the man behind the wheel died in the collision. chandler and marketplace are expected to be closed for several hours. federal prosecutors announce sheriff joe arpaio will face criminal contempt of court charges after his always failed to follow a judge's orders to end immigration profiling stops. this comes after arpaio is seeking a seventh term in office. this was >> reporter: marc, federal prosecutors will file a criminal complaint against the sheriff accusing him of contempt of court and that is going to happen by tomorrow. this officially begins the criminal proceedings against the sheriff and at the end of all of this, he could possibly land himself behind bars up to six months. sheriff joe arpaio was not in court at today's hearing but a

yelling from the trunk. >> he tried to open the trunk and the passenger came out and slammed the truck and they left so there were two people. >> neighbors think this is real. anyone with information is being asked to call phoenix police. glendale police say the man accused in a deadly shooting admitted to being the one who pulled the trigger. he is accused of killing 18-year-old juan diaz and firing tw 67th avenue and bethany home road. diaz's girlfriend was in the car and saw the entire thing. she wasn't hurt. it is not clear why baker young opened fire but we're told they had a disagreement over facebook. a man is under arrest in southern arizona accused of killing a neighbor and wounding her husband.
