>> from the bay area's local news station. you're watching the kron 4 morning news at 7. >> good morning, everybody. and thank you so much for joining us on the kron 4 morning news i'm marty gonzalez. and i'm noelle bellow. it is sunday may 23rd got a lot to get to this morning, but we do want to start but getting a check of your forecast. it's definitely we're talking about days, far has all the details. heidi. >> ok, marty well, good morning and good morning, everybody. you are still being dogged by some morning fog covering over the bay a little bit and we're going to have to keep some scattered clouds going into this afternoon. what kind of a cool breeze. so it's going to have that earlier spring-like feel to it inland. we'll see some much better clearing and warmer temperatures. here's the clearing job. we see thus far

the golden gate bridge with see the sun coming through in those fog clouds piercing and breaking open a little bit have some leftover rain showers up in the sierra a little bit. those 2 will clear up a little bit this afternoon. there's your onshore winds. you can see right now storm tracker. we've going on about the teens a bit. so that is a chilly breeze to start the day. but temperatures have dropped too much from last night role in the 50's and some 40's going on. when you compare that to 24 hours ago, but ahead of the game because of some of the radiational cooling at night was interrupted by all that fog cover clouds. we've got 61 going on by 11 by 2 at 69. don't forget inland will be looking at some warmer temperatures posting near about 80 or so. we'll take a look at that forecast coming up in just a bit. martin. all, ok, dave, thanks a lot and breaking overnight in san francisco. police are investigating a deadly shooting. >> you're taking a look at video from the scene, from the citizens app. it happened on mission street in the city. police say the man was found in a vehicle with a gunshot wound. he died at the scene. police thus far have not made any arrests. now let's get to

our top story this morning. coronavirus cases across the country and right here in the bay area have dropped to the lowest number since we've seen since the pandemic began. this comes as vaccination efforts continue with a focus on hardest hit communities. >> right now. 38 1% of the u.s. has vaccinated with most bay area counties actually reporting. well above that national average kron four's camila barco is live at san francisco general with a breakdown of just how the bay area is doing in the fight against covid-19. good morning, camila. >> good morning. all. marty. and here at sf general. they hit a milestone this week. the hospital reported 0 covid case covid patients for the first time since march of last year. and as you guys said, covid cases have dropped nationwide to rates, not seen in a year to put it in context back in december california was averaging between 40 to 50,000 positive covid cases in a week. now, officials are

reporting just a 1000 people are contracting the virus in 7 in a seven-day period health experts, excuse me, credit an official rollout of vaccines for the turnaround so far more than 8 million doses have been given out across the bay area. santa clara county has administered the most doses totaling 2 point 2 million while alameda county has distributed one 0.8 million vaccines, 1.2 million have been given out in contra, costa county and san francisco surpassed that million mark just recently now several vaccination sites across the bay area are still running. but later today, the oakland coliseum site will close after about 4 months in operation. officials say the demand for vaccines has dropped over the last month and by the time the site closes today about half a million people will have received a shot from the coliseum. the next move is to take the resources on hand and apply them to the hardest hit

communities. now, if you live in alameda county, there are still several locations where yon can get a covid vaccine. some of those include the cvs pharmacy lucky pharmacy. new oakland pharmacy walgreens and other locations. i was able to find this on alameda county's website and you can do so to buy looking at the covid vaccines and where to get them know, marty, back to you. all right. that's all good news. thanks. lot, camila camila barco reporting for us live from san francisco. noelle. >> well, a growing number of lawmakers are moving forward with plans to end the covid-19 unemployment benefits starting next month. at least 22 states will slash the extra $300 a week. benefit which is currently being added to the standard unemployment checks. lawmakers say the added benefits make people on motivated to return to work. new numbers show unemployment levels have hit a new pandemic low, but many employers say they're struggling to fill their openings. >> we need to have the

government incentivize people to come back to work. we literally do not have staff to be able to operate 5 days a week anymore. >> the extra $300 unemployment checks will officially end for every state on september 6. >> and the payments on federal student loans are set to start again on october first and that marks the end of the pandemic caused 19 month suspension of loan payments when there were no payments nor interest due on federal loans since march of last year that saved an average borrower roughly $2000 over that first year. the pause on payments and in the interest waiver applies only to federal loans but keep in mind that's about 85% of all federal student loans. so if you have your phone handy, new want more information on vaccinations and the same states that are reopening. all you have to do is scan the qr code that's on your screen. it will take you directly to the coronavirus section of our web site. and there you'll find covid news and ways to schedule your vaccine appointments.

