start to increase number one humidity levels in the east bay. we're getting a break on that very dry. it's not good for the fires, but it feels good in terms of helping you cool down a little bit with dry air. it's not so much fun with humidity working here, but the latest model runs really show this plume of moisture spread out a little bit. that may include parts of the bay area for weekend coming up about this one but the following weekend. so something to watch. once we break the back of the heat, spell 4 zone forecast for the sunday 78 cover san francisco at the coast. these lower 70's are starting to encroach 73 for daly city. 89 for burlingame to the south. 86 foster city, lower 90's down near palo alto, for example, redwood city at 92 in the south bay approaching the middle 90's, morgan hill one, 0, 3, los gatos. 194 for cupertino, east bay shoreline. lower 90's, tri valley, 100 plus pleasanton one. 0, 2, livermore, one. 0, 4, dublin, 101. 0, 3, for walnut creek, one. 0, 4 for concord, for example, san leandro at 91. so

sunshine with that little wrinkle here is by the end of the week, things start to get a little interesting. i'll show you that on me. advance forecast model 60's cover the most of the east bay for right now. 75 antioch, north bay got 57 santa rosa. but 63 for napa in the bottle. even 60 for san francisco already racing ahead. so the basic line we talking about here is this high pressure does a lot of things for us. first of all, it's falling air so we can't get a lot of mixing going on both vertically and horizontally. we don't get much the way of surface winds. we get a little bit left over warming happening because of that can personal heating and all so that keeps us in heatwave mode for a couple of days. also blocks all the systems from the pacific. later on, though, interesting little moisture comes up from the south. this is the tropics. so it's nice and soupy a little bit, even though it's aloft that may increase our humidity levels. but more concerning is maybe maybe a couple strikes of lightning to be thrown into that into next weekend. so something we'll be watching throughout the week to see how these models pan out. 4 zone forecast for the sunday. we're

you. good morning, stephanie. all right. so let's talk a bit about the latest findings about the documents seized from mar-a-lago. they included dozens of empty folders marked classified. michael, what do you think was the biggest take away from the information released here? >> well, i think that the biggest takeaway is that. what was taken the fact is that you had donald in his office with a number of extremely sensitive classified material regardless of whether it was the cause for tonight. and there's no evidence ever was, including the attorney general. but former attorney general barr stating that as well, you had the kind of information, but you never want to have lying around for people who do not have the best int rest of the united states america at heart. i mean, we're talking about some of the most highly classified documents. human intelligence sources. another is our moles are spies and other countries or in is office other a lot of

other information that could only be viewed in what's called a sense, sense of compartments. you kept that. those were laying around his office as well. they're they're not locked up. there's no evidence check their kind of thrown around with that much news clippings and a time magazine portrait of himself. so these are the this is this is alarming from a national security perspective. regardless of whether or not there's of presidential records at issue at all. the fact is material a possibly detrimental to the safety and security of every american which is lying around mara lago and security, including in the president, the former president's own office. >> curious to know where those documents that were supposed to be in those folders marked classified when as well. i'm sure, but there's a lot of investigation into we also heard from president biden this week in a primetime speech calling out what he was calling he later did clarify. he was not calling out all trump supporters and calling

them a threat to democracy, but clearly is making some sort of point here by calling out trump by name. do you think this is a winning strategy for democrats heading into the midterms? >> what's hot over this weekend in california is hot all over the country now is that as we're only 64 plus days away from the midterm elections and this was a very calculated gamble in many ways by president biden. i think he saw the fact that with the dobbs decision anti-abortion a ruling by the supreme court there's some movement going toward his own party. but any also saw the fact that there's about people who will have direct impact on on the no on may 2024 election running for office. people running for congress. secretary of state governors and 100 of these people, our election to years us or the mega republican extremists who do not believe that we had a fair and free

controlled by radical left scoundrels lawyers and the media who tell them what to do thoughts on that. he essentially. >> it's really interesting when we talk about the mar-a-lago, we talked about the biden speech now the intertwined and basically trump just reaffirmed everything that biden said and there's a night which is that keep in you know, basically making threats about and accusations against law enforcement against the justice department. remember because whether or not you think that they're right all the time and it's certainly not they still do the job of protecting america, protecting our democracy, rooting out terrorists. those kinds of things you just can't say that as a whole. they're vicious, horrible monsters. you can call the president of the united states enemy of the state, which he did in his speech in pennsylvania. i mean, that is essentially saying so on saying to people out there who may not be all right in their minds that.
9:22 am
president biden is essentially a traitor to this country. you can't do that kind of stuff. but this is part parcel of who and what donald trump is. and he's basically making the point that president biden made in his thursday night some of those quite a bit of polarizing rhetoric. >> out there being foot around by both you know, speaking of the midterms, which we were just talking about here, we're now just about 10 weeks away from the what kind of impact do you think this rhetoric is going to have on some of the upcoming races on both sides for the house and senate. >> what you're seeing right now is a lot of nervousness by by the republican party. you seen a lot of candidates for office on the republican side scrubbing the website. the mentioning of mentions of donald trump scrubbing their websites from mentions out of their position on abortion. they're really worried that the confluence of these 2 things could take could take away from what was to be a sure victory by the republicans in january of this

year. both the house and the senate is now mitch mcconnell. the same? well, we may not win. the senate likely not going with the senate and a lot of polls are starting to show that and the house, which is supposed to be a factor republican and that there's actually knowing very narrow, but very definite democratic pat, to take you to keeping the majority in the house. and these are the kinds of things he wanted because essentially what you're trying to with what's going on is you will see more and more trip to the democrat trying to pull all the independents that sort of red leaning independents and and at least getting mainstream republicans either take a back seat. the midterm elections or you know, holder hold their nose and vote for a democrat because of what this could be their nominee for the party could do to the to the to democracy that we call the united states of america. okay. all right. >> political analyst michael yaki, thank you very much for your perspective this morning.
