good afternoon. we begin with a fox 10 news alert. sky fox over the deck park tunnel moments ago. crews are working to repair lighting on the east side part of the tunnel that was damaged by a tractor trail. >> you can see on the left part of your screen, you have cars going. on the right part, nothing. a live look at our camera. i-10 and 43rd avenue heading eastbound. this is coming in towards downtown phoenix so the

to tempe or 16th street. it is shut down so a huge backup. the backup goes back to 59th avenue. if you're heading downtown from the west valley, you might want to use surface streets or do something else right now. we don't know when the deck park tunnel will reopen. a small plane crashes in north phoenix. you can see the fuselage of the plane hid into a building. >> here is a live look from cure on the ground. the plane went down more than hand hour and a half ago. >> two people were in serious condition but stable. it is not clear what caused the plane to go down. planes are not designed to take an impact like this. you have to imagine a the people are seriously injured. we will keep you updated. police in the west valley trying to track down a man they

>> police in avondale release a sketch of a suspect who they say sexually assaulted a woman there. >> reporter: you guys, the assault happened late last month about 10:30 p.m. at kimberly park is on the corner of garden lakes parkway and lakeshore drive near indian school and 107th avenue. you can see the park is in the middle of a relativel neighborhood. only half a mile from an elementary school and west view high school is nearby as well. here is a sketch of the guy they are looking for. the man is an hispanic man in his 20's to early 30's with wave hair and athletic build. he had a star on his right forearm and according to the victim, he was wearing a yellow bandanna on his head.

>> we have the little boy with his hands outside and he try it to open the trunk and the passenger slammed the trunk and they both left so there are two people. >> anyone with information is asked to call phoenix police. fox follow-up as glendale police say a man admits to shooting an 18-year-old over the weekend. he is facing aggravated assault and murder charges. on saturday, he shot and killed juan diz who car. he fired at two security guards nearby but they were not hurt. diaz's girlfriend was in the car when he was shot but was not harmed. >> no -- today is the first day you can turn in your early ballot for the election. courtney griffin is live with more details.

clear skies, too. no big changes ahead as we make our way to the weekend. 86 in gila bend. 75 in prescott. mid 60's in flagstaff. across the valley, everything looks good. we have 80's up there. 90 degrees at cave creek. cool air continues to fill in across the northern plains. 41 in bismarck. 40 degrees in denver. that's a cool number. in fact, look how much cooler it country at this hour than it was yesterday. we're 34 degrees chillier in denver. they were at 74 yesterday at this time. it was 21 degrees warmer in wichita. this cold front is pressing its way to the east. as it does, it is kicking off showers and we have thunderstorms in missouri and lines into the u.p. of michigan.
