conditions outside with our friendly meteorologist dave spahr. good morning. day. >> stephanie, good morning. and good morning, everybody. hey, how about this weekend? you we've been not had a dry weekend for a long time and saturday was dry. we've got another one on tap tuna. part of this comes with some cold temperatures to get things started yet. the frost advisories back again covering the same real estate as before this is officially around until 9 this morning, maybe to revisited, perhaps. at least in some spots. we're looking at that's a possibility because the air is going to remain dry. and we're looking at clear skies right through least early monday. here's a look at those temperatures now we dropped. 34 this morning for livermore. got the mid to upper 30's up there in the north bay. still not too bad. we're still good. nice and safe way from freezing which you can have frost. well, head of having freezing and and some of those very local valleys. you can get those temperatures to slide right around the freezing mark. there's a look at some scattered clouds way out to sea. the storm is going take it well to get its act together. we're still looking at a tuesday morning hit

stop stores. >> we're 44 year-old abdul road was killed very saddening. all life. he's in. >> the piece and he don't jobs. they start his nice guy. he's very friendly with the people's hair. police first responded to shots fired in the 100 block of bruno avenue and learn those bullets were fired into the air and no one was hurt. >> while investigating that incident. >> officers heard more gunshots in the area which turned out to be the convenience store. >> that's where suspects confronted round move, ending with his death. police say 2 pittsburgh residents were involved in both shootings. 34 year-old jessica russo and 37 year-old gregory rose and john, both have been on the run since you seem like clock. >> same day. and then in the 9th. he's as it is very is very. said, you know, for his family, for his friend. even

the neighbors are everybody's mind about him. that includes longtime easy stop customers like ronald scott. >> sad to learn road is pittsburgh's first homicide victim of the year. scott says rove was a great man. >> we're not certain. killed days were full of great. they being robbed the store to dish out. you know. >> and that's very said police have announced an arrest in this case. 43 year-old pittsburg resident alan laura rhodes, cousin states in an online fundraiser that he was a veteran translator, u.s. armed forces and is survived by his wife and 5 kids. >> in p ttsburgh, philippe djegal all kron. 4 news. >> police arrested 2 suspects in a stolen vehicle following an early morning chase with officers. a california highway patrol helicopter tracked the car accident 98th avenue in oakland then followed it as it traveled behind homes next to railroad tracks. officers saw

the 2 suspects then abandoned the vehicle from above the chp helicopter directed officers on the ground to the suspect's location where police made the arrests. in the north bay part of southbound highway 101 remain closed after a landslide in novato pg e is installing a gas line to temporarily go around. the 2 lines damaged in the slide. this is video you're looking at now of some of that damage caused by the landslide earlier this week. this is along redwood boulevard, which runs right next to highway 101, quite a bit of damage. there. this morning's closure affects petaluma as state route one 16 also known as the lakeville highway. 2 other son wrote in novato people driving from petaluma are asked to take lakeville highway east to 37 west, which does connect back to 101 south officials say they are trying to get this road work done before the next round of storms expected in just the next few days. the highway is expected to reopen at 9 o'clock today. berkeley

businesses struggling to keep its doors open after being slammed by the recent stormy weather delhi. rama lost power for days causing thousands of pounds of meat to go bad kron four's. amanda hari has more on this. >> the owners tell me they're doing everything they can to stay open and they're hoping their customers remain patient and support it. i watched as people came up to check out this site which lets them know that they're going to be closed because they have no pastrami. more than 3 days without power destroyed all of delhi. rahm, as in conor's cash, paris and on a heat to con. >> looked over the 2000 pounds worth of meat, a literal ton of beef that needs to be tossed out. the berkeley business lost electricity during tuesday afternoon. storm and they didn't have any way to save their inventory. no generator, dry ice is dangerous and moving. it was out of the question. the

timing transport large quantities of meat. you pose a health risk in the east to stay a certain temperature, difficult to maintain and transit and even more difficult to find somewhere to bring these 500 pound barrels filled with me in water. so they waiting, hoping the power would come back on. would send a lot of updates the estimated rest restoration time is going to be this or this. and every time it was just going send it out and out so emotion really emotional. roller coaster. w raman has only been open since august. we're a small business. >> we don't even pair selves yet. >> we're working to try and build this brand and really in car sales in this community and they aren't sure this is storm they can. whether that's like over $20,000 worth inventory that way in turn, make us close to $100,000 in revenue. by the time the power came back on friday, it was too late to save the pastrami.

