steve krafft, fox 10 news. the parents of kayla mueller making stunning allegations against doctors without borders, the humanitarian aid organization that their daughter was working for when she was kidnapped by isis. mueller, a young woman from prescott, arizona, was taken hostage back in 2013 and killed in isis captivity about 18 months later. kayla's parents say doctors without borders negotiate kayla's freedom. carl mueller said somewhere in a board room, they decided to leave our daughter there to be raped and ultimately murdered. a director of the organization says they have no obligation to help the young woman because she was not their employee. she was 26 years old when she was killed.