starlink satellites that are showing up out there. i feel like we haven't really seen them too much. i know folks in texas and some other parts of the country have seen them come dancing along the sky. so interesting to see them pass over to get a night that's clear enough yet. and we can actually see them. exactly. i know we do have a little bit of fog this morning, though, according to dave star, dave is not going to move out eventually we'll get some clearing today, but it'll probably come back again for tomorrow. and that's a little probably got to watch out for to the salads are getting a lot of satellites up in the up in the >> up there. so we've got to watch out that that could become problematic in terms of launching new ones in the future. our show you how kind localized the fog is around the immediate bay. you got it here at the golden gate. you get inland little bit. boy, things start to really improve a little bit. that's going to story a lot for today, though. you see a lot of a fog going on. we'll break it up in terms of some scattered clouds and all but really inland, you're going to see these nice blue skies going on here, said their see the the sunlit there

in the foreground. very nice. temperatures will warm a little bit. well inland now this will start to get some 80's and some last minute business here. some showers going on up around reno up there in the tahoe that will linger a little bit here for today. but finally start to clear out as we get to late this afternoon. we're looking at across most of the board. some 40's up to the north bay. 51 san jose. now we're a little bit more war. warmer than yesterday only because that fog in some of the cloud cover that's going on the kind of helped out a little bit. the fog will clear out, although it looks like it's going to cover good chunk. still a debate just a little bit there. and then tonight come back again in clear out pretty quickly for tomorrow. so we're going to keep that in the forecast. some scattered clouds bay forecast will be different than well inland. that will be the one that will be mostly clear. so the winds today actually not that impressive. you know, they're on shore a little bit because it inland heating and so forth. but they become a little bit more pronounced when we get to tomorrow afternoon here. you can see the coverage area up here in

the north bay peninsula, even off to the east bay. we well into the business of the 20's and even get into some 30's too. this is another shot. to give you an idea from u c berkeley. see some lit up here along the east bay shoreline, but still quite a bit of fog clouds. you can see in the background there. so we have some scattered clouds today. clear inland 60's at the base 70's inland tomorrow. a few bay clouds. sunny inland kind the same drill. but we're gonna but those temperatures up a little higher that's we'll start to see some more 80's going on in that. but still 70's happening at the bay. then for the most of next week at 74 the bay 80's happening inland here. but clouds and cooler interruptions for the 2 systems to talk about before tuesday and thursday looks like highs today. 61 san francisco 66 for oakland 71 san jose. that's going to be far more we're going to see inland. but even for the santa clara valley. that's kind of been on the cool side, though, across the wider board. you see the upper 70's far in the east bay also a nice little pocket up here in the north bay to but around the perimeter of the bay. it's still kind of green as we stay

in the 60's course. we'll take a closer inspection of all of that coming up, if your 4 zone forecast. look at the extended to martino, ok, jay, thanks. lynn will start segment in the north bay where fire crews in the sonoma county area. >> contained a fast-moving grassfire just yesterday. it broke out near the old redwood highway in windsor. >> that's right. the fe scorched 10 acres and destroyed one home it reached the median of highway one o causing it to shut down for 2 hours. but crews managed to put the flames out quickly. firefighters want to remind everyone to take caution as weather conditions continue to warm up. >> take appropriate precautions. to, you know, be aware the dry fuels that are out there. the current conditions conducive the fire spread. >> no injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is still under investigation right now over at kron 4 dot com. we have a section

it's clear to look southern marin and looks like, but it's still hovering around the golden gate again around the immediate bay area watching with the models have to say. looks like at the coast. you know, it's going to be in some spots kind that overcast look today with those onshore winds that cuts off the sunshine. we're looking at daytime highs in some cases only in the 50's wear the sweater, maybe jack is. this could be a little chilly out there. meanwhile, we may see some areas pop near about 80 and lenders are on shore. winds fully in place into the teens actually even at last check most readings in the 50's right now. we've got 58 for antioch. meanwhile, lot of 40's up to the north bay 51 for san jose 51 also for san francisco 61 going on 11 by 2 at 69. but again, some areas warming up close to 80 by this afternoon. back to you. >> community members in the east bay came together to call for a stop to violence against asian americans. this take a look at some video behind us there from the marina food market. that's in union along with the alameda county district attorney's office.

