this is your cooler today. so number one, you want to create what i have here is a brick. and i covered it in foil and you bake your bread for 20 to 30 minutes in a 300 degree oven. so they get nice and hot. you might want at a number of breaks to lay down in your cooler. however, big your cooler is and then. well, that's that's happening. get some hot water. and then fill it with in the cooler. so this will heat up the cooler to the surfaces. and then when the bricks are reading dumped out that water and then and plate insulator down at the bottom of your cooler. so you don't burn, you know, melt it. and then add your hot right into the cooler. and add your hot food. so what i like to do is if you're going to have a hot chili heat that chilly up and

make it nice and hot and then just put the plot on top of the hot bricks. and then after that, just get it really well insulated with lots of towels. and this will really keep it warm. my sons were very involved in sport. so we did lots of tailgating parties and lots of tailgating. and that thing is some people don't take it really seriously. as far as keeping that foods hot and actually what happened is one year the whole team got sick because somebody prepare food and it wasn't hot enough. so just because you haven't had food poisoning yet, it can still happen. so very important to also have your thermometers to make sure that your hot food stays hot and also your coolers. stay cold enough to. so when it comes to cold food. 40 degrees has his state 40 degrees or colder. so
8:51 am
lots of i sling lot ice in your cooler. some people think that when they put ice in a cooler, that's kind refrigerator. so it is not say have to make sure that if you have eat meat, stays at bottom of the cooler right next to that ice and you want to try and double bag it so that the juices don't lake ideally, if you could put, they did meet in a separate cooler away from all the other things that's ideal. real important if the weather gets hot, it's over 90 degrees. you've got you have to eat your food and put it away within an hour. otherwise 2 hours, just like the hot food is the limit and you can keep it in the chain and make sure you know, the sun is moving all the time. so making sure you're moving into having to move the food and keeping it in the shade. karen, you also mention hand how to