>> the san francisco reparations task force held its first public hearing this month, presenting more than 100 ideas to the board of supervisors. the group says more proposals could be added as the process continues. the ideas that are there currently considering focus on 4

different areas, economic empowerment, health and well-being, education and academic achievement. and finally, public policy. i spoke with the committee share about some of those proposals. >> because many of the ways in which lex harris is because have been harmed. it's 2 policy is embed it into the practices of the city. es part of our times is we haven't learned given how to talk about this. all right. there's a certain discomfort and unease around talk about issues of race and discrimination. and i believe that our abiliuy even begin to have the conversation and we can be the path towards how do we reach better understanding? >> the committee chair added the proposal in its current form is more of an estimate and not the final draft. right now. the proposal says all blacks, 18 or older in san francisco who lived in the city for at least 13 years qualify for monetary reparations. the final support will be sent to the board of supervisors for consideration by the end of june. >> all right. looks like a dry

>> at least 26 people are dead in mississippi after tornadoes tore through the western parts of the state, including and leading to the death. the one person in alabama, stacy jacobson has more on how people there are trying to

recover. >> the devastation here in this tight knit community is so clear. people who live in silver city say this is the kind of town where everyone knows everyone. it's only about 300 people who live here. they say when the tornado ripped through, it only took about 10 seconds to do this much damage. and just going to point out to you, there's a red car right here, right next to it is where there used to be a mobile home. we spoke with the daughter of the woman who lived there. and as you can see, none of it is left over. if you look behind it, you can just see all of that debris. it's hard to even tell where the mobile home ended up. there is just tons of home insulation, appliances, clothing, pieces of metal wrapped around trees. it's hard to imagine that this much damage was created in such a short amount of time. we also spoke with the people who live in this home right over here. you can see the home is intact is only about 7 years old. the owners told us a lot of the

roof that ripped off and every single window we've got r pped out. they said they survived the tornado by going into the only room in their home that didn't have windows. that's an interior bathroom. this was a plan that they had all along. but they were still very distraught. thinking about how much damage there is their friends and neighbors. free lives were lost right here in silver city. one of them, a friend told me was a school teacher. so they're saying that here in silver city is grief. there's a lot of grief, but also the community coming together. we were at a command post where they were giving out food and clothing and baby items and just things for people to make it through the day. they say the one thing that they really need of people are looking to help our tart. they're expecting more rain here in silver city over the next few days. and they want people to be able to protect what little left they have of their property in silver city. i'm stacy jacobson.

we may not get the direct hit from that low pressure system that we did last go-around. got the upper 30's up there in the north bay. 34 for livermore east bay shoreline 30's. we have 40 going on for oakland. frost advisory still with us until 9. but you get an idea how chilly those temperatures are. that's the price we pay for the clear skies and the sunshine we're going to get for today. contrast to 24 hours ago, a little cooler in the east bay than we were from yesterday. all right. what goes on today? yeah. enjoying today was a marvelous day will be got some cloud cover development up in the mountains. they're somewhat typical. we get into monday. things start to turn late as we get late in the afternoon from the northwest up there in the north bay is where it's all going to start very typical of winter storms. it will get the rain in the north bay and we froze here about 04:45am. so even in the early morning commute, you're going to get some rain. it looks like it's going to come off of a dry atmosphere. but you're still gonna get some rain to start things off the deeper stuff comes later during the day and the package contains when it's not for

today. we've got breezy conditions a little bit, not as breezy as yesterday. monday. another daughter. let's go into tuesday. you here they go up again and coming in from the south easterly direction. very typical for front dropping south. this is tuesday or tuesday. we're talking about wednesday is when we're watching the low. that will be a little bit more upstream. but this may cause some wind advisories. they haven't issued anything just yet, but i suspect by tonight you'll start to hear about parts of the bay area least getting something they're okay. cold start mostly sunny, dry is going take away from all this. there's the sun we're talking about a cool breeze near about 60 or and a chilly start. lee clouds tuesday, the stormy action wednesday, rain scattered showers and then some scattered showers to finish off the week with more. the longer range forecast coming up in a stephanie. dave, thank you. >> now to a big story we're following out of south lake tahoe. one man is dead after an argument inside that local hard rock hotel which led to a fatal shooting. but when the has more.