they answered questions from the community about hate crimes. the county deputy district attorney wants people to know there is help whether or not a crime is actually charged. it can be very traumatic experience for victims, especially when. >> there's some hate crime or bias. that's a reason as to why the crime is, cause. why the crime is done and so sometimes it's because there's a stranger that's a perpetrator of the crime and sometimes people are a little timid or scared too, actually reported. we have a big asian community. >> in union city and we felt that if we held events to bring awareness to what's been happening. what we've been seeing in the media. to start a conversation about make bring solutions and encouraging involvement to help curb these activities. >> union city police say while crimes have not been as violent there as those we've seen in other cities. there have been reported incidents of hate speech and vandalism alameda county has a hotline for hate crimes and a

dedicated unit to prosecute them. we posted all of that information on our website. kron 4 dot com. >> oakland. police are investigating a deadly crash that happened just after midnight saturday morning. police say the driver of a ford expedition trying to avoid an animal on westbound. i 80 at san pablo dam road when they lost control of the vehicle. the suv crashed and then caught fire with the driver and passenger trapped inside the car. the driver was able to escape with minor injuries. but the passenger was unable to escape and was pronounced dead at the scene. safeway has issued an apology to the family of an 11 year-old boy who claims he was racially profiled and falsely accused of stealing a sandwich. it happened last month at a safeway ins and the castro district. this is video of a rally that was held yesterday where members of the naacp san francisco branch city leaders and community members. also the safe ways initial explanation of the incident fell flat and the

offer of a $25 gift certificate to make up for it was disrespectful. >> it's going to come that you have say. >> with every single employee and make sure they understand the incident here. how it came across, how it doesn't match our values and get everybody's commitments to better job. >> safeway went on to say that the security guard involved no longer works at the store. >> in the north bay. a santa rosa police officer had to be taken to the hospital after this crash. friday night. officials are blaming it on a distracted driver. the officer was parked on the shoulder of ludwig avenue and was hit from behind. police say the driver was delivering food in the area then went to check a map before he crashed into the back of the patrol car, the officer suffered some minor injuries. the driver of the sedan was on injured. the marin county sheriff's office has arrested 2 people who may have been involved in catalytic converter thefts

police noticed a car with expired registration and made a traffic stop while speaking with 2 people inside the car. the deputy noticed several tools commonly used for catalytic converter thefts scattered throughout the vehicle. the driver of the vehicle was on parole and the passenger had a warrant out for his arrest. police also found burglary tools and catalytic converters that had been cut out of vehicles inside their view. call. >> on the peninsula. san bruno. police are looking for the person who shot at a car saturday morning. it happened near cherry and jenna van avenues. the owner of the car told officers someone fired a shot at his vehicle hitting the rear window the driver was not injured. >> coming up here on the kron 4 morning news is one of the top summer travel destinations. there is always something new to see and eat and hope. will take you to one local restaurant where you can enjoy fine. hawaiian dining without the travel.

as well. we're in the 50's across most of the bay. that's a little milder than we were yesterday because of some of the fog clouds kept temperatures supported overnight. 48 santa rosa and looking at the longer range forecast models, boom. there's one little opportunity for some scattered clouds open things up for wednesday and then yet a new system. you know, every time these happened. we were hoping to maybe get some rain out of it. doesn't look like it. but again, some scattered clouds for it looks like thursday to keep those temperatures brush them back down again. it will change the wind flow pattern as well. your 4 zone forecast to check in for this sunday. let's to 61 san francisco. lots of 50's, though you can see around the region. 58 daly city at the coast, keeping it in the 50's today looks like fog will be a little bit more of an issue. so you might have some overcast particular down around half moon bay for today. lower 60's will cover the northern end of the peninsula heading down south readings here. well, they have to struggle to get to 70. it looks like today palo alto at 76 to 8 mountain dew 69 for

how the bay area's doing in the fight against covid-19. good morning, camila. >> good morning. well, mardy yet we're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel here at sf general. they hit a milestone this week. the hospital reported 0 covid patients. that's right. 0 covid patients for the first time since march of last year. covid cases are dropping nationwide and to put it into context back in december california was averaging between 40 to 50,000 covid cases in a week. now, officials are reporting just a 1000 people are contracting the virus in a seven-day period. health experts credit the rollout of vaccines for the turnaround. but take a look at this. so far more than 8 million doses have been given out across the bay area. santa clara county has administered the most doses totaling 2.2 million. meanwhile, alameda county has distributed 1.8 million

