man behind the wheel accused of intentionally targeting those officers. nicole garcia has an update. 44-year-old marc payne is being held here at the fourth avenue jail without bond. at his initial court appearance today, he could barely hold himself up. he facing nearly a dozen charges including three counts of attempted first-degree murder. i need for you to please stand up straight and give me your name and date of >> marc payne. february 3, 1972. payne looked dazed and weak and sounded out of beth. it appears it was a struggle for him to stand on his own. the judge asked him twice to stand up straight. police say payne was under the influence when he allegedly rammed his car into three phoenix police officers. >> pre-trial does not feel they can successfully and safely monitor you in the community. and you also have the new

which indicates to the court you are likely to commit a future violent crime. >> according to court documents payne continued to inflict violence on the officers even after he ran them over. physically fighting with them after the crash. one officer used a taser on payne which had no effect. surveillance video shows payne on top of one of the officers using his fists on him. another officer the one who suffered head injuries in the crash deployed a taser on payne a second time. he was finally subdued a into custody. >> this does appear to be one other incident in which someone officer. >> now up to the county attorney to formally file the charges against payne. the most serious charges he faces are a three counts of attempted first-degree murder and five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. meanwhile the last officer to remain hospitalized with a concussion, he was just released

i'm nicole garcia, "fox 10 news." a 17-year-old boy has been arrested and he is accused of exposing himself to female joggers along an area known as the bridle past in north central phoenix. incidents happened in july and august. that teen right now is at the juvenile court center being charged with public sexual indecency and indecent exposure. >> after a six week trial that included graphic and emotional scottsdale yoga instructor on all ten counts of sexual misconduct against her. lindsay radomski. she was accused of flashing her breasts to underage boys last year at a bar mitzvah. the jury in that case found her not guilty. linda williams reports. >> count ten we the jury find the defendant lindsay radomski >> lindsay radomski cries and hugs her attorneys today after a jury found her not guilty on

if convicted, she faced up to five years in jail. police arrested radomski in march of last year saying she was at her employer's home in north scottsdale for a bar mitzvah for their son. officers say she flashed her breasts to a group of boys at the pool and later invited several of them into a bedroom. police say radomski let the boys fondle her breasts and that she had recently received breast radomski says she didn't remember what happened because she had been drinking. during the trial, the defense argued she had been drugged of and that the boys took advantage of her. >> just incredibly happy it's over. thank god. >> the prosecutor painted radomski as the aggressor but the three man three woman jury did not believe that version. >> radomski suffered. she suffered a loss. her, her image was tarnished. based on how the story came

>> radomski's attorney says she will now move on with her knife and continue teaching yoga. linda williams, "fox 10 news." two people are arrested after a bank robbery in phoenix. and a local man shared his story with us about he actually helping police track down one of the crooks here. larry con chos says he was at the wells fargo yesterday. he noticed a person in a hoody walked in and ackact sus ptionz so he call -- act suspicious. the suspect slipped the note and she hit an alarm. the suspect ran off and larry followed him. >> they let me go out the door and locked it up and i said i will go get them and i chased the suspect around the walgreens, took off his sweat jacket and i seen him and i tried to catch him there and he threw it in the trash can. larry was chasing the guy and ended up stepping on a nail. he was able to give police the information that led to the arrest in that case. an update now on a deadly crash in surprise.

police now saying one of the drivers intentionally caused that crash trying to take his own life. skyfox was over the intersection of litchfield and peoria as crews work to free one person trapped in that mini van. one person was killed. and three others were rushed to the hospital earlier today. now we have learned the woman killed was 46-year-old margie of surprise. and surprise police now tell us they have arrested this man. 19-year-old keith johnson. officers say that johnson was the driver who intentionally take his own life. he has been released from the hospital and book into the jail and no word on how badly the other two people were hurt. scary moment for a maintenance worker rescued after falling off a ladder. it happened at this building near university and 16th street. the man was part of a roofing crew there doing patchwork when he slipped from the ladder and fell 20 feet on to an elevated

>> kind of a great collaborative effort from the community. we had another contractor that was here doing electrical work and he had a scissor lift here. what we would typically have to do is set up a tripod and some additional ladders and the rescue would have been much more difficult. >> and all worked out for this guy and crews say the man did hurt his back and shoulder but is stable right now. tonight community members in one north phoenix neighborhood could get some peace of mind after a newly released inmates were set to move into their neighborhood. the center near the pinnacle peak road was going to provide counseling, housing and job services for recently released inmates including a few dozen sex offenders. neighbors got upset about that because the center is only a mile away from sandra day o'connor high school. we learned that sex offenders will no longer be housed there. many people say they are still concerned they will be able to address that at tonight's community meeting that starts in half an hour.

in the border battle a 31-year-old mexican woman was arrested at the border for trying to smuggle in heroin disguised as baby formula. customs and border patrol agents say the woman was traveling with her two-year-old son and was stopped at the port of nogales yesterday. officers say they found a nearly three pounds of heroin worth $50,000 in the baby formula

highway bridge over hell canyon is set to be demolished this friday. that bridge is north of chino valley. it will be torn down now that new one has been built and is ready for traffic. see that old one is in bad shape. adot says drivers on state route 89 could face delays up to 30 minutes on friday morning as they blast the last piece of the bridge. that ol' bridge was bill back in 1954 and the new one that opened in june took 11 months to construct and has wider travel lanes to accommodate heavier this is quite a sight today. riders in pittsburgh and uber got a glimpse into the future by riding in driverless cars. this morning uber unveiled a fleet of self-driving ford fusions. features are loaded with features to navigate on their own. and uber engineer sat shotgun in case anything went wrong. uber is the first company in the u.s. to make self-driving cars available to the general public.

storm julia hitting south carolina -- less than two weeks after another massive storm slammed the region. experts say the state could storm slammed the region. experts say the state could see up to eight inches of rain along the coast by week's end. so far that storm has led to a handful of powerful outages and led to some counties being put under a flash flood watch. south carolina still recovering from tropical storm hermine which dumped six inches in some areas. and julia not going any where julia's path is out from the coast and then back to the coast. >> they can't catch a break right now. it's going to be there for a few days. three days and maybe five days right off the coast. i will give you a look at it here in just a moment. it's 95 degrees right now. we got winds out of the west at 15 miles per hour at this time. 93 degrees in glendale.
