butter pieces. got it. okay. and here we have a perfectly she did out piece to about reports of an inch. you it get to that perfect rice and part of the fun is when you cutting it out because i make a mess is what you're trying to do is go straight out there we go straight out. note with snow turns straight down, ok? so when you do it and it is up, what you're trying to see are those beautiful marble lies, pieces of butter that you've graded and you don't overwork it. and then the second tip that i had is making an egg wash i just use yolk and a little water and that way i get the right consistency of liquid that i need to not go over the edge if you hit the edges, your blocking the dough from rising as much as you need it to. so once get that, you'll create a perfect. golden crust. okay to your do.
9:49 am
and then when you go to coffee, you get some coffee. those little raw sugar packet, right? use them. save on top of cash. and it'll give you a nice shiny glaze over once you break it. and it will also create a really beautiful texture to your scone. good to know gray. and then once you bake it off high heat, make sure everything is cold. when you put in the oven, you create your fancy final product scone right here. can we get a close-up shot of that? possible. this is the this is it. this is so pretty. and so that's the final product based on. >> what you've just shown us, ideas, you have some holiday sprinkles well, it's part of our tradition. teddy bear tea is geared for those ages about 2 to 11 and they'll get a lively show with some very animated elves they'll get to take home their own personal teddy bear and >> if you want to entertain some children, you need sprinkle. yeah, yes, of the sprinkles could be an option to go on this going if if you wanted to know for don't want
