woman, 49-year-old dinya farmer. police say before she was shot, she called 911, saying three men in a white truck were following her. this is last night about 7:30. police getting several calls about a truck that was driving erratically, and that includes a call from the victim who was driving on i-10 and then went up north on the 51. while she was on the phone, the dispatcher heard three gunshots, and then the call ended. her car crashed into the center divider at thomas. right now, polic little to go on as to what happened. >> our best description of our suspect vehicle at this point is three hispanic males that was provided by our victim in a white pickup truck with a ladder track and a toolbox in the back. she described it as a work style truck, last scene northbound on the 51, possibly exiting at thomas road.

she pleaded guilty to child abuse and aggravated assault. more testimony in the trial of a former yoga teacher accused of getting drunk at a bar mitzvah, taking some boys into a room and letting them touch her breasts. she's charged with 18 counts, including sexual endecency. christine jones wants injunction in district five's congressional race. she asked the judge to order maricopa county to stop processing the unofficial results, so any errors can be corrected. jones' campaign contends the county should have counted votes from 300 eligible voters that cast ballots that weren't counted for various reasons. her opponent, andy biggs holds a nine vote lead. there was a hearing this morning. we are awaiting the judge's decision.