vaccines 1.2 million have been given out in contra, costa county and san francisco surpassed that million mark just recently. >> several vaccination sites are across the bay area are still running. but later today the oakland coliseum vaccination site will close its stores after 4 months in operation. officials say the demand is not there anymore. but by the time the site close it closes about half a million people will have received a shot from the coliseum. now the next move is to take the resources on hand and apply them to the communities hit hardest by the pandemic. but if you live in alameda county, there are still several other locations where you can get vaccinated. that includes a cvs pharmacy. the lucky pharmacy walgreens and several other sites. you can go to. >> kron 4 dot com click the coronavirus under the news tap and. >> there will be web article for you showing you where you can get a vaccine across the

bay area. no. marty, back to you. alright camila, nothing but good news. thanks a lot for that. >> well, a growing number of lawmakers are moving forward with plans to end covid-19 unemployment benefits starting next month. at least 22 states will slash the extra $300 a week. benefit, which is currently being added to the standard unemployment checks. lawmakers say the added benefits make people and motivated to return to work. even the new numbers show unemployment levels have hit a new pandemic. low. many employers say they are struggling to fill openings. >> we need to have the government incentivize people to come back to work. we literally do not have staff to be able to operate 5 days a week anymore. >> the extra $300 unemployment checks will officially end for every state september 6. >> the payments on federal student loans are set to start up again on october first and that will mark the end of the pandemic caused 19 month suspension of that when there

tomorrow morning. but we're a little bit of a warming trend. your fees, fill some of those warmer temperatures in those inland areas pop to near about 80, probably buy. >> this afternoon. some unfinished business here. some rain showers up to reno. that should rectify itself by this afternoon clear out a little bit and we have system coming our way tuesday that looks to be dry even up the top the forecast is telling us there. but we will get some cooler temperatures by tuesday and some cloud cover to also deal with some 50's around the perimeter of the bay. this is actually a little milder than we were yesterday because of the fog and cloud cover supporting temperatures. 49 santa rosa. here's what it looks like on futurecast for. we see some of that lingering fog a little bit down around the spine of the peninsula as you get down to the santa cruz mountains a little bit there. so along the coast it will probably be more of the overcast scenario that will keep temperatures down a little bit through today. a look at the winds. we have a little bit of an uptick this afternoon. but it's more pronounced. it looks like tomorrow afternoon. this or things get a little bit more

lanes. another family member says aiden's mom made a gesture and that the suspect's car pulled behind them and shot into the back of their car around 08:00am she heard something? but she didn't identify as a gun shocked because no one would think that someone just shot a bullet into my car. >> so wasn't until the she grabbed him in there was blood all over her clothes. alexa says the suspect's car was a white volkswagen jetta. she says her mom told her that a woman was driving at a man was in the passenger seat. >> police scour the freeway for hours for any clues that are now searching for a little aiden's killer for never going to be full again. >> he was. he was amazing. >> and i hope that they know what they took today. >> well, now to the north bay this morning where fire crews in sonoma county contained a fast-moving grassfire saturday. it broke out near the old redwood highway in windsor. >> that's right. the fire scorched 10 acres and destroyed one home and reach the median of highway one. oh,

violence against asian americans. yeah. that group gathered at the marina food market in union city and union city police along with the alameda county district attorney's office. >> answered questions about hate crimes. the county deputy district attorney wants people to know there is help whether or not a crime is charged. it can be very traumatic experience for victims, especially when. >> there's some hate crime or bias. that's a reason as to why the crime is, cause. why the crime is done and so sometimes it's because there's a stranger that's a perpetrator of the crime and sometimes people are a little timid or scared to actually reported. we have a big asian community in union city and we felt that if we held events to bring awareness to what's been happening. >> what we've been seeing in the media. to start a conversation about make bring solutions and encouraging involvement to help curb these activities. >> union city police say while the crimes in their city have

not been violent like another bigger cities. there have been reported incidents of hate speech and vandalism alameda county has a hotline for hate crimes and a dedicated unit to prosecute those types of crimes. we've posted that link on our website. kron 4 dot com. >> oakland. police are investigating a deadly crash that happened just after midnight saturday morning. police say the driver of a ford expedition tried to avoid an animal that was on westbound. i 80 at san pablo dam road when they lost control of the vehicle. the suv crashed and then caught fire with the driver and passenger trapped inside. the driver was able to escape with minor injuries. but the passenger was unable to escape and was pronounced dead at the scene. civil rights activists and community organizers are demanding an apology from the safeway store in san francisco's castro district. this after an 11 year-old african-american boy claims that he was racially profiled at the store last month. kron forcefully to gaal has the story.

