8:46 am
the solano county and that will carry us a little bit into tuesday will probably start to lose the winds after that point. long range looks interesting. the big thing this, the high pressure will be broken a little bit by the time we get to thursday. so little reduction in temperatures, not as cool as we actually are now. but just from those lofty 80's, take it off its perch here a little bit slow early. so get off the 80's into the 70's as we finish off the week. but we're really waiting for another system to give us a little slam here. looks like timing. that varies models go anywhere from saturday night, all the way to monday morning. but let's hope that we get it. we'll get some more consensus later on that. so that's the timing on all of that and successive system maybe to their looks like it's breaking apart early the following week, 4 zone forecast for this sunday. 62 san francisco at the coast, upper 50's. 64 daly city burlingame. 61. 63 foster city palo alto at 64 to the south bay. 66 san jose. 65 per cupertino. milpitas about 64

considered our comfort foods. yeah, definitely ok, so talk to me a little bit about those typical comfort foods for women and then from at what we usually gravitate towards. so this is very interesting. so women tend to like chocolate or maybe that's not so ice cream cookies, cakes and candy. so as you can see, most of the the sweets, very sugary. definitely now men. they tend to look at something little bit different there and they're grabbing for the tips cass roles, you know, things that are very hefty. but mac and cheese and lasagna and also pizza interest. yes, interesting how are going all these things, but that one of the things that was interesting, you know, says one of the questions i get all often is well, if i'm a man and i crave cookies in sugar and all that, does that mean
8:51 am
anything? and actually, no, it doesn't affect your manliness or anything like that. it just might be that when you are a child that you were comforted with certain foods may be. your mom said, oh, you're you're not happy or you're sad. how that i make you your favorite dinner, which might be lives. i knew or how about i make you as your favorite cookies? yes, i really encourage you to delve into your your childhood to see why am i a craving certain things when i'm sad or happy and will i am much i crave chips. so that's that's kind of but that is totally a thing that my parents always had potato chips in the cabinet. so if you're totally right, >> hitting the nail on the with a that's yeah. very so what exactly do the results of this study mean overall? >> well, it means set you when you are under distress. you
