10:41 pm
in la county and ventura county here. this is through wednesday, 06:00pm. so it is another long stretch that will make it challenging for firefighters. so as you can see, the current conditions around the 2 major fires, this is the palisades fire on the east side of that's the in fire over it out to dina upper 50's for temperatures. so not too hot, which it at night. it's good. but then the humidity levels are pretty low in the teens, 20% at the palisades fire. there is a breeze there at 17 miles per hour coming from the east to 15 miles per hour. so sure doesn't help. you know, it's drying out the fuel and this is the wind forecast. as you can see, it does light up into the overnight get a break. a little bit of a breakdown there the afternoon. and then it will pick up again sunday night and then that next stronger pash monday through wednesday. so it's not going to be strong winds. we saw at 100 miles per hour winds that we saw. what we're talking maybe like 70 miles per hour in the isolated areas in the mountains. but let's also talk about the smoke. you just saw that smoke just move roadway
10:42 pm
often to the ocean. so that's a moving west and that is good. it's not moving to the bay area. but if you're visiting los angeles, if you're not directly impacted by the fire, still gonna have to deal with that. poor air quality it out there. we're mostly in the clear which is good because we did see some moderate air quality. so here's a long-range model for the state. we have the offshore winds as well in the bay area that is setting the stage for some clear conditions. so this is from now until wednesday says you could see down in southern california. now the good news is the end of next week, favorable conditions for the fires out in southern california. we are seeing a little bit of rain around next weekend. so let's hope that is the case. meantime, we have some 50's 60's for our highs here. our lows right now, current temperatures and then wear a little breezy where more breezy around the mountains been not too bad around the surface, but it you may notice those breezy today