>> for those who were inside the hotel at the time does happen. things were terrifying. i was scared because that's quite shocking. initial reports to law enforcement of an active shooter inside the hard rock cafe in south lake tahoe sure that was just i processing the massive from all over the region >> ultimately, this would not be considered active shooter is what we would consider about 100 officers from douglas in el dorado county sheriff's office, south lake tahoe police, chp and the swat team hurried to the area during the sirens for like an hour and just and we're like what's going on here or not? and san francisco are like, oh, my connect fly of plaster ville were inside their hotel room when someone pounded on their door within an hour of the shooting, fully armed, fully geared. and and they so

they're looking for someone to. they came in. they searched room it was quite scary. he said there was a shooting. we had to stay in. >> place to be safe market store with a piece, a crayon saying that they checked the t uman. this is just stay in place. >> which they did for more than 2 hours until they were told things were safe. he said there was a shooting. >> and i said i was surprised. and i said, are they ok? and he said no. >> investigators say inside the casino at the center bar, a 32 year-old south lake tahoe man was located suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. he was transported to the hospital where he died. hours later. the bar area was still closed off to the public. a black curtain covered the area inside the bar also believe this would not be considered active shooter and that is what we would consider the

casino's security and surveillance help el dorado county deputies who stopped the suspect's vehicle along highway 50 near sierra at tahoe, where they arrested a 24 year-old man on suspicion of homicide and his 26 year-old female driver for dui response may seem overwhelming. and over the but that's okay. all we treat it as an active shooter at all. it the flies were grateful to be ok and that no one else was injured or you think you're safe place your room here and yeah, this is a beautiful place that you just never think would happen. >> and the fisa that they are grateful to law enforcement and the hotel for help keeping them safe and giving them as much information as they could reporting from the hard rock rowena shaddox for kron. 4 news. >> well, still ahead on the kron 4 morning news, the warriors continue their playoff push and a key player could return to the court could return to the court tonight. details ahead.

welcome back. in bay area basketball, the warriors take on the minnesota timberwolves tonight at chase center. and good news for the warriors, gary payton, the second is expected to play. he practiced with the team just yesterday and participates in a shoot out or rather a shooter out later today. if all goes well, he should be coming off the bench tonight. payton has not played since being acquired by the warriors in a trade back in february. yesterday, payton

morning. welcome back to the kron. 4 morning news. thank you so much for joining us. >> start off this half hour with a look at our forecast. dave spahr is in the weather center with the latest on that. good morning, dave. well, good morning, stephanie. good morning, everybody. and a pretty nice one. we have again today to you like yesterday where to try it again, a little bit of a breeze, but not quite as much as yesterday. half moon bay. how about fog going on? lots of sunshine to come. once the sun gets a little higher up in the sky there. but again. >> what a drive home. this. a frost advisory. this is with us until 9 this morning. technically it might be reissued for monday morning, but there's other activity. the weather service's course watching as we get into next week here. this is what it is

basically on the satellite picture. what you see that swath the moisture due west to us. that's your tuesday game plan. then for wednesday, i do this or receiver quarterback or something up there. the northwest that will drop toward our west now not directly over the bay but will be close to the coast. question is, is it going his and stability here on wednesday for thunder shower activity that something to kind of look out for and potentially little bit of hail looks like we'll get some winds with the storm as well. ag in, upper 30's up there in the north bay. 34 for a little more 40 going on for oakland with 38 for hayward. 36 for a chilly even in some of those bay locations. there you see the winds out of the northwest are going to be shifting southeasterly as that swath of moisture gets here by tomorrow and tuesday. a look at your day again today to keep the sunshine flowing. temperatures are going to struggle to reach 60. so it looks great on the picture window but got through that sweater on kuz bit chilly, particularly if you're in the shade and got some winds working again, we'll take a look at what tuesday

looks like. that's when all this starts. and then later on with the rest, your workweek looks like as well, stephanie. all right, dave, thank you for that update. >> the recent snowfall is great for those looking to hit the slopes as kron four's gayle ong reports some area ski resorts are extending their ski season into late spring. and even summer. sugar bowl and northstar will be running lips until the 2nd half of april. while heavenly and kirkwood. >> we'll be operating until may. palisades tahoe announced the longest extension. it will be open until july 4th. >> people are super step about it and not waste. this threat from think that's chairlift will be spending until the summer at palisades tahoe. >> resort pr manager patrick lacey says the last time the season was extended until july was 4 years just alone this year, we have received 56 feet. >> that's 678 in. should all know that with all that snow comes challenges or being have

