one killed- it's the three people are shot and one killed it's a result of what police say an ongoing dispute between neighbors and it happened just after midnight in a neighborhood near thunderbird and 12th street. anita roman reports both the police and the people who live nearby say that at least one person involved was no stranger to the >> it was boom-boom-boom. >> the shots rang out around midnight. >> my yard is a crime scene. >> three people rushed to the hop after bullets when flying. >> see the little wall there where the person with the red shirt, there right in that area is where they were shot. >> terrance says his roommate, a 65-year-old man was shot in the leg after trying to help. according to hensley and the police, it started with an argument between a 42-year-old woman and her 35-year-old neighbor.

62-year-old boyfriend stepped in. >> by the time i came out, my roommate was back in the house and we are trying to deal with him. the boyfriend was over in the neighbor's yard to this side of us. and gail, after he ran her over, somehow ended up in her mother's yard. >> ran over her purposely it appears with the car. they then backed the vehicle up and ran over her the second time and eventually a fourth time before leaving the area. >> investigators are still looking into the cause of that fight but can confirm during the argument the 35-year-old suspec& went into his house and got a gun. police can also confirm that victim was well-known to officers calling them to the home she shared with her mother, dozens of times as well as the neighborhood for various reasons. >> we have taken her to urchin

occasions in an effort to help her. >> in that little white car down there. day and night running the air conditioning. >> search warrants were obtained in an effort to gather evidence from the victim's car, the home and the suspect's home. anita roman, "fox 10 news." police say that they are aware of 9 suspect's whereabouts and hope to take him into custody soon. two men found with gunshot wounds near a phoenix moment police say this morning they were called to a home near 21 avenue about one shooting victim. when they got there they found the first victim and then found another man with gunshot wounds at a nearby alley no word on their conditions. police have not said much detail about this but they are not sure if the shootings are even related. we know from dave that weather is moving in. we could get more rain tonight tomorrow help prepare for the rain, one of the best things to do to prevent flooding or leaking inside your home is create a barrier with sandbags.

unimaginable event. i am asking that if you pray, you pray for mary's husband and family and for all of the disperpz witnesses. >> the officer involved was kind of doing role playing and was playing the bad guy. mary, the victim, was playing the officer. and the officer forgot he didn't put blanks. he put real bullets in the gun and shot her multiple times. the officer involved in the shooting has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of pilot walked away from that mess in san diego. he flipped the plane. it happened in montgomery field airport in san diego. the plane was trying to land and then it flipped and crashed. the pilot didn't need any medical attention. he was able to get out of the cessna under his own power. crews eventually righted the plane and actually damage wasn't that bad. could have been a lot worse. new at 9:00 tonight, two

when 9-1-1 dispatchers when 911 dispatchers get a call they get called for an emergency that requires officers maybe a firefighter to rush to the scene. one connecticut dispatcher took matters into her own hands this summer. >> catherine grady works as a hartford police department dispatcher. she recently received a unique call over the francis horry, a long, roarer. a long time resident. she was a hartford resident and lived in the same place and loves the city and worked here and had her family here and everything. >> francis called for a trash emergency that she had. >> i just wanted to know if you know if somebody will take my garbage out tomorrow. it's been there two weeks and it's overloaded. i'm. 6 years old and i'm handicapped and i have a heart condition,

get the word out about the serial street shooter who remains on the streets and at large. the hope is to get this gunman behind bars in a string of unsolved murders. kristy siefkin joins us now live with the latest. >> john, the guardian angels have been patrolling multiple neighborhoods in the past few weeks and tonight thomas and 32nd street making their way eastward and starting at the site of the last shooting. the investigators are into the shootings. all nine of them that happened. the earliest happening in the middle of march. a suspect description has been released. however, police are not ruling out the possibility that multiple individuals have been involved in the shootings. investigators looking into this while they are also recovering bullet casings from three of the crime scenes, they also have vehicle descriptions from several of the witnesses who are there that actually saw the shootings. earlier we spoke to mike