snow hole. but you have a muscle that connects from the thigh, though, all the way to the the lowest by the tea 12 to l are okay. and now this. but this muscle is meant to be elongated. you're meant to stand the ret. but when you're sitting a lot that muscle shorten's. you're in this position i see all the time. so that's that shortened and it's tugging on the low back so that's why it's so important to be able to get up and move >> and elongate that muscle again. >> karen, quick question. that might be a little bit off of this topic. but i'm just wondering, doesn't make a difference or do you know if it makes a difference whether your city seated in a hard chair or a soft cushy sofa. >> well, generally, if you're in a stock cushy sofa your

but still, it's it's disconcerting to hear it officially from researchers that there's a connection here. >> we you talked to we talked about it the intro here. and that is that too much sitting not getting up and moving around can also lead to some caught chronic disease risks as well. >> right. they found a specifically the heart disease type 2 diabetes and premature, and what's interesting about this particular steady is that they were in looking at people that walked 10,000 steps a day, right that we're told to reduce that down to 1500 steps a day which is very and they in in this was for 2 weeks in 2 weeks. there was substantial. >> muscle mass loss. >> and substantial fat gain as well as live earth. they increase in liver fattened. >> some other metabolic bolick problems. so just in 2 weeks.

so if that doesn't get you up and moving. so you can imagine if you are. >> laid up in the hospital bed. yeah. for 2 weeks. what happens to your body? >> well, you know that this brings to mind what's happened to so many covid patients who are in bed for weeks and just think about the impact that not only covid had on their bodies, but just being in that sedentary position. >> right. and i always tell my patients for every day that they're off. you're not exercising or moving takes 2 days to catch up. so if you're in the hospital for 2 weeks is going to take you at least 4 weeks to get back to where you were before. >> karen, one thing we want to remember is what you call the 28 to rule, wanted to tell us about that. >> yeah, we kind of went through this a little bit last week. 20 minutes of if you are sitting, but then get up for 8 minutes is dead and then move

milestone. the hospital is reporting that they have had 0 covid patients for the first time since march of last year. covid cases are dropping nationwide. >> and to put it into context back in december, california was averaging between 40 to 50,000 positive cases in a week. now, officials are reporting just a 1000 people contracting the virus in a 07:00pm to 08:00pm. >> health experts credit. the rollout of that around. here's breakdown a million doses have been given out across the bay area. santa clara county has administered the most dis totaling 2.2 million mean while county has in vaccine. we have been given out in contra, costa county and san francisco surpassed that million mark just recently several vaccination sites across the bay area are still running, but later today

benefits starting next month. at least 22 states are going to slash the extra $300 a week. benefit. that money is currently being added to the standard unemployment checks. lawmakers say the added benefits make people unmotivated to return to work. new numbers show unemployment levels have hit a new pandemic. low but employers say they're struggling to fill their openings. >> we need to have the government incentivize people to come back to work. we literally do not have staff to be able to operate 5 days a week anymore. >> the extra $300 unemployment checks will officially end for every state on september 6th. >> and the payments on federal student loans are set to start up again on october 1st and that marks the end of the pandemic caused 19 month suspension when there were no payments nor interest on federal loans since march of last year that save the average borrower about $2000 over the year. the pause on payments and the interest waiver applies only to federal loans but keep in mind that

in the forecast for the bay and it looks like a few folks in the peninsula pick in the santa cruz mountains. a lot of cloud cover and fog and the coast as well. >> here's a look at what it looks like from the east bay shoreline again mixing out some of that fog allowing the sun to appear on through this should mix out in the afternoon for much of the bay. however, along the coast. forget it. it's part the overcast particular the peninsula coast. places like half moon bay. you're looking at highs in the 50's. good breeze that's going on kind of overcast. but hey, we've got winds kind of on shore across most of the region in the teens, even into the 20's. we'll see. actually more pronounced winds tomorrow afternoon. but temperatures protect the inland will be warmer 63 thus far we've got a lot of 50's covering the east bay up to the north bay mid-fifties to with 57 san jose for the breakdown in lynn 66 at 1 o'clock and sunny at 4, we're looking at 71 lot of mid 70's to be had. we'll go kind of parading through all of that in your 4 zone forecast and check that extended a couple systems to look out for the weekend.