been working their tails off, trying to an very because our get out buried in the not just the left is the parking lot that we have to keep up with. >> as well as you know, whatever get this much snow. if greece, avalanche conditions. so we want to make sure that our patrol is definitely there in the mountains. spring skiing in this year is going to get heavenly mountain resort is extending the ski season until may, ricky newberry, vice president of mountain operations says heavily received 544 inches of snow this season, our record on our books is from 2016, 17 when it was 564. >> inches season today like palisades crews have been busy digging out. you know to do as much can sometimes you want because you're just constantly digging out. yeah, so it's certainly a lot of work just maintaining the digging it out again. they're ready. >> to open up each and every day. newberry says cool temperatures are also helping

mountain conditions. it keeps the snow really good everywhere, like the whole mountain. you know, side to side top to bottom is keen. well, like cold snow. >> we haven't seen much of a warm-up. we haven't seen much of the spring pattern with like corn skeen yet. so hopefully in the extension will get we'll get some of that. freeze and a good corner, cyclones, springsteen. and if you're wondering what corn skiing is like, i was it's when the sun melts the spring snow. so it's just right. not too icy, not too slushy. >> in a looks a little bit like corn, gayle ong kron. 4 news. >> well, all that snow might be driving tourism. it is causing some trouble for long-term residents of tahoe. more than 50 feet of snow has fallen since the winter season began. and that's huge piles of snow everywhere. as you can see there, including on rooftops, which can lead to some pretty dangerous situations. >> obviously, with over 50 feet of snow, it's thousands of pounds of weight on our roofs and a roof. some of those routes are collapsing and having issues. yikes.

hopefully they can get that resolved soon. a winter storm watch is in effect until wednesday for the greater lake tahoe area. >> the national weather service says people should expect to see the most extreme snowfall and winds on monday night. on the peninsula. a landslide forced the shutdown of state route 84 at portola road near woodside. the debris runs 250 feet across and as you can see here, the situation has made the roadway impassable. giant cracks run all across both sides of the roadway. there. caltrans says the slide area is considered active. that means that more damage could be coming. no estimated reopening time yet. residents of popular or advised not to drink the water. they're following severe recent weather monterey, ca county officials say water can be used for handwashing washing the dishes and showering, but residents must brush their teeth with bottled water. officials are also advising business owners

not to mix regular and hazardous waste as storm cleanup continues. regular waste service resumes tomorrow. when city police are investigating a traffic collision that killed one person. it happed friday night at the intersection of alvarado niles road and dow avenue. police found a person lying in the roadway. paramedics responded and pronounced that person dead. police say a suspect was found at another location. that victim has not yet been identified. and now we go to southern california where the community continues to recover from the deadly shooting in monterey park. and on saturday, the fire department association there held a barbecue fundraiser to support the victims. john fenoglio has more on this. >> thank you so much. appreciate >> it has been a difficult couple of months for the monterey park fire department and the broader community is going to be a long process. obviously, it's been a long process for our full membership. but especially the

people that responded that night on both the fire department and our law enforcement side. we we need stand with the community bring everybody together and help the fire department hosting a barbecue fundraiser for the monterey park healing fund which aims to help all those affected by the tragedy that unfolded the night of january. 21st. >> when a gunman opened fire on innocent people at the star ballroom dance studio killing 11. >> one of the last couple of months been like since that terrible you know, you see all those things have been on you don't think that is going to happen here where you live and, you know, this really hit home and trying to do what we can of course, healing from such a horrific attack takes time. our fantastic job that night. however, something you really can't prepare for is mental and emotional impact. it's going to leave, you know,

winter storm warning later, they're expecting a couple more feet of snow through saga. upper 30's up there in the north bay. 34 for livermore little bit of that cold air drainage in the tri valley. looks like still some upper 30's along the east bay shoreline with 40 coming in for oakland. we've advanced this future cast all the way to monday because things are somewhat uneventful till we get some cloud cover. build up monday afternoon. so we'll start off in a sunday note again, another chilly start for you as well. then we get into the overnight. that's when the rain starts and into the commute tuesday morning. that's about 5.30, or so. to give you estimation, the deeper moisture still yet to come. and that low is still far away. that will be dropping out of the gulf of alaska. so this is the onset, as you can see about 5.30. so it's just getting started at that point. at the current estimation, to the moisture levels here. real quickly, just to show the humidity levels they drop off. today. we saw this yesterday. here's the recovery monday morning, which is not much of one. we don't have a fire concerns. what's not a problem, but it just shows you the patterns of

