better manage your stress
9:43 am
9:44 am
9:45 am
for your health this morning. we are of course all under added stress nowadays and really that could be a reason for underlying medical conditions such as heart disease and diabetes and that can put you at a risk for severe response to covid-19 our health experts going up karen owen joins me this morning with more on how stress can be life threatening and what you can do to manage stress. carol good morning. i understand that stress can affect our blood sugar levels. >>it can and a lot of people don't really make that connection of what happens is when you're under stress, your your brain triggers your body to release of cortisol court isil is the culprit and what happens when your body is under stress. one of the things that it blocks the release of insulin. so insulin is what helps that blood sugar get into your then it starts to accumulate in your blood so then you have that blood sugar spike again just spike that we're talking about right pat.
9:46 am
the other thing though and here's my a high-tech model of the blood your your blood vessels, the inner lining of your blood vessels were meant to be very smooth like teflon that when it's exposed to court it's all it's a sodium and blocks a blood sugar, then it changes it becomes russ and you think of it like sandpaper so it becomes very well and when it's breath like this, then plaque is going to stick to it. and that i get heart disease. so it it it's a cascade of events that happens when you're under stress, you know one thing that we've talked about in the past is just how stress is prompting are craving for a shoot a food that have a lot of sugar that or starchy. >>and you've just really shown us through that high-tech example of just how it affects
9:47 am
the blood vessels. >>right and and what a lot of people tell me oh i can't get over this creeping along with me i can't stop craving sugar and and pasta chips and all of that. but if they look at their stress levels you know when your body is under stress, it feels like it needs instant energy us through that fight or flight mode right so that's one of the reasons that you could be creating those 2 together it's one of them one of the things that we can do besides trying to to fight that craving is also to really just take some time to meditate and maybe just get away from things for a little bit tell us more about that. >>yes still a night till 6 just meditation some people kind of scratch their nose saying, yeah, yeah, they're thinking sitting on the floor across entre or something like there for an hour. but there are very many different types of one of the ones i wanted to
9:48 am
bring to light is mindfulness meditation okay, so that is meaning your pack to seeing staying in the present and not dreading the future and you're not regretting the past year just staying in the present and it takes practice. >>yeah, what what what are some tips on how to get into that state. >>there are a couple things you know, i'm on the screen this eat thoughtfully ya know that means not just sitting in gobbling down your food really having to focus on your food, you know the textures the colors that hazy around that of your food and being cognizant of your a level of fullness and your level of hunger and then i even suggest think about how the food got to your plate, you know think about the farmer know what they did to get to to the that's that's consciously
9:49 am
focusing. >>okay and and so again to to go back just a step here. one thing that a lot of folks think about when you mention meditation was sitting on the floor and in doing them doing the monitoring all of this. but what you're saying is just try and incorporate this into everyday activities. >>right you can do this mindfulness meditation anywhere that's what makes it so wonderful because you don't have to be in a certain place or have to be on the floor. you could just do it even if you're standing in the grocery store and you're getting very stressed because you're in a long line, yes, start practicing your your mindfulness and calm yourself down listening to music is a is a great way to calm yourself can't really you know not just and not just listening in to to to really
9:50 am
dissect it and look at listen to the lyrics listen to the melody and immense an egg and really focus in on the music and maybe while you're listening to music you can be sipping some tea. >>yes, the sipping tea and in that's a japanese cultural activity off at their they that tranquility and harmony so sipping tea is a nice little habit to get into and not go ping down a cup of coffee right right exactly take some time with it. >>think about things you one thing on the screen that we see here another tip that you have is to cook with love, not haste explaining that for us, yes so cooking. >>it is so weak i especially busy parents are trying to cook if further their family they're busy and cooking becomes a chore and this is just taking it totally away from that but focusing in on may be chopping the vegetables and and being more in tune
9:51 am
with the the process and not the end result, a lot of times especially in mindfulness you don't want to focus on the end result because that does takes away from being in the present right right. a lot of the concentrated energy on what you're doing. >>and another tip that we saw on the screen was to take a nature walk and that really can help. >>yes and we talked about way back when about connecting with nature not 20 minutes of connecting that nature the university of michigan did that study and they found that that could also be very calming. so you not only the exercise will help you reduce your stress but being out in nature to kill 2 birds with one stone here. yeah, exactly and also a big a big part of being mindful is to do exercises like yoga or tai ci. >>yes, those are those that's
9:52 am
like meditation in motion because those those 2 particular exercises are a disciplines are all about. >>being very focused and disciplined and really kick in bringing your energy in in just. yeah being very mindful. yeah. >>and the last note that we saw on the list there was to create an art project or a craft but i have to tell you my wife has really gotten into quilting she has really church turned out some beautiful quilts and she she's loving the process of making these. >>a lot of people say that in and and just doing art are remembering college week one of our one of our roommates had a collage of color by numbers on the wall everybody would stop by color and and ca one. it was meditative yeah just just a everybody calm down after classes and all
9:53 am
these little artful things you know we don't always stop to smell the roses set 8 and really taking that time to enjoy and and immerse yourself in something very artful. >>and as you said enjoy the process don't look ahead to the results so just enjoy that the time that you're putting this together. karen thank you
