the murders happened in 2008 but the the remains of one of the victims was not found until a few years ago. now the search is on for the two brothers believed to have carried out these gruesome crimes. >> reporter: john, these brothers are mexican nationals with ties to drug cartels and drug trafficking that is according to sheriff paul babeu. investigators were able to link th whose remains were discovered years apart. two brothers from mexico now suspects in a double murder in arizona in 2008. pinal county sheriff paul babeu linking fausto negrete-olivas and his brother dionicio to two murders in casa grande.

gruesome murders we've seen here. >> reporter: he says they lured baltazar lopez, a known drug trafficker and his friend, azaren cordova to casa grande on april 27 of 2008. >> baltazar believed he was owed $10,000 and he was coming to casa grande. they told him they were going to pay him. >> reporter: instead of yi dismembered their bodies and scattered them in two different places. they had not been connected until a medical examiner and detectives were able to link the two victims through d.n.a. in 2014. this appears to be a cartel drug deal gone bad among mexican nationals in the arizona desert. the sheriff says it happened in

crash. phoenix police release new surveillance video or photos of two men believed to be involved in a double shooting. the two suspects were denied service near tally's pub because it was so late. as they were leaving, they got into a fight with someone and fired a handgun outside of the bar. two people are wounded but expected to be ok. technology is becoming more adva doing that in the medical field. more and more doctors are learning how to operate on people with robots as their hands. courtney griffin explains. >> reporter: it's harder than it looks and some folks got to experience operating this robot pretending to be a doctor for the day at banner dell e. web medical center. the da vinci robots are used to perform all sorts of abdominal

first tonight at six good evening, again, everyone. first tonight at 6:00, the arizona department of corrections has opened up a reentry facility for felons but it is too close to home for people in north phoenix. it provides counseling and substance counseling and housing for many inmates and many are sex offenders. >> reporter: john, this facility is home to nearly 60 felons, including a couple dozen sex offenders. let me show you where it is located. it is off of i-17 and pinnacle peak road. let's zoom in to give you a better idea of where it is located. this is the center up here.
