7:36 am
mission is to protect the staples. the public, the the governmental authorities and defense against cyber threats. you'll see behind me over to the to my left is coast guard pacific strike team. it's a big trailer. we can see it in our in our picture. but that's a mission out of hamilton up novato. that is responsible for dealing with environmental disasters here on the west coast, but also across the pacific. so they'll deploy with both ships and aircraft to to deal with those environmental missions. again, focused on a civilian support. the stem center is a virtual center here that you'll see evidence across all the branches of their stem activity here, which i think is important for young people to understand in terms of the careers. and then finally, our careers fear the opportunity
7:37 am
to talk to people across the branches about many different careered tracks that people can take in any one of the branches as well as the education they get. also the transferability of those skills to civilian jobs. so when you come down here for the air show, i encourage the public to go around meet these folks in uniform learned their missions and understand how much is done for northern california inc. >> he'll a wealth of knowledge. thank you so much for joining us this morning. i'm i'm sure. and i actually do want to speak with you throughout the morning as well. just to learn exactly what's going on here in the finer details. gill, thank you so much for joining thanks so stephanie. i'm gonna send it back to you in studio. yeah. we love his enthusiasm. thank you so much to >> well, in the south bay, the mayor of san jose says he wants the city's animal care and services department to be investigated. mayor matt mahan says an independent audit would make sure shelter is up to industry standards.
