shows just how crucial of a need the small business community has right now in san jose reporting in san jose. stephanie rothman kron. 4 news. >> in the south bay, a person is unfortunately dead now after a vehicle and motorcycle crash in santa clara, santa clara police say it happened last night at the intersection of northbound montague expressway and mission college boulevard. santa clara fire says when they arrived on scene, they found the motorcyclist debt. san francisco police, meanwhile, need your help finding this missing girl. 14 year-old lisi johansen a rela. she was last seen february 17th throughout 07:00pm. she stands 5 feet. 3 inches tall. weighs about 115 pounds. she was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, pink sweat suit and red boots. police say she regularly visits the area right around the san bruno avenue corridor and the surrounding fairfax avenue area as well. what we're now learning about a small plane crash in concord officials with contra costa

county. >> tell us a small engine aircraft with only the pilot on board landed the buchanan field airport shortly after 7 thursday evening landing with his gear attracted and said did not cause any damage to the runway. but officials are saying the aircraft was removed and the runway reopened. not 2 hours later. the fight between students forcing an east bay high school on lockdown just before noon on thursday, police received report of fight involving multiple students, a dublin high. well, police soon learned that what started as 3 students attracted a crowd of about 50 to 100 students. one of those high schoolers was taken to the hospital. another evaluated and treated both had minor injuries. police are trying to figure out what led to the fight. >> in the north bay, a protest in sonoma county over the sheriffs refusal to support a measure designed to protect undocumented migrants. more than a dozen people rallied outside the finley community center in santa rosa where

inside sheriff, any ingram was addressing public safety with members of the hispanic chamber of commerce. demonstrators say the sheriff has been refusing to support a non collaboration with ice ordinance and that has them concerned now about the safety of undocumented migrants in sonoma county. >> we should not be cooperating with ice not be helping in any way that people should be forcibly removed from their homes. >> well, we did reach out to the sheriff's office to confirm the sheriff stance on that ordinance. the office didn't answer the question directly. only saying that the office complies with state laws and based on the criteria established they did respond to 64 out of nearly 500 ice requests last year. will schools have been given an ultimatum by the trump administration, get rid of all programs that promote diversity, equity and inclusion inside schools also known as dei or risk losing federal funding kron four's. rob nesbitt has the story.

schools k through 12 colleges and universities have been given 2 weeks to get rid of their diversity initiatives. >> programs put in place to help diversify a student body are viewed as discrimination by the white house, ending diversity, equity and inclusion is a precondition of receiving federal funds. the white house is threatening to withhold federal funds to schools that promote dei. this letter sent out by the department of education gives k through 12 schools 2 weeks to end race-based admissions, hiring scholarships or graduation ceremonies. vallejo superintendent ruben are yellow, says his district is one of the most diverse in the country. and federal funds are mostly used for students most in need. when we get funding like title one dollars this time, one dollars or really earmarked for students who need additional support. >> regardless of race, it's typically tied your socioeconomic status. you're you're language proficiency status or if you're foster youth who are homeless colleges and universities are also scrambling to evaluate their risk when it comes to dei programs. the notice from
