just within the past couple of hours, fox 10 has obtained surveillance video following a deadly robbery that happened at a 7-11 store where a store clerk was shot and killed. and tonight the victim's family is pleading with the public for help in catching the killer. and there is now an $11,000 reward for tips that will lead to an arrest. fox 10's nicole garcia joins us live now with the latest. nicole, what have you learned? >> john, the family making a very emotional plea tod. even after the robber got the cash, why he didn't just leave the 7-11. in the end, 36-year-old man was gunned down and now his family is begging the public for tips. >> this is surveillance video from the 7-11 on 16th street and southern in south phoenix. the gunman demanded money from the two clerks who handed over all of the cash in the register. then he ordered the two employees to a back room.

36-year-old man got into a struggle with the man for the gun. he was shot and killed. >> went to work every day for 12 hours from 2:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. five, six days a week. he showed nothing but kindness. love and respect towards everyone. all of the customer. >> the victim was known as sunny and his family is asking why did he have to die? >> he gave t whatever he want. his hand is up there in the air. and why his brother got shot. >> the gunman chased after the second clerk who tried to get away eventually the killer runs away even with this surveillance video, it's hard to make out hot gunman is. his face covered with a bandanna and sunglasses. a hoody over his head. but you can clearly see he has a large gun. police describe it as a machine gun similar to the tech 9

community on 16th street and southern neighborhood, please come out, somebody must know what happened that night. >> sunny emigrated to the united states from india several years ago but his wife joined him here only four months ago never imagine she would become a widow so soon. >> so, so sad. everybody come with a dream. have a better life. happiness for children, all of those things and after four months she lost >> now the 7-11 corporation made a big donation to the reward which is now at $11,000. they are hoping the money will make somebody talk. anybody with information is asked to call silent witness. reporting live, i'm nicole garcia, "fox 10 news." thank you, nicole. a basha's distribution center is evacuated after an ammonia leak there. this happened overnight, 56th street and chandler boulevard.

husband lived with her. and now she is just trying to stay there. really in peace. >> a judge granted an order today to have the 100-year-old woman removed from the unit. >> the past two months my client who the owners are doing everything in their power to try to avoid iris canada from being evicted from the house where she lives. >> an attorney represents the owners who bought the six unit building back in 2002 t renovated five units and sold them as tenants in common property. canada was not evicted but give an life estate. that means she owned the unit paying $700 a month until her death. after that, the property would go back to owens. >> the only thing we are asking in consideration is that she sign the condo conversion paper work. >> in doing that she would give away her right of first refusal. >> the 100-year-old woman's attorney says her family was interested in helping her buy the unit.

vanished from his home in buckeye and today federal and local investigators search a field looking for jesse wilson. steve krafft has been on the scene all day as detectives try to find the boy. s in they searched a field here in buckeye that they searched before but still no sign of missing jesse wilson. the fbi was here, the maricopa county sheriff's office was here, buckeye police were here, jesse wilson. he has been missing for a month. no volunteers searching today. this is strictly law enforcement professionals and they are not treating it as a potential rescue but as a body recovery. >> the scenario we are looking at right now is a recovery operation and that's why they are out there and that's why we don't have the community assisting us today. realistic part of this it's been a long time and as a law enforcement organization, we
