8:46 am
that to a little because we want to go ahead and melt. archie's is i think with a broad worst cheddar cheese. yeah. that sounds too. was better eye. and summary at the will add that cheddar to this and will are. so this is a great year, which is a it's a really good melting cheese and it really will take away from the flavor of that delicious cheddar cheese on it. so we're going to slowly melt this. and then we're going to ask for some more flavor. i have some dijon mustard. we're going to add a little dijon mustard to this and we're going to let it melt. so it becomes nice and thick and creamy. and that's going to take about 10, 15 minutes. but don't worry or already have some made. i have some delicious brought worst or you're brought wristband now trying. i think i think you can use any sausage, but i think for the game a nice brought worse. and i do a local went from my local livermore bridge. but can mix delicious, homemade brought were. so i thought that would be perfect for my gas. i have
8:47 am
my cheese sauce already died. this is what it's going to look like. this is nice thick and creamy. it's already melted. and to put on top of it, i took the rest of and i made some common lysed onions with them as so i sauteed my onions and i had a little sugar and i added the beer. wow. so i let this cook for about 15 to 20 minutes because i want most of that beer to kind of get out really infused those yet really get into those delicious onion. so after about 20 minutes, you've got this thick, syrupy, almost caramelized onions that we're going to place on tap wolf. and i mean, talking about flavor here. we've got a ton of flavor. if you want to go ahead and add, maybe some, i don't know if some pickles or something else on their to add even more flavors. our crowder sauerkraut. what ever else you want to add to it? we've got a delicious lighter and of
8:48 am
course, to go with it. if you have some chips to other side, why not rise tax church? and that's right. you know, that's our first appetizer right here, which is almost really a meal. but now we have some fried olives. oh, i love fried. all right, although i don't think i've had that before. okay. this is so delicious. it's super bowl. so why not? we're going just a little bit. it's feeling like a refined super bowl a little bit with the fried all of i want do something a little different since i already had the pickles here. i'm like that's to fried. so i have castile >> all of sudden, these are just a beautiful green olive. i have it pits so that i can stuff it with some feta cheese. oh, yes. so you're going to put some cheese and here. so i have my feta cheese and i just did a regular dredge on and this stretch is just the >> flour egg and some delicious bread crumbs you can season to however you like get

spicy. if you like it spicy, you can do it. i see. so i just fridays. just on the pan with the little bit of oil, i friday sought that. i think we need a dipping sauce. what do you think? yeah, let's do it, ok? in my food processor i made a karla kaylee being difficult. okay. but it's just man a's, of with delicious garlic, a little olive oil. i put a little dijon mustard in there just for a little bit of the cac salt and pepper. and i'm going to use the culinary term for what you do when you use food processor, which is i it up. you so you should shut up in there and you've got this only that i just put an individual little ramekins here and so at a restaurant. well, oh, good. i hope you have a that's how i like to to feel really special. so also several of these up and i'll put them down so people can grab a plate. and crab is many of these as they want. okay.
8:50 am
and then they'll have their own dipping sauce. let me tell you, crunch, eat delicious and she's in the can you go wrong with that one and indulgent? really is. but you know something. i think we need a little dessert. of course, i think deserved. but we don't need to go crazy with the desert because we have the game were busy. okay. so i have a no big cookie un-paid cookie. and you know, i sound a little unique and different that this is cookie you can make during half time, even if you're a kendrick lamar there's that you can make this cookie. it's that easy. and really is that easy. and i do it on the stove top. and what i do is i bring some milk and sugar and here's my cocoa powder because i wanted to have chocolate in it because, well, why not? and i bring it to a boil and i let it go for about 60 seconds without touching it. i take it off the stove just like that. i add my quick oats and some peanut butter. so this will give a
8:51 am
great chocolate butter flavor that like pretty much everybody will like. so we took we put those in a cookie shape. i just stick them in the refrigerator that set. wow. and minutes and they're in the refrigerator. they set up nicely and i went ahead decorated mind because, of course, it's huge. you know, for the game. why not? and here, here's a spin for you. if you want to catch you know, pretty i don't now. are you are you those fannick got to callers now ones jed joint, whatever color you go what we did just have the forty-niners on. so we're going case all to a little bit of and you can just sprinkle these with some pretty and then the kids will can do that as well. but it makes it a little bit more fun to have some. >> pretty decoration on it and everything so that way. you know, everyone can kind of choose if they want to where the kids can just do them theirselves and then whatever
8:52 am
color you got, that's the team. i guess you're rooting for. yeah. and i do want to point you made these you the design. looks like a football is i try to make it look at like look ball it is the big game. why why not decorate a little bit and have some fun. yeah. and i know most of you are we have the beer over here and you >> might be drinking some beer. but, stephanie, you know, i'm a white girl. you know the vineyard, so i want some wind. so what i'm going to pair with these delicious brought sundays fried all i have 2 different lines. i have occurred, which is a red. and so if you want a red wine, that's a perfect to go with this and allows all that flavor to come out not to have or you can always do a 7 on that'll go great with any fried food with the onions on this. it'll be nice, clean. and crest. you really will have a good flavor, but nothing will overpower all of this. so even if you do make something with alligator, these winds are still going to work, you know, in honor of
8:53 am
new orleans, i hear that white wines tend to go good with the fishing. and if you wanted to do maybe you know, okay. forrest gump saying i'd like 100 and something different shrimp when he was all. so you could do strengthen alligator and you'd still be really good with these winds. and that's what you ben testing. thank you so much for the super bowl. inspiration. sure to help us really feel like we scored a touchdown with our guests thanks so thank you. and cheers to the then your mom and just all of you at home. have a great super bowl sunday.
