canada some burning in canada and also, of course, a little bit of smoke possibly coming in from the la fires on, though, strong offshore flow of north-northeast winds are pushing most of the southern california smoke off shore out to sea future wind gusts. well, this morning we had really strong winds overnight and this morning there was a wind advisory in effect, but the winds die down so quickly that the wind advisory was canceled. now, the winds overnight tonight into tomorrow die down quite a bit. many areas, not even more than 10 miles per hour. high pressure is in control at reign. supreme. yeah, we get a few clouds here and there, but there's no change. that area of high pressure is blocking any storms. any raindrops from getting to california. so we're going to stay dry for the at least the next 7 days in terms of temperatures. my goodness gracious. we've got numbers. the lows, 40's and even 30's and even down to maybe 34 degrees in some areas. that's why there is a frost advisory in effect, starting at 01:00am till
10:39 pm
09:00am tomorrow morning. and my goodness, it's going ty be parts of the north bay east bay and the santa clara valley in the santa cruz mountains. high temperatures tomorrow. a lot like today, just a few degrees cooler. pretty much in the 60's everywhere. whether you're at the beach of the pacific ocean or the bay shoreline numbers in the 60's. and as you head south, we're not much change to get down to the santa clara valley. we get numbers as warm as maybe 66 degrees in san jose and santa clara east bay. they continue with numbers mainly in the 60's. and again, 63 in fremont and up toward the north bay is numbers also in the 60's. so we're in for a spell of another dry day numbers warmer than normal. and still, we're in good shape and numbers for the next 7 days. a lot like today. funny next weekend we go closer to normal temperatures more like in the upper 50's and maybe a few extra clouds. but we're talking subtleties here and still no rain sight. no rain in sight and we could use some because our invitation starting dry out a little bit. that's not a good thing.