moisture at the surface here. so we start getting him elevate it. obviously by 5 o'clock. we already have the rain going on. so the point of this is the rain will start in dry air temps will be cold at the onset. so technically in the higher elevations, you might pick up a little bit of sleet temporarily as the transition goes to rain. also, those snow levels will be very low about 2000 feet or so to start. but once more, a milder air comes in here, it's going back to the game plan, a regular job, low rain except for a high. so for the rainfall totals, a quick estimation. you know, you can't go to the bank with this either cause. this is the beginning of the rain and some of that will be evaporating before reaching the ground because we're starting on a dry atmosphere. but just to give you quick estimation about 06:00am, you look at a couple of dimes up here up in the north bay and nickels and pennies down to the south. that's again as it starts. and that's estimations from the from the radar. so as we go to future cast winds in the big day to watch again will be tuesday. it looks like the winds will start before dawn and this is probably enough to

>> welcome back. if you are someone who loves bears like, well, we clearly do you like this story. the new mexico department of game and fish says they are hiring professional bear huggers. well, technically the job is for their conservation officer position. but the job posting does show these officers hugging some pretty cute baby cubs applicants must be able to relocate. go on some pretty strenuous hikes and be brave enough to crawl into bear dens and part of the job is also educating the public about wildlife. and while we're on the topic of bears, there's a new set of twin cubs at the san diego zoo. there are 3 months old and are just making their way from their private dead-ends into the public facing habitat at the zoo for the last few months. wildlife care specialists kept a close eye all of their and her cubs without interrupting their bonding time. andean bears are considered vulnerable on the list of threatened species. so it's nice to see these 2 little cubs on the screen

helicopter tracked the vehicle exiting 98 avenue in oakland then followed it as a travel behind homes next to railroad tracks. as you can see there, officers saw the 2 suspects then abandoned the vehicle from above the chp helicopter directed officers on the ground to the suspect's location where palice made the arrest. in the north a part of southbound highway 101 remain closed after a landslide in novato pg e is installing a gas line to temporarily go around the 2 lines damaged in this line. and this is video of the damage caused by the landslide earlier this week. this is along redwood boulevard, which runs right next to highway 101. this morning's closure effects petaluma at state route one 16, also known as the lake, the highway all the way to other 10 road in novato people driving from petaluma are asked to take lakeville highway east to 37 west, which connects back to 101 south officials say they're trying to get this work done before the next round of storms expected in just a few days. >> the hill is moving.

know, tell us a bit about your story as well, because it's quite unique in how you helped lead you to compete for the title. >> yeah, well, 4 years ago i ran away from home and i was homeless and 2 years ago was assaulted at gunpoint. >> you know, to me. if i'm able to inspire a child, he sees me and thanks to yourself, i'm going to be ok that i've done my job with or without the sash and did you share that story while you were in the running for ms? >> san francisco what was that process like? >> yeah, i mean, i knew going into competing in the miss america organization, but i wanted to be true to myself because i knew that there was a little girl out there, a little child out there watching me. and i wanted them to know that if i can do it, they can too. >> where do you find the inspiration to speak up for yourself and is that courage come from? because it's not easy to share such, you know, to share stories of trauma.

>> you know, i think it comes from. thinking about. all the survivors, all the other children who? are at home and are going through exactly what i'm going through. if i can be a voice for others, if i can in some way help those that have been harmed, feel less alone unless ashamed. and so that they don't have to carry that burden on their shoulders alone and in silence. then i want to go stop platform. >> in monroe, you identify as being part of the trans community. tell us a bit about how that shaped your experience in the pageant. >> yeah, i mean, i'm so blessed to be part of an organization that really strives for diversity. and i think what makes miss america so special is a sisterhood that no matter who you are, where you come from, whether you represent a city like san francisco, every little town we are all together because of

our passion for service style success and scholarship. and so i think every woman in organization represents a part of america and miss america represents the best in all of us. >> and that's a beautiful message. and this is women's history month. of we're at this time when women have gained so many privileges. and yet it seems like at the same time, a number of privileges are being taken away. what is your hope for the future? and are there any changes you'd like to see? >> you know, i i'd say i would love to see more parity where gender parity in in the workforce, particularly in law. my career ambition is to be a deputy district attorney and hopefully run to be a judge in the same courthouse. my dad clean dosage and under someone hopes to join the bar and eventually the that is something that i would love to see more and more women and in collar professions. and last question here, you're going on to compete for miss california. yes, you you're getting ready. >> i'm so excited. i'm ready to bring the glamour to the

