all right. those winds of advanced this to monday morning because not much happens between now and 07:00am monday. then as we get through the day on monday, the winds pop. this is an onshore wind. so that's good. it's not real world. ryan, all winds get to the 20's, even some 30's going on here, but not long enough to merit a wind advisory. we haven't seen anything they that later today. but it's a short opportunity for those winds, maybe 6 hours or so. they subside by monday night. still a little bit of breeze hanging around there in thing, more offshore, as you can see up there to solano county. by the time we get to tuesday morning, the big board for talking about again tomorrow. the system drop south doesn't have much with that. maybe a little dusting cause medically in the mountains. but the bigger deal. yeah. this is also cold to see the snow up going up in there in the mountains with a shot of some showers, maybe for the bay area with all of this story, it's time to over the weekend, but it looks like more of a sunday event from this standpoint early into the week on monday. then we clear out for the rest of the weekend

and early into the following week. now back to your super bowl sunday. numbers come in like this. 73 san francisco still kind of the same gravy train we had yesterday upper 60's lower 70's coast, white. clouds coming to the coast. however, late this afternoon, though, as an addendum, lower 70's on the northern end of the peninsula down south, we pop to the upper 70's and the south bay. here we have some 80's hiding out here. 81 morgan hill, 80 from los gatos. 78 cupertino, santa clara around 79, also in the upper 70's on the east bay shoreline, tri valley, upper 70's at that. 76 for walnut creek. 74 for berkeley, valais at 75. also for fairfield, 74 napa and 77 for santa rosa said the big game plan here. here's big drop. wow. lower 60's for highs. by tuesday. we gradually get up to about 70 and this is kind of seasonable for us, even though it's felt it's going to feel kind of cool compared to we've beenf through nightly lows are affected as well. we're going to revisit some of those 30's again early until the week

7:49 am
very few people survive is that you have to have immediate attention either cpr and or the disable later. and 5 of the most common places that setting cardiac arrest. the kurds is one on the golf course. and so you can imagine if you're out on the 18th hole and trying to get immediate attention that the later over there, hopefully are partner, know cpr. so that's that's one of the causes. people don't survive. airports, you see more. they defend laters. now across the, you know, throughout the airport, shopping malls, also a place where a cardiac arrest commonly occurs as well. stadiums and jails. and card, a cardiac arrest. it happens after the heart attack it just happened suddenly out of nowhere on its own. >> okay. so i'll explain that.
7:50 am
the heart attack. first of all, the heart attack. >> is when an artery is blocked. or partially blocked. so you can get oxygen. rich fled to a certain area of the heart. and so that muscle dies. and then you suffer from irreversible damage now. so that's more of a plumbing problem. now, 7 cardiac arrest is when you have an electrical malfunction. so the heart doesn't beat properly and it stops so you don't get blood flow to the brain to other organs and you go unconscious and often die. if you do, don't get immediate attention and so said, yeah, you have here that sudden cardiac arrest can occur after a heart attack. maybe even while you're recovering from a heart attack. >> right. so that's how they're linked. and but it doesn't necessarily mean that
7:51 am
if you've had a heart attack. >> that this, that you can have a sudden cardiac arrest. most heart attacks don't often follow with sudden cardiac arrest. but if it does, it's usually caused by a heart attack. so that's how they they are linked. so what happens after you have a heart attack like i said, some of that muscle will die. so in order for your heart to circulate blood, it has to work harder. now, when you work here must heart muscle to heart is a muscle. so just like if you are working your biceps as you work, the more they get bigger, right? yeah. now when your heart gets bigger, this bring modeling causes problems and the electrical system can go awry. and that's why you can have their their linked. that could affect one of the other. well, you always talk about how to
7:52 am
lower your risk for these types of things. so what are those simple things that we can do? >> day in and day out to lower your risk of sudden cardiac arrest. >> so they found that 96%. you could reduce your risk 96% just by following a low-risk lifestyle. and that means that, you know, first of all, don't smoke and exercise on a regular basis. maybe 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week and also follow a whole food. more of a plant said are centered eating plan so that means more fruits, vegetables, whole grains lake games. so today, noel, you can dip into your black bean or your your you know that 3 being chilly are a black bean burger instead of your your regular burger. >> you want to try to reduce your intake of saturated fats, which come from animal

proteins. so and cheese meat and then kind of sets the tooth that with more them and saturated fat. so you are so enjoy or pistachio but >> but condos really reaction and monounsaturated fat. so the guacamole today, it would be a good choice and also kind of reduce your intake of alcohol, maybe a half serving or one serving a day. now, oftentimes people kind forget little serving is this is one serving of wine. that's not feel that all the way to the top. this is 5 doubts. and so that's one serving. so you can imagine if you went to half a serving, right? that's not a whole lot. okay. all right. well, good to know that we can still enjoy the super bowl today and valentine's day tomorrow. as long as we make the right choices care. and i know you have a lot more information on heart attacks

either cpr and or the disable later. and 5 of the most common places that setting cardiac arrest and kurds is one on the golf course. and so you can imagine if you're out on the 18th hole and trying to get immediate attention that later over there, hopefully year partner, know cpr. so that's that's one of the causes. people don't survive. airports, you see more. they defend laters. now across the, you know, throughout the airport, shopping malls, also a place where a cardiac arrest commonly occurs as well. stadiums and jails. and card cardiac arrest. it happens after the heart attack it just happened suddenly out of nowhere on its own. >> okay. so i'll explain that. the heart attack. first of all, the heart attack. >> is when an artery is blocked. or partially blocked.

so you can get oxygen. rich fled to a certain area of the heart. and so that muscle dies. and then you suffer from irreversible damage now. so that's more of a plumbing problem. now, 7 cardiac arrest is when you have an electrical malfunction. so the heart doesn't beat properly and it stops so you don't get blood flow to the brain to other organs. and you go unconscious and often die. if you do, don't get immediate attention and so said, yeah, you have here that sudden cardiac arrest can occur after a heart attack. maybe even while you're recovering from a heart attack. >> right. so that's how they're linked. and but it doesn't necessarily mean that if you've had a heart attack. >> that this, that you can
8:50 am
have a set in cardiac arrest. most heart attacks don't often follow with sudden cardiac arrest. but if it does, it's usually caused by a heart attack. so that's how they they are linked. so what happens after you have a heart attack like i said, some of that muscle will die. so in order for your heart to circulate blood, it has to work harder. >> now when you work here, most no heart muscle to heart is a muscle. so just like if you are working your biceps as you work, the more they get bigger, right? yeah. now when your heart gets bigger, this bring modeling causes problems and the electrical system can go awry. and that's why you can have their their linked. that could affect one of the other. well, you always talk how to lower your risk for these types of things. so one of those simple things that we can do.

>> day in and day out to lower your risk of sudden cardiac arrest. >> so they found that 96% you could reduce your risk 96% just by following a low-risk lifestyle. and that means that, you know, first of all, don't smoke and exercise on a regular basis. maybe 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week and also follow a whole food. more of a plant said centered eating plan so that means more fruits, vegetables, whole grains lake games. so today, noel, you can dip into your black bean, or your your you know that 3 being chilly are a black bean burger instead of your your regular burger. >> you want to try to reduce your intake of saturated fats, which come from animal proteins. so and cheese meat and then kind of sets the