noel. >> thanks, dave. community members in the east bay came together to call for a stop to violence against asian americans. union city police along with the alameda county district attorney's office answered questions about hate crimes. the county deputy district attorney wants people to know there is help whether or not a crime is charged. it can be very traumatic experience for victims, especially when. >> there's some hate crime or bias. that's a reason as to why the crime is, cause. why the crime is done and so sometimes it's because there's a stranger that's a perpetrator of the crime and sometimes people are a little timid or scared too, actually reported. we have a big asian community. >> in union city and we felt that if we held events to bring awareness to what's been happening. what we've been seeing in the media. to start a conversation about make bring solutions and encouraging involvement to help curb these activities.

>> now to the east bay rocha oakland. police are investigating a deadly crash that happened just after midnight saturday morning. police say the driver of a ford expedition trying to avoid an animal on westbound. i 80 at san pablo dam road when they lost control. the suv crashed and then caught fire with the driver and the passenger both trapped inside the vehicle. the driver was able to escape with minor injuries. but the passenger did not escape and was pronounced dead at the scene. >> well, many people spent saturday afternoon in the castro district celebrating what would have been harvey milk's 91st birthday a milk was the first openly elected official in california and he was assassinated back in 1978 at city hall. kron four's amanda hari has more from the celebration that honored harvey milk. >> the annual event was entirely virtual last year. this year they brought people back in person. organizers said they wanted to give

second fact court dates and they're getting really creative getting back at it again. >> they're getting creative in terms of the different date ideas. >> clients are picnics in the park that they're doing social distance walked along the beach. i dining has been open for quite some time. so they're meeting for outdoor dining. kayaking night in san francisco bay getting very creative and having fun with that, ok. all right. so let's go through some of those tangible steps. you've got 3 things that people need to keep in mind as they put themselves back out there. 3 things that being optimistic being open minded. >> and then was comfortable, you know, be really smart about but at the same time, hashtag love is not canceled. and get back healthy again and finds that one. >> i think the being open-minded is of really good point because sometimes you have this idea in your head of the type of person you want to

end up with, but they don't always come in the package that you always thought they would to talk just a little bit more about why it's important to be open minded. i always say it never judge a by its cover. you know, open up the to chapter one into before you close >> you never really know who this person is going to be until he said that when you get to know them a little bit more. so after a lot of questions, what kind of questions? i think sometimes people get a little caught up and then they don't know exactly what questions they need to be asking someone. >> it was like what do you like to do. what are your hobbies what your you typically don't want to be talking about things like politics, religion past relationships may get to know who that person s. >> and what we like to do. when it comes to coming out of the pandemic. i feel like of course it's kind of the the one topic that everyone is talking about. right. how did you deal with it.

>> do you think it's a smart idea to have conversations about the pandemic and how they fared over the last year or should you maybe try and talk about other things outside of coronavirus and what we've all dealt with. >> really talking about client right now. but moving to right. we have the in. >> stucco huong buy yourself. a lot of for over a year and change ny. >> and it's ok to tap on it. that would really focus on that. i'm really tell my clients to mitt fireworks focus on what you want your future to be like in about year from or few months from that. >> okay. you know, some people i do know you're saying a lot of your clients are ready to get back out there. obviously they would be if you know, if they're going to a matchmaker, they're ready for it. but for those who might still be a little hesitant. i know you said, you know, do what makes you feel comfortable. and i think a lot of people have their boundaries that they've

set already. but how do you break out of that hesitation moment. right. some people may have been asked out on a date and they say, oh, no, thanks, i'm still a little uncomfortable even though they're just being has a tent to be out there. so how do you break out about hesitation pattern. >> and that and again, you want to be came to smart about how you're meeting people it's comfortable to hear go for a coffee or a social distance are. >> you know me at door dining and be smart about it. but at the same time definitely move is tight. it's time. we're ready. i'm if you're single right now, i'm telling all of my clients that first singles that. >> far work is so genuine and and they're absolutely, betty. if you're single right now, you should be eating 100%. >> well, i know you're a matchmaker with the group. it's just lunch, which i think is a great mindset to think