kron 4 morning news. good morning, everybody. and beautiful blue skies. you can see live from the golden gate bridge will see more of that probably tomorrow. so. >> and for prep preparation for the storm coming our way in terms of tahoe, that turns to snow as we talk about those temperatures falling with the next storm arrival, it is now a watch at the probably become a winter storm warning because several feet of snow are expected with this toast temperature check. it is cold again this morning. actually little colder was this morning we saw from yesterday. but now of course we're covering with the sun. joining us tri valley are looking at numbers in the mid to upper 30's in the east bay 40 for santa rosa. 46, san francisco. 39 up to nap and 42 for san jose. not going to prove greatly with those temperatures but at least a lot of sunshine. so advanced this map all the way to monday

all of that and we'll have a chilly morning. start for your monday. but beyond that point, it's turning into a different type of forecast. we've got 40's taking hold of the north bay delay has the exception coming 38 40's off to the east bay. 46, san jose matched for half moon bay and also for san francisco. there's a beauty shot east bay shoreline, all lit up very nicely with blue skies, blue bay, another sweet day in the bay with a lots of sunshine. so they're the 2 agitators out to see, ok, the first was going to be our direct western partner there. now that moisture is coming from the mid latitudes. the lower latitudes that moisture comes from its origins from the tropics or warmer air. so what has more moisture in it? so that's how we'll start very familiar from this winter, much these winter months. then up in the northwest, the more traditional type storm system coming out of the gulf of alaska. that will also drive with the winds and rain and all that fun stuff. but tracking that the question is, is it going to traversed directly across the bay area? does not look like it. it looks like it will stay out to

from above the chp helicopter directed officers on the ground to the suspect's location where police made those arrests. in the north, a part of southbound highway 101 in marion county will now be closed until 2 this afternoon because of a landslide in novato. it was originally scheduled to reopen at 9 this morning. pg e is installing a gas line to temporarily go around. the 2 lines damaged in the slide. and this is video you're looking at now of the damage caused by the landslide earlier this week. you can see it's pretty significant damage. this is along redwood boulevard which runs right next to highway 101. this morning's closure affects petaluma at state route one 16 also known as the lakeville highway all the way to adderton road in novato. officials say that that they're trying to get the work done before the next round of storms expected in the next few days. the hills moving. >> the landslide is moving we're going to dissipate that

if you look behind it, you can just see all of that debris. it's hard to even tell where the mobile home ended up. there is just tons of home insulation, appliances, clothing, pieces of metal wrapped around trees. it's hard to imagine that this much damage was created in such a short amount of time. we also spoke with the people who live in this home right over here. you can see the home is intact is only about 7 years old. the owners told us a lot of the roof that ripped off and every out. they said they survived the tornado by going into the only room in their home that didn't have windows. that's an interior bathroom. this was a plan that they had all along. but they were still very distraught. thinking about how much damage there is their friends and neighbors. free lives were lost right here in silver city. one of them, a friend told me was a school teacher. they're saying that here in silver city is there's

temperature check. we'll do this again tomorrow morning with the frost advisory 40's, mostly with some 50's poking out here and there and even delay has jumped up to 41 at this hour. future cast for this is monday morning. monday evening, skews me. there's the cloud cover development overnight. here comes the rain. now. this will probably start during the early commute. 7.30. there you have it. but the deeper moisture remains out towards the west will will play out throughout the morning hours. moisture levels at the surface. they drop off nicely today. here's what goes on tomorrow morning. the so-called recovery tomorrow afternoon dropping off considerably. and as the onset of the rain happens, it will be going into dry air. that's only pertinent to mention that our snow levels are relatively low to start and 1500 feet or so. you might have to get some sleep at that level just because it's dry and about. but of cooling sometimes can fraser freeze raindrop or 2 perhaps that will be just very early on that it goes into rain and then above that will get snow at much higher elevations,

francisco, the emergency department received some words of encouragement after they responded to hundreds of storm-related 9-1-1. calls the you may recall, received a 400% increase in call volume just earlier this week. and because of all the storm church decided to put together - some messages of support. they went out with their chalk and started, you know, sending and leaving some nice messages outside the immersive emergency dispatch building. so was really nice to, you
