quickly ended in new jersey after authorities tracked down the suspect in tree bombings on the east coast. >> authorities say ahmed khan rahami was caught just a few hours ago. they got a call of a man seeping at a bar. when they got to the scene, they realized this was the man authorities were looking for. he pulled out a gun, fired at fortunately the police officer had a bulletproof vest. the suspect was taken to the hospital, three officers also taken to the hospital. the man hunt started after two explosions if -- in new york and a third in new jersey. police are seeking rahami, a

terrorism and conspiracy to commit terrorism. he went before a judge for just 15 seconds. in that time, the judge set another court date for november 15th for a status conference. khan is also accused of reaching out to a terror group for instructions on how to make a pressure cooker bomb. in mesa this morning, a scene unfolding at red mountain high school, the school put on lockdown for about an hour at the beginning of the school day after reports that there could have been a gun on campus. but after forcing that lockdown and investigating, police tell us electrifies never a gun there and the lockdown was rifted. a small plane crashed in gilbert over the weekend, did you see

on board that small plane when it came down. the sky divers taking part in gilbert's annual constitution fair. they were able to jump out of that plane before it it -- hit the ground, hit the home. the pilot suffered burns to his forearm but should recover. people are calling what happened a miracle because nobody was killed. image. a man was shot and killed late last night near the i-10 and guadalupe. there are little details to go on right now. investigators could release more information, though, at some point later today. a fox follow-up today as glendale police have identified the victim from a deadly shooting from over the weekend. early saturday morning, glendale police officers heard gunshots in the area of 67th avenue and glendale. when they got there, they found

who had been shot to death. witnesses pointed officers in the direction of two vehicles that left the scene. police eventually caught up with both cars and one of the passengers had a gunshot wound but is expected to be okay. while police investigate what took place here, they ask if you know anything, please call plies immediately. in the west valley in buckeye, authorities are investigating a fire at an old church. they think it may have been intentionally set. the fire broke and yuma roads. when firefighters got there, they say it had spread to the whole scene there, and there's no power in the building, which is why investigators now think this is suspicious. a local immigrants rights activist and so-called dreamer is about to start her own american dream. we talked to her. she became a citizen this morning. then the u.s. government somehow approves more than 800 immigrants to become citizens while they were on the
