have these dry offshore winds gusting as high as 90 miles per hour. bone-dry humidity and their high wind warnings remain through 06:00pm tonight. of course, as we mentioned, ours, here's locally expiring soon. and we are already seeing those winds calming down, still breezy out along the coastline. but notice how winds just come down more and more towards the finish of the day. temperature wise, we're pretty mild this morning. very enjoyable set up for us locally 30's 40's to 50's for our current temps. and later on today, we're right back to the 60's much as we were yesterday. we're just getting rid of some of the wind that we did have yesterday. rain, ride on the eve of that still have that major delay on the sfo line in all directions. >> because of an equipment issue, the only major seen on bart right now, your other bridges and highways are starting to see those drive times go down. so 13 on the bay bridge when we got up to about 25 9 along richmond, sandra fell. maybe you're taking the san mateo bridge right now. you're a 15 and the golden gate bridge. it's going to be about 20 minutes or 15

minutes along 8.80, langille down to 2.37 back to 31 right now and we've learned the southern california wildfires have so far killed 2 people in the eden fire and we know that the fires have grown this morning. we have new numbers that show now. well, over 7,000 acres total burning up in these 3 fires that are the biggest ones. yeah. and here you're looking at live pictures from pacific palisades where the palisades fire now >> has burned more than 5,000 acres. that's a new update this morning. that fire burning out of control containment still at 0% this morning. is that one of the homes? they save 1000 and burned in that fire. we've got carlos herrera with our sister station ktla, bringing us the update now. dozen homes. >> and apartment buildings that have now collapse to the ground like this one. this one burning for about 30 minutes. a firefighter telling that they tried their best to save
8:33 am
all the homes in this neighborhood just a few miles north of the past in the jewish center. but it was just too late and they're being very strategic in terms of what they can save and where the response. so there's only so many homes, so many buildings, so many structures that these firefighters can put out at this point. they say their priority really is to avoid this fire from spreading and moving further south towards the 2.10 freeway. they don't want this fire to jump the highway. this is a result of what we're seeing again, at least a dozen homes off of mcguire drive just a mere out to dina have burned to the ground there now destroyed. remember people who live here? >> back, you waited and now they're going to come back and find this over often at this is if you can see over there that glow, that is actually it appears to be new building,
